I will never go back. I have given Lee Nails more chances than I should have.If you have an appointment, they will not honor your time. A 5-15 minute wait is fine. I get it. 40-60 minute wait every time? No. Not okay. Ive scheduled appointments at different times of the day, and its the same thing every time.I noticed that Lee Nails will let in folks with no appointments, whove come in after my appointment time and will cater to them first! Ridiculous.So, I figured...lets see how my chances are by not making appointments, because it seems they get treated better and more promptly. The kicker: Lee Nails doesnt honor the order you come in either! Appointment or no appointment. They just dont honor anything. Its haphazard and a complete guess every single time Ive ever gone. I dont have time to waste 1.5-2 hours for a basic nothing flashy pedicure every time I go.On two separate occasions, Ive gone in without an appointment. And both of those times, Lee Nails sat down women who came in after me, also with no appointment, and got started on the exact same services I had come in for. Not a quick touch-up on one nail or a quick eyebrow wax. The exact same service I came for. I cant make this up.Both of these times, I just got up and left. Didnt say a word. This is the second time Ive had to do this.Its sad, because some of the employees do good work. But the management is abysmal. I will happily take my business to your competitors.

I would give a 1 star rating but I have had good experiences here before, just not lately. Todays pedicure was awful. The gentleman who gave me my pedicure did not speak 2 words to me. I come in for a relaxing experience, I left almost in tears. Everyone around me was handed a menu, he didnt bother. I look forward to the massage and the paraffin wax, he didnt do either. When I went to pay the other employees had to call him twice to work the register because he was too busy on his phone. I basically paid for a polish change. Even when I said something to him about it, he offered no apology just a shrug. Sadly it looks like I will need to find a new salon.

I cant rave enough about my CONSISTENTLY positive experiences at Lee Nails. Whether Im visiting for a manicure, pedicure, or wax the quality of their work is always impeccable. Everyone is so kind & always has a smile on their face. Its not very often you find somewhere youre treated like more than just another client and the time and effort they put in to their work makes me feel right at home.

I havent been to a nail salon for a long time, so decided Id try Lee Nails. So glad i did! I had a gentleman paint my nails and he was conscientious and caring. The color I chose was a warm spring color and it worked out perfectly. The salon itself was clean and organized. My only slight disappointment was the nail technician did not speak English, so I couldnt convey all my wishes to him. It still worked out though and I had a nice experience.

Very nice and great service! It is very busy and even on a Wednesday in the middle of the morning! Being busy is a good thing but be prepared to wait.

I live 20 minutes from Greensboro NC. And I drive an hour to come to Lee Nails in TaylorTown. They are awesome.

I’ve been to this location before, and had satisfactory service. But I’m not a regular. Most recently I actually made an appointment 24 hours in advance, and on the day of they gave me an individual with shaky hands and I received the worst pedicure I have ever had. Lines aren’t crisp, layers are uneven, and he mixed up the bottom and top coats. Will not be returning.

I received the worst service today from the nail technician. She was very unfriendly and her attitude was so non becoming. I wanted a good manicure I had acrylic nails on and she removed them with such harshness once she removed them she said wash your hands you are finish I told her I wanted a manicure it took her 5 minutes to do a manicure and walked off not knowing I was going to pay for a gel manicure she didn’t take the time to ask. I came here because the rating and reviews was excellent but as for me I will never return I drove 1 hour to get such horrible services.

I cant say enough amazing things about my nail tech Tom. He is the first nail tech I have found in many years that provides exceptional service and the most beautiful work. I have struggled for years to find someone who knows what they are doing and has a passion for what they do. I moved up from Florida in November saw the reviews for Lee nails. Decided to try them out while I was nervous I was placed with Tom he assured me he would be able to give me exactly what I was requesting and I was more then 100% happy with the how my nails turned out. He is truly passionate about what he does, hes always happy/provides great conversation and provides a excellent job. Highly recommend Tom!

March 27, I just got my nails done with my sis Erin. And they did an awesome job. Decor was very relaxing like you were at home. Music calming. Staff was friendly as well.Definitely coming back again!

Very happy with my experience. It is my first time getting my nails done at Lees but I am very happy I decided to swoop in. I got the dip powder nails done by a very nice nail tech named V. She was patient and genital when taking off my gel polish, paid attention to detail when applying the dip powder and my nails came out looking amazing.

I am always very pleased with my nails when I leave! Rich and V, the new owners, treat my young daughters like royalty and that’s more than any mom can ask for. I have been receiving treatments from Rich and V for over three years and am happy to drive the extra distance to continue to see them.

Just moved here from Raleigh in April. The best nail salon ever! The employees are so nice and respectful! They do very good quality work. Will always recommend and always return💕

I was in today and Rich, the new owner, did a wonderful job doing my pedicure and French manicure. For several years he has done my nails at his previous location and I am always pleased with the results. I will always go to him as he does a fantastic job!!

If I could rate with zero stars I would . Horrible first and last experience. First of all I was there for a total of two hours and only got my nails painted with gel polish. I went in originally asking for a full set. They kept switching between technicians so then there was lack of communication with what I really wanted done. Finally the first guy comes back and I tell him full set. He ask how long I wanted my nails I said short and square he says ok about the same length as your real nails I say yes. He says ok I will just do it on your nails then I said ok. So as he is doing them I ask how much he says $40 for a full set and $30 if its on my own nails . I say ok and he carries on. Mind you as he is doing my nails he is getting up every 5-10 mins to go do something for other customers and he was not the only tech there. So he finally finished and I go to the counter to pay. He doesnt even come up there he goes to do another pedicure. Finally the other tech comes to assist me after about 5 mins and tells me $40! Im like what!!?? You didnt give me a manicure of any kind nor did you add nails! It looks exactly how it looks if he would have just painted them with gel polish. She yells back to him he says no its a full set because I added acrylic to her nails. By this time Im furious not only do my nails look the same but now they feel super thick and cluttered underneath from the acrylic. I will never go back to this place! I would have went to my normal salon tech but she was closed unfortunately. DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL GET OVER CHARGED AND NOT EVEN RECEIVE WHAT YOU ASK FOR! Not to mention that every other person that was rung up received a discount 😒never again!!!! Idk the guys name who did them but he had a Mohawk

Nice place to have Pedicure and Manicure.

Went there as a walk-in. Maybe that was the problem. The manicurist cut three of my cuticles (there was blood). She rushed and did a very poor job. Will not be going back.
