We moved into a new build here in Arizona, and absolutely couldnt drink the water. It was cloudy and disgusting. We had a lady come out to test the water and they came back a few days later for the results. The rep that came out was Ronnie, and he was super professional and informative. I never felt pressured to purchase anything. I did choose to purchase the filtration system, and it was the best decision for my family. Today my rep Mike came to check up on us and make sure everything is working well. Every interaction we have had with this company has been positive. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.

These guys are very professional and make personalized care a priority. Our house did not have a softener in it, and we definitely wanted to get one installed. The demonstration by Ronnie very informative, the unit was affordable, and the financing team was easy to work with.The owner even called us to thank us personally for their business. We have been so happy with the company and their product. Plus we got access to Pure and Gentle soap products, which are outstanding. They have set up all the maintenance of the filters and salt for the softening unit, making the entire process so simple. I cannot recommend them enough.

Love these guys. Was originally going to just go the Costco route until Arizona Environmental Progress came by. They were polite, professional, and ensured we were educated about the decision we were making. The personal touch they add sealed the deal. We have had the system for about a month now and couldnt be happier. The entire process from the sales pitch, the install, and then the follow up to make sure we were happy ensured we had made the right decision.

Water Softener is working great so far had for over a week now! Gayle Gunn was knowledgeable and great to work with. To be honest one of the more pricey units we saw but hey you pay for what you get and so far everyone in the family is in love with it.

We have had our system for a couple weeks now and are liking it a lot. We can definitely tell a difference in the drinking water and with the shower. The washing machine and dishwasher are starting to get better as they use hot water and our water heater isn’t fully drained of the old hard water that was settled into the bottom of the tank from sitting before our home was completely done. Very professional company from the consultant expert to the installers to the customer care rep. Terry and Ronnie (customer care rep and consultant expert) are great. Definitely recommend this company if you are looking for a water softener system. Nothing better than supporting a family business based in your own state.

Moves to Florence and immediately started having skin irritation with every shower. My skin was so dry and itchy constantly. This was my main reason in looking into this product. The guy gave a great demonstration, installed next day, and I’m already seeing amazing results. My skin feels so much better, my hair is even softer and easier to brush. No more water spots on my dishes from the dishwasher!! I’m loving it and it was much better priced than what I thought it was going to be. Professional and friendly workers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Our tech Tommy is a Sweet person. We love our R/O water softener system! Wouldnt have it any other way. We like that we get our remainders to schedule maintenance for our system. It helps our skin and we dont have to use as much dish soap, laundry soap etc. Its a Great investment! Everytime I call to schedule Mary helps with explaining everything and is such a Sweetheart! Honestly, it’s pricy. But the cost is worth the amazing service and having amazing water! It tastes great and my skin doesn’t dry out like it did when we first moved to San Tan Valley. Fairly easy maintenance, too!

Has made a huge difference. The water in our area (San Tan Valley, AZ) is way over chlorinated, and within a week, of moving in, it was causing issues even with a third party filter. When Ronnie came in to do the water test, and demo of the system, we were excited for the opportunity to have safe water in the house.The system itself is very high quality: Stainless Steel Water Tank, and pro grade softener tank, as well as an 8 stage RO kit with a separate faucet installed right into the sink. The installers were great, and took care of everything quickly, and professionally. We even got the RO water connected to the ice maker in the fridge, and as a bourbon drinker, those ice cubes are life changers.Since the install, theres no more hard water staining, and showers, and laundry no longer smell like going to a public pool.The cost of the system is more than fair for the quality you receive, and the soap subscription is very nice.We would definitely recommend this system for anyone looking to significantly improve the quality of their water.

It’s been a little less than a month since we’ve got our soft water installed and so far we are loving everything about it. We have had our Hydroquad from Arizona Environment Progress for over 20 years! The quality is like nothing else Ive ever seen out there. We have never had any issues other than routine servicing on our water system. I could not imagine life without this in Phoenix with how hard the water is and the amount of chlorine used by the city. Highly recommend checking them out. You wont believe the difference in your skin, your clothes, dishes, cleaning and on and on I could go!

