The reviews here dont do them justice. They are very friendly and in a nice facility. Got in and out quickly. Dont follow the google maps though. Take 15/501 to Memorial then right on Page Rd. N then left on Regional Dr. Then right on Regional Circle. We were worried when we read the reviews but my boyfriend tried them anyway and was very happy.

This address is incorrect is should be 8 regional circle - pinehurst. Dont take your kids for blood draws here. Awful experience. Will take our kid back to Quest (where theyre kid friendly) for sure or find a lab this particular lady doesnt work.

I took my wife to Lab Corp this morning (my wife has a rare form of dementia ) FTD behavior variant and was worried how she would react to taking blood . The ladies were super receptionist and nurses a very pleasent experince. Thank you LC !!

Just went in for blood work. Staff is unfriendly (especially to people who have to have fasting blood work first thing- compassion would be lovely). There are no identifiable signs leading patients to LabCorb. I overheard staff validating, to a patient, that she was dumb- to her face (the patient said she was having a “dumbo moment” and the staff said she was rogtnto her- offered her no comfort for not finding the ladies room- she was elderly). The staff member taking my husband’s sample was extremely rude to him. Gave him directions, berated him for following said directions, demanded further evidence of his identify without clarity as to what she was specificallylooking for (she asked for picture ID, he produced one, gov’t issued, she demanded angrily an ID with an address, not a gov’t issues ID with photo and insurance card). She prolonged a wait unnecessarily by giving unclear direction then taking out her frustration on the patient. It was ridiculous. She was unkind, giving dirty looks to everyone in the hallway as well. Extremely incessant behavior. I believe she gets paid to perform a duty and not provide a bad bad attitude with it.

Had my PSA blood draw order sent and they “didn’t receive” even though my Dr’s office has confirmation they did. Then, once order was received, they didn’t send the results back for my Dr Appt the following week. Why no follow up? Unprofessional in my opinion.
