I’m highly upset with this business. I simply went in to get a fill-in for my ombré nails and they made it super super difficult not only did she tell me that my whole nail had to be taken off which was not true she tried to charge me when I ask for the nail tech to take it off because it was not done right the colored acrylic was way too clumpy and he didn’t act like he knew what he was doing as far as how to apply the acrylic to my nails not ever again will I go back to this establishment the owner she was very rude not only did she fan away when I showed her the worked that her nail tech did she tried to charge me for services that were not complete

I love Theresa. I went in December and she blew me away with what she had done, I went again today and she blew me away even more than the first time. She takes her time, sits back and makes sure we are all happy with the product.

I have been coming to Miss Theresa for almost 10 years and I absolutely love how much she cares for every single one of her customers. I also appreciate how she reaches out to help those in need. She never likes to tell anyone no so she will stay at her shop from 7 am to 10 pm and do all over again the next day. My nails are always the way I want them and not the way the technician wants them which was a problem I always had going to other places. Mrs. Theresa is such an amazing person and is so great at doing nails! I have been going to her since I was a little girl! (10 years) I wouldn’t choose to go anywhere else but to her! I highly recommend her! She does great!

The lady that did my nails did not cover all of them evenly with the polish so the powder dip did not cover the entire surface. When I pointed this out she tried to brush me off. Her coworker who may have been the owner told her to fix it. She then polished the part that was missed but got it on the rest of my nail also. The powder caked up in that spot. I guess she saw how bad it was so she just tried to saw off the other nails that were missing color. I thought I would get a manicure first before she applied the powder, but I didnt. The polish stuck to the skin around my nails also. She waxed my eyebrows for free, I guess to try to make up for it and that turned out well. I really should have insisted on correcting my nails, but I was frustrated feeling like she was rushing me out to take on the 4 clients that trickled in when they should have been closing.

Mrs.Theresa does a wonderful job and is so sweet! My mother and I go every month to see her.

Tells customers to come back later because she has appointments but then when you come back later for your appointment, she still makes you wait 3 hours before she starts helping because she has other customers. Definitely go to a different nail salon.

Heavenly! Theresa was recommended to me. I have a bad heel and foot that is very sensitive and she was amazing. The hot rocks and massage was exactly what I needed. The chair I sat in had the best massage I think I have ever had. I will definitely be back.

Teresa is a lovely person and a joy to talk with. My first visit there and she made me feel so at home. She does the absolute best pedicure ever... Hot rocks, oil and massage. Definitely looking forward to the next pedicure :)

Theresa did an amazing job on my nails, I absolutely love them so much! The only negative thing I have to say is she cut up my fingers because she was really packed. I’d definitely recommend going when she isn’t packed.

I know the owners very well they are the best nail owners in picayune . I been going to nail expression since I was young ,but I havent been there in a long time . I highly recommend nail expression over the ones in Poplarville ,Ms nail salons because they laugh if you have bad nails and the ones in Poplarville Ms your nails are crooked and hurt badly after their done .

I want use any other nail salon in Picayune. Ms Theresa is fantastic and detailed with her customers.