Daniel G. Did a visit yesterday, and also a year ago. He goes above and beyond checking everything and replacing filters. He even spotted a fixture that wasnt tight enough helping us figure out where a leak was! He deserves a raise for working late too. He didnt cancel. Always shows up and loves our big dog.

Wow! This water system is fantastic and is more innovative than the other water system companies. I’m a new home owner and I was suggested to install a water softener treatment, however, I had no knowledge of this process. I tried to research the best products, but several companies did not offer what AEP Inc. included. So I was able to get connected through a family friend and was treated like a VIP member. Our sales/presenter Victor was so knowledgeable and gave great advice on the water service. I was able to speak with the owner for my new purchase, and Dorella was so welcoming. After a few weeks of installation with both the RO and Hydro Quad, I can instantly feel the difference. My skin is softening and helping with my eczema...even my dogs’s fur is silky smooth. The taste of water from the RO beats my water bottles. I’m so happy about this water treatment I can’t wait for all of my family and friends to get one!!

When we first moved in our new home they came out to do a testing on our water and offered a 25 dollar gift certificate for allowing them to do it.. not only did their demeanor change after finding out we didnt want the system at that time but he abruptly left and a year later we have yet to receive that gift card...just one persons take on the company..

This water system is awesome! Weve had it for a few weeks now. Ive noticed the difference in water, its soft to the touch. After showering our skin is more smoother and not to dry. Living in Maricopa, we definitely needed a water system/softener. My husband has had a water system before and he says AZ Environmental Progress is the best hes ever had. My daughter has eczema and she has not had a breakout since we had the system. Also, the installers did an amazing job. Overall, this is a great investment.

A Representative named Joelle shows up at 7:43pm.. I found it odd someone is coming by so late in the day if you ask me. She states something about being with agricultural something and wanted the water tested, forced the little bottle to get filled with water. Then asked if we will be home the following day between 4-5pm. Then gives us a paper that has her name and the appt time and number to call to reschedule the appointment. I start doing some research, realizing this paper doesn’t give the company’s name, or what they do! *red flag* I realize many other had the same happen to them! So I called in the morning to cancel this “appointment” and the lady on the phone was NOT nice. Acting like she couldn’t hear me, and once I gave her my phone# to cancel all she says is “thank you” and hangs up, rude. Do not open your door, don’t let them in. Waste of time and not nice at all. What a great start to owning my first home, definitely buying a no solicitor sign so they don’t keep coming back.

Some of the most friendly customer service that I have ever seen. They have been great to work with and the product has been even greater. We cant believe how much of a difference this has made to our water. Skin feels smoother, our soaps last longer, and the water tastes fantastic. Were quite pleased and would recommend them.

The lady nicolle shows up super late in the evening about testing my water and being with an agricultural place and asks to test my water, she then schedules an appointment to go over the results and then promises a Home Depot gift card during the next visit when we go over the results. The salesman shows up and To my surprise my oh my, no gift card. Tell me upfront your selling water softeners. Waste of time. They gave me a gift request certificate to mail in so we can get a gift card. Lol the trickery is strong with this company.

I’m very pleased with my system. The water is incredibly soft and the filtered water is delicious freshly squeezed water. I was also very happy with the install of the unit. The gentlemen that installed the system were very professional & took me through how to maintain the system step by step. Overall, I’m very happy! 🙂 I highly recommend this water system.

Arizona Environmental did an excellent job with installing their system. Their installers were very skilled, professional, and friendly.After a rough start with color bleeding on the first tank, and installing a replacement (bigger size at no extra cost to me), I have noticed an improvement in my water quality.My greatest expected benefit is the long term affect on my pipes and fixtures, not having the hard water deposit buildup clogging my pipes and ruining my faucets and shower heads.The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was because of the very discolored water the first week I had the system. AEP was very quick to respond to my calls, and had the technicians back out the same day, and I live in Florence.Thank you Terry M, and Gayle!

