Bob went above and beyond to help me prepare for the LSAT. He was a great teacher and helped me tremendously with Logic reasoning. I highly recommend his tutoring services.

If you are planning on using Pimentel Academic Services for standardized test prep, I would recommend to review all options before opting into a course. My biggest criticism from a students perspective is on the Math portion of the SAT. I understand the the calculator is an important tool, and if used wisely, can be the difference between an incredibly high score and an above average score. However, I was really confused was when we used the calculator to solve problems on section three of the SAT (the 25 minute, 20 question, no calc). It made me wonder if my time was better put elsewhere. Ive had other peers of mine have the same issue. I cant speak to the service of AP or individual tutoring as I elected not to pay for this. PAS is not for all students, it definitely was not for me. 3/5

Wonderful tutoring experience

We heartily recommend Pimentel Academic Services. We have been so fortunate to have had their expertise as our children navigated their educational journey. Pimentel Academic Services supported our children from their high school admissions testing, through their years at Brophy and Xavier, and their college boards. Our children benefitted from the guidance and confidence built in them by the highly skilled tutors at Pimentel Academic Services. We are certainly glad they were part of the “village” it takes to raise a child when an AP course proved difficult or an important exam loomed.