We got our water treatment equipment installed almost 2 months ago. It was a great experience from the first person that did our showing of testing our water to the installation team. All of the staff has been really nice and professional to us. The water itself is like having a spa day on your skin. It leaves your skin feeling soft and your hair is more natural and uses less product to feel it clean. Our family has really enjoyed it and highly recommend having this installed in your homes.

We had our system installed less than a month ago and so far we are very pleased with the difference it has made in the quality of our water. We feel so much better after showering, our skin is not as dry and has a smoother feeling so we are also using less lotion than before. the RO system has also made a big difference, we dont buy bottled water anymore and the water is odorless and tasteless, I love our system.

Great product, a little more expensive that other systems but you get what you paid for.

They came to my door and made it seem like they were a government agent and set up an appointment for later. I didnt know it was a sales pitch until the guy started. Well he showed up after his appointment window and took an hour of our time, making us over half an hour late for dinner. The chery on top? They promise a gift card. Which hasnt showed up after 5 months too.Waste of time. Scam. Unprofessional. Liars. Dishonest. Dont let them in your house.

Our family is pleased with the whole house water filter/softener system Arizona Environmental Progress installed. My daughter has had issues with the hard water drying out her skin causing her to scratch her elbows so much they would bleed. I just moved into a new home and was not happy about the water here. When Victor came and tested the water I was pleased to know I was not wrong about being concerned. Now that their system is in place the dishes are cleaner and water tastes better. Their installation service team was professional and did all they did to get the system completely installed before they left.

They came a few months ago saying they were testing out water in the area and then wrote down a time they were going to come and bring a Target gift card for participating. A few months later I get a call from them asking if they can bring the giftcard by. Guy knocks on the door and asks to come through our house and sit through a 45 min. sales pitch... Also doesnt even have a gift card. I dont trust companies that need to go through such incredible lengths and trick people into buying their products.

We have used AZ Environmental Progress since 2001. They installed the water softener and reverse osmosis system. We have moved three times since then, the first time they moved our system for us. The second time we were selling our house, the buyer said it was between our home and another home, but he liked ours because of the water system we had installed so we decided to sell the system with the house and then bought the exact same system for our new house (2006). Since then we have moved again. They are always very helpful and courteous. We always have the same gentleman come out every year to perform the standard maintenance and hes so wonderful. We have always lived in a more rural part of town where our water comes from private wells. There has been 3 times where weve gotten notices of high pollutants exceeding standards which made me very grateful to have this system providing my family good, clean water with no worries. Our water ALWAYS tests fine, we randomly check it ourselves. I have no desire to go with anyone else but AZ Environmental and highly recommend them.

The water is freshly squeezed!We just moved to AZ and the water here is terrible. I had been looking for a water system and these guys stopped by. They earned our business and after the sale the owner thanked us over the phone and our system was installed in under 4 hours the very next day. They had some 3rd party contractors do some of the work since they are really busy with installs. Everyone was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable of the systems they were working on.Our water has never tasted so wonderful and we no longer have any hard water spots on our appliances. Cleaning and bathing actually feels clean. If you don’t have a water system in your home yet or don’t like how yours is preforming give these guys a call and see what fresh squeezed water is like!

Extremely deceiving. A lady showed up at our door at night trying to make us believe she was a government worker. She asked for a sample of our water and made it sound like she was running some kind of test for the city. Then told us they’d be back the next day to perform “some more tests” of our water. She made it sound like someone would be in and out. We were really confused as to what and who they were, but we assumed they had some connection to our builder since we JUST built and moved into our new home this week. Turns out they are an independent company and it was a lie to get a salesman in our door and give us an hour and a half long presentation of their water filtering system. Very deceiving to not prepare someone for the fact that over an hour of their time is going to be taken by getting a sales presentation they didn’t ask for. Not to mention the inconvenience of it being right in the middle of cooking dinner.Also, they said all of their marketing is by word of mouth which is why “we probably hadn’t heard of them before.” So basically they are a direct sales/network marketing/multilevel marketing business which is ALWAYS sketch business model. I’m just extremely irritated at the slimy, sketchy sales tactics and truly don’t understand how ANYone thinks that’s ok.

We know what was going on, but went along with it. Our experience with this company so far has been excellent. We enjoy having good drinking, cooking, and bathing water in our home. Every representative of this company that we have been in contact with were professional, informative, friendly and helpful. I gave 4 stars because I think the initial sales contact can be more straight forward.

Three months later and still waiting for my gift card I was promised after listening to their seminar. Beware, youll be told that you will receive a gift card after listening to someone come to your house performing an hour long sales pitch. Ive called three times and still - nothing. Scam.

My husband and I moved and purchased a home in San Tan Valley, AZ. Shortly after a person came to test our water. We went along with it for awhile. Had them test and do all the steps. After results and and in house consultation visit with Bob, we were sold on getting a water softener. We have had it for a month now and we absolutely love it. When it was installed, they installed it the next day, and were super clean. They were great to work with as a whole company. We would highly recommend!

We recently purchased a water system for our home and I absolutely love it! Water tastes great and it makes our skin feel amazing! Bob was a friendly sales man and accommodated our busy schedule to fit in his presentation. Day of install, our tech was stuck at another job and apparently this company doesnt find it important to reach out to their customers to let them know that they are running hours behind. I had to call them. The new tech they sent to install our water system showed up after 7pm and didnt finish until after 10 pm. Really? We had a 3:00 appointment. I figured that it was a fluke thing and let it go, as every company has things come up. When it happened again with our follow up appointment, I realized that maybe this is just how the company does business. I called and spoke to the owner herself, and she was more interested in getting me off the phone than to take care of the problem or offer solutions. Extremely rude! I rescheduled my appointment with Andy and he, not the owner, apologized up and down, for all the inconveniences that we went through. The system itself is worth 5 stars, however I cant say the same about the owner.

Have had the system for several years. Their are both good and bads. Good part the water does taste better and helps with hard water spots. Bad part is the yearly maintenance and up keep is pretty expensive over time.

I recently spoke with Ms. Mary O’ Hanlon who beautifully walked me through a process to re connect my water softener. She was extremely patient And intuitive in her method that resulted in a well taught customer on this water system device. I call her the “ The Mac Gyver of customer service over the phone. Amazing experience.

Wow very impressed from the beginning to the end Victor who helps a lot showed me everything and made me feel very comfortable after he was done the workers came out and did an excellent job totally impressed Enjoying the water system and the products that I received with it thank you very much👍😁

We have had the system for a couple weeks now and we have been nothing but impressed with the system. It has worked amazingly and we have noticed a big change in the amount of soap we use as well as the taste in our water. The staff who helped install the softner and filters were exceptional. They came in and fixed a leak under a sink that we hadnt even noticed. The sales and care team were great and helped us know exactly what we were getting out of this system. They were amazing and I would reccomend anyone looking for soft water solutions to hear these guys out!

So far I am very pleased. I am a newbee of 3 weeks, but have enjoyed feeling the difference in the shower water as it converted over from old to new. My skin is less dry, and I dont have to oil or moisturize as before. Also I am thrilled to have the drinking water. I do not buy bottled water, and now feel totally confident and interested in drinking their freshly squeezed - as they call it - water from the purifier installed tap, allowing my water consumption to increase for better health. Both Gayle Gunn and Terry Montoya who made home visits were friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented. Looking forward to my continuing service plan and process.

I love love love our water system. The cleaning demo we got, sold me. As a new home owner I was worried about the calcium build up in my water pipes and faucets. Believe me, its the best investment you will make for your home. My skin is soft, hair is soft, makes cleaning easy and my laundry feels soft. Best of all the employees are so professional and make you feel like family. I spoke to several employees and they all knew who I was. Id give them 10 stars if I could. The guys who came to install our system were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Im very happy. Give it a try and I bet you will be too. The whole process has been great. Our sales rep Gayle Gunn had a great personality was professional. It was a no pressure visit . The installation was next day and Allen , Daniel and Andy were on time, professional and very pleasant. They even tried to be more quiet because I work from home. Allen went over everything they planned on doing for the install and they were finished a lot sooner than I thought they’d be. They went over everything before they left and the office called to make sure we were happy with the installation. 4 days later we got a visit from Terry who re tested our water and went through everything again . He even was able to get us better financing . Have talked the company up to a few of our neighbors and will pass along your card. This has been not only a good decision but also a great experience.

Seemed like a government agency and then you get someone coming to your door trying to sell you a water filter. I actually had another friendly company come through and they tested my water...results were WAY OFF from this company. They falsified the tests and then tried to sell me a filter (oh and you get $2,000 off basically if you do a Google review for them). Im in a similar reach out business and this is a disgrace to smaller businesses. Shame on you folks.

Great company with outstanding employees, I have dealt with Mary at the office and Brian in the field. Both are very personable and know their business and Brian does a great job servicing our system. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

ZERO RATING!!! I received the worst customer service ever. Mary the scheduler was rude and told me to contact my insurance company, open an claim and get my home remodeled. I was placed on a speaker phone against my wishes and the office staff could hear my conversation.

First let me start by saying thank god there is finally an honest company that actually has your best interest in mind. We just moved into our first home and it seems like every company we need services from tries to pull one over on us constantly. These guys were different. Colin was our representative and he is was amazing. His demonstration was very fun , informative, and entertaining. You can tell he loves his job and takes pride in the company. When it came time to the actual sale he made sure I understood all my financial options. He also never gave me a sale person vibe EVER. Once we signed, the actual owner of the company called and thanked us. That blew me away! Skip forward a few days later to our install. The 3 gentlemen Daniel, Mario, and Alan were great! They were polite, diligent and even did extra work at our request at no extra charge. When they were done my house was clean no sign they were there. A few days later another gentleman came to check how our system was doing. I forgot his name but he was awesome too! He really explained the systems maintenance. All around this company is incredible. I feel like they genuinely care about their customers and the work they provide. My boyfriend and I are very happy with the water. Best purchase in a our new home so far!!!!

So I bought my house a couple months prior and kept getting annoying door to door sales. One day it was someone who stated they were doing samples of the water and was going to have someone come explain the results the next day. At the time I thought nothing of it, but should have figured it was a ploy to sale something. The next day the guy shows up with the results and explains them and starts telling us about this water system and how it could improve the overall quality of the water. Then like the late night paid programming shows that really sale their products he starts doing demonstrations and showing us how it really works. Conveniently for him we were already talking about buying a water system when we first bought the house so we were already half sold. He just closed the deal. After we stated we were interested he worked with us explaining different financing options that we could do and then also included a 5 year cleaning supply package which is environmentally safe. Bonus! The best part was that installation was set up for the very next day so we did not have to wait to start having better water. When the installers came it was probably just a little over an hour but they cleaned up after themselves and explained how to use it. Now they werent able to install everything as I was having the kitchen remodeled but they stated to give them a call and they would come back when it was all done to finish everything. It has been a couple weeks now and I have loved all the benefits of the water. Skin isnt all dried out, cleaning is easier, and water is drinkable and safe. Cleaning products smell great and work great although some of them I am not a big fan of using but the others I love. Overall this company showed me I was not just a sale but a special customer that was invited as part of the family! 5 stars hands down! :)

This company is going door to door in new build neighborhoods using trademarked and government symbols and intentionally attempting to appear as government employees. The water quality association does not and will never go door to door. The pamphlet they gave me had unsanctioned WQA and EPA logos on it. The person never identified which company they were from, instead claiming to be part of the WQA. Person asked for a phone number, I initially refused and person stated they just need to document a phone number to verify they spoke to the homeowner. I decided to give it to them and then I waited for them to call me, rejected the call and Googled the number, which lead me here. The WQA actually has warnings about this method of door to door on their website. Beware of getting pressured/scammed into a system that you absolutely do not need.

Very pleased with our in home water filtration system. Service has always been excellent in the past 8 years or so... Today our service tech, Tom has been very helpful & courteous as always.

Mr Brain Buck arrived at an early time window preformed water analyst to confirm water treatment was active and pure. He confirmed the treatment worked with evidence and offered solution to solve the concern for the visit. Brain was Extremely professional, and courteous. I will recommend services to others because of consistent high customer service culture of this company.

The face to face water testing had me impressed with real facts of how dirty water can be. the Guys who installed my system did a good job. cleaned up after they were done. and all the reps were friendly. Im enjoying the water most defiantly i can feel the difference.

I have had our water softener system now for over 3 years and I love it so much that Im moving it with me when I move into my new house. I cant imagine living in my new house without it. Cleaning is easier, everything stays newer longer when washer clothes etc, my skin is always soft and the drinking water is my favorite. I no longer need to buy bottled water. I have it right from my kitchen. I highly recommend getting one in your home. It will be one of the best investment you can put in your home and for your family.- Darlene

I am so glad we answered the door for that water sample. We have been talking about getting a water system since purchasing our house a few months ago and didnt know where to even start. When we moved in to our home the water was cloudy and smelled like bleach. Not really the water you want to use to make a newborns bottle with...When we sat down with Gayle, he was very informative. He did a few test with our regular tap water and a few test using filtered water, which was created by hooking a smaller filter up to our tap. To show the difference between the two. My oldest son really enjoyed partaking in the “experiments” between our water and the filtered water. We were blew away by the whole demonstration.So It has been a month since our water system was installed and so far its amazing!!! We haven’t had to buy bottled water since. In the showers we have noticed much softer skin and the benefits of cleaning a mirror or faucet just using water is great.We also received our first year of cleaning supplies which work great but more importantly what we was spending on cleaning supplies and bottled water is basically the monthly cost of the water system and it follows us if we move so we can always have clean water! So it’s a win win! Best investment weve ever made for our family.

I have had this water system for about a year now and will never go back! Brock provided my yearly maintenance today and the service was excellent! He took the time to answer all my questions and restocked my filters!

Watch out for these guys - theyll act like theyre trying to test the water for your good, but its just so the salesman can put premium in his Lexus. The first visit made it seem as if they were environmental activists, and they made no effort to inform us that it would be a sales call. To AEP - if you want to make sales please join the 21st century. Your binder full of graphs, charts, and tables from the 90s did not impress. I appreciate the effort, but more transparency regarding your intentions and a much shorter visit would work wonders.

My husband and I bought our first home about 2 months ago and in the area of Phoenix we bought into we noticed that the water was so rough I mean we were going through bottles of lotion to try to keep out bodies hydrated. Kid you not we had to put lotion dispensers next to each sink so as soon as you washed you hands you could put on some lotion so your hands wouldnt crack and be rough. Everything had water spots our dishes our sinks our showers oh my god we would dread the day we had to clean out shower doors just because we had to scrub so hard and use all kinds of chemicals to try to get all that water spots and scale. We had to do something about it because I could not go any longer with dry skin and scalp. So one day Arizona Environmental came to our rescue they showed us the difference we could feel with the water softener system and we were hooked, we knew we had to get it. They didnt even make us wait they installed next day. We were so excited and pleased after we took our first shower where we felt smooth my hair wasnt all dry and hard to manage it.. No more lotion bottles next to the sink we can actually go without putting on lotion after showering because the water is so amazing now. We dont have to buy bottled water either we can drive right out of the sink. And the cleaning is a breeze it practically comes off by itself. If you are looking into buying this system Im telling do not contemplate any longer you will be so happy you did you will not regret it, trust me best investment weve done!

We purchased a water softener back in May of 2017. We had recently purchased our home and had a new baby at the time. It was an easy sell for the door-to-door salesman because we needed it for many reasons including safe water for cooking, daily consumption, better on the skin, better on plumbing, the list goes on. During installation we were told it was easy to maintain, “set it and forget it, except for adding salt when it gets low”. We also had the RO system installed under the sink. We went out and bought a bag of salt to have for when it got low and went on with our lives, happy to know we had soft water.Since then (the current date is May 31, 2020) we’ve adopted a child and had another, leaving us a family of 5. I’ve had my husband check the salt a million times because our water was just not that as the salesman said it would be, nagging him to the point of just doing it myself the last year. We had zero communication with the company, they installed and never contacted us again. Last month I took out the paperwork to see if there was maintenance that needed to be done or if they could come give it some sort of rejuvenation as we are about to start giving it to our newest little one.After several calls, come to find out we purchased just before a “new computer/customer contact system was introduced and we were never added to the mailing/calling list... We must have slipped through the cracks.” We scheduled for a tech to come out and replace the filters (in the RO system that had never been changed) and check on our system. He came and we did a few tests, asking about our salt. We still had the first bag we ever purchased because the salt just never got low, we had no clue how long salt lasts. The tech informed us that something is broken and he needs to fix it. He fixes it and runs a test and it works. System is running, and doing what it’s supposed to.FOR THREE YEARS OUR SYSTEM WAS NOT WORKING!Here we are new homeowners, new parents paying $5k + for a system and it never worked.Now let’s think about this! If we were willing to drop this kind of money on a system, don’t you think we would be willing to do the upkeep? We WANT the system to run properly, we want to drink clean water, we want the plumbing to last in our homes. Who really knows the long term damage in our bodies from drinking this water the past 3 years, thinking it was clean. We live in an area with terrible water! My babies have been drinking this. I drank this water my whole pregnancy. My three year old drinks this water all day!Since the system was “fixed” it has been working but what about the last 3 years? Our system never cleaned water in our home after installation. The salt level was the same for 3 years.We are currently waiting on Mary to call us back after another several calls. It’s been over a week. We don’t even know what can be done, is there anything that can be done? All we know is that we are very upset and the situation is NOT being handled properly.At this point here is our experience with this company...THIS COMPANY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT CUSTOMERS AFTER INSTALLATION.I will update this review if things change.

My husband and I just purchased our first home in November of 2019. I had been complaining about my skin being dry and super itchy since we moved in to the new home and the water smelled so bad like Chlorine. My daughter has super bad eczema and her skin was also super dry. I had told my husband we needed to look into getting better water he said no no the water is fine. One day we got a knock on the door and a man asked to take samples of our water I agreed and gave him them. A couple days later terry who by the way is amazing and so funny and polite came to our home he gave us the results of our water made us laugh the entire time. My kids loved the show and I was already sold. He presented us the entire system and we had it installed the next day laterally the next day that fast. The crew they sent to instal it was very professional and polite. We talked to them most of the time it was being installed they showed us everything we needed to know and it is actually so easy. They even fixed my fridge water line so I could have water and ice in my refrigerator which was very amazing of them thank you so much. I was so excited to take my first shower And let me tell you THE WATER WAS SO MUCH BETTER IT MADE ME FEEL SO SOFT AND NOT DRY THE ITCHING WENT AWAY NO MORE CHLORINE SMELL. THE KIDS LOVED THE NEW WATER TASTE AND I SAVED TONS NOT BUYING BOTTLE WATER. ANOTHER BIG PLUS MY DAUGHTERS Eczema HAS COMPLETELY CLEARED UP AND HE SKIN IS NOT CRACKING AND CHAPPED IM SO THANKFUL TERRY TALKED ME AND MY HUSBAND IN TO THSI BIG CHANGE FOR OUR FAMILY THANK YOU SO MUCH. I want to thank Arizona Environmental Progress, Inc for introducing my family to this amazing water system. I most definitely has been a life changer. My husbands psoriasis is almost completely cleared up our skin and hair feels wonderful.

We are writing this letter to explain our experience with the water company, Arizona Environmental Progress, Inc. My husband and I moved to San Tan Valley Arizona at the beginning of April 2019. Soon after we moved into our house a representative came to test our water quality. Honestly, the results of the test were very alarming. My husband and I have a two year old daughter and another baby girl on the way so the fact that the water quality we were living with was so poor was a huge concern for us. When we were given the presentation of products we were immediately hooked. We couldn’t get past knowing that even our filtered refrigerator water wasn’t the cleanest. We had our water system installed in May of 2019 and couldn’t be happier with it.Within a short time of having the equipment installed we noticed a huge difference. We noticed a difference in the way our hair feels. It’s much softer and doesnt get greasy or oily. We also noticed a difference when we clean. We can literally clean our bathroom mirrors with just water and a clean towel and they are cleaner then they have ever been! Lastly, our family is very picky about the taste of our water. The water that comes out of the purified tap tastes so much better then what we were drinking from the refrigerator and we don’t have to waste money buying countless amounts of water bottles. Drinking water in this hot weather is so much more convenient when it is at your fingertips.In conclusion, our family has had a wonderful experience with Arizona Environmental Progress Inc. So far the equipment has been of great quality. The customer service we have received from every member we have encountered has been incredible as well. The staff is always very friendly and positive. We look forward to working with them for many years to come while enjoying our fresh and clean water.

We have been using their system for several years and the water tastes better and leaves no water marks on dishes or shower doors. Friends have even come and taken water from our faucet to fill their fish tank. Whenever we have had a problem they have fixed it almost immediately.The service techs. are friendly and know what they are doing.I would recommend them to anyone needing a good water system.

I purchased a Hydro Quad unit just about a month ago, and the changes Ive seen already have been wonderful. They came to visit me in my previous home in 2014, but I turned them away after their presentation, citing my dislike for soft water (its true, Im weird). Since then, a lot has happened to my family, including my daughter and I developing allergies and myself developing eczema. I also recently replaced my hot water heater, and felt that the possibility of extending the life of my appliances coupled with the possibility of helping our skin issues was worth it. It took about a week and a half to begin to notice the difference in my water, as it does take some time to empty the hot water heater of the old water. Initially I began to notice that my tile floor in my shower was getting whiter.....yes, I can see a difference in where the water hits and the corners of my shower! It is actually cleaning the buildup off of the grout! My stainless steel sink is shinier and the water spots are disappearing, and best of all my eczema and itchy scalp are improving! About a week or so ago I noticed that, despite not using lotion, my legs are no longer dry and cracked like they used to be. The water tastes better (Ive never been able to tolerate drinking tap water, and now I can!), and I can definitively say that I not only dont regret this purchase, but I am incredibly happy I did it! My dad and stepmom came for a visit this week, and my stepmom told me her mom has had a unit for several years and she absolutely loves it. They will be the next to invest in one! It was a tough decision, because its not cheap, but its so so so much more than soft water.

Just recently moved here from the east coast and hated the Arizona water , however since getting the water softer installed I love it ! Ronnie was an amazing salesmen , very funny and honest . The installers were very personally , neat , and clean ! I enjoyed the overall process with their team :)
