We returned in August from a wedding in the Midwest to find a massive mesquite had toppled in our backyard during a windstorm the night before our return. I started calling tree services and was told that the wind did a lot of damage throughout the valley and they couldnt get to me for perhaps weeks. Not Tree Pros. At dusk that very day arborist Paul Britt showed up at our house. The beautiful landscaping at our house was a major selling point when we bought it just 10 months earlier. We wanted to preserve it and make it even better.Paul helped us form a vision that went way beyond removal of a single tree. We got rid of palm trees and oleanders, ordered new trees and a new, more efficient irrigation system.The work didnt get started for nearly another month; but when it did, the workmanship of the Tree Pros crews was a thing to behold. Tree removal, stump grinding, irrigation trenching and installation, and clean-up were all first rate. When the last crew left, the front and back yards looked so spiffy, I wanted to throw a garden party. Now. I couldnt, of course, because of Covid. But you can bet the party will be someday soon.This project turned out to be on the pricey side. But when I drink my morning coffee on the patio and look across the yard, I have no buyers remorse.

I used Tree Pros for some tree trimming, planting, and irrigation work this past spring. I had them return to do some additional irrigation work and check the status of my system to ensure trees/shrubs were being fed properly. They also refilled my fertilizer tank.I am very satisfied with their work, and I know if I have a problem or a question, that it is one phone call and it will be addressed. I have an Arborist who knows my yard so calls are based on his knowledge of what exists and what has been done.James

I called to schedule an appointment the first week of September. The first available appointment in my area was Sept 27. I made arrangements with child care, work etc. to be available and onsite today and just received a call this morning advising they had to cancel but can fit me in sometime in October. When I asked for them to reschedule the appointment for tomorrow they advised they were booked and couldnt accommodate. This will be the last time I use Tree Pros. Disappointed in the level of professionalism displayed by a company that canceled same day and made zero effort in taking care of a return customer.

Perfect. I needed two trees removed in my yard that were large and unruly. They worked fast and cleaned up everything for me, even branches that my husband had piled up well before we called them.I am really happy with their customer service. They were very communicative and answered any questions I had and quickly returned calls. The quoted price was also far more reasonable than other places I’ve been to.I had stump grinding done as well. They had to come down on a different day for that but worked just as fast and efficiently. Great work.

Ben is one of my favorite people since he is so professional and helped me tremendously when my Palo Verde trees went down during the monsoon. He helped me decide what kind of trees or palms I wanted to replant and then he sent a crew out to complete the work and they were terrific! On time, worked hard and did a super job. Service was excellent and seamless, once it got going. Fast and clean up professionally. My only gripe was a no show for the first day of scheduling, followed by a few more scheduling changes. If you work from home or have a flexible schedule, not a problem, just be mindful they have different crews for services.

We used Tree Pros to try rescue some sick palm trees, prune our citrus, and lay new irrigation to our bushes and trees. The team was very knowledgeable without being pushy and were set up with quite a big and varied job. The work team that executed the jobs were very professional, on time and extremely hard working. They finished on time and on budget. Would recommend to anyone.

My tree was removed quickly and efficiently. The crew did a great job cleaning up all debris. I had also had Tree Pros use herbicide on the stump and grind it out a few weeks later. All teams involved with on time, quick, and pleasant to work with.

I called to have someone come out to assess our tree and give us a quote and instead I got our minimum for trimming trees is $650. thats outrageous for not even seeing my tree. Apparently in this economy, they are not very hungry. Why would you turn down trimming an olive tree for say $300, I guess they dont need the money that badly.

This company was great to work with. One call and they were out the next day to give an estimate and two days later we scheduled the work to be done. This was scheduled to be a 2-day job, they arrived 15 minutes prior to the job each day and we ready to start at the scheduled time. They met with me before and after job completion each day - there was no question what was being done or what was left to complete the following day. Each day all tools were taken and debris was completely removed. Our trees look so much healthier. We are 100% satisfied with the professionalism and quality provided. Highly recommend.

Both trees look a great deal better. They did a thorough job of cleaning up when they finished. Surprise! they arrived several hours early and I was not home. I did see the workmen before they left. They will be back on Monday to doctor my navel orange tree. Tree Pros were recommended by a good friend. Overall they did a fabulous job.

I consulted Tree Pros regarding the trimming health of my 3 Tipu trees. The first assessment was free. The technician recommended using soaking hoses with watering twice a week. He explained it was not a good time to trim the trees. He also recommended a treatment they could apply, with me doing follow-up treatments monthly. I decided to do the treatment which was scheduled a few weeks later. For the treatment, the technician arrived timely and did the work on all three trees. He provided me with the containers of solution to mix in water and apply monthly. Tree Pros service is professional and timely. I will continue using them for future needs.

Tree Pros removed two mesquite trees and planted a Purple Plum tree.They did a quick job of it. They cut down the trees and trimmed the other trees in our front yard, then came out the next day to grind the tree stumps,and came out on the third day to plant the new Purple Plum tree. This always arrived at the time they scheduled, were professional, and got the job done quickly. We recommend Tree Pros to all our friends.

Two new trees, completely renovated irrigation system with smart controller, six new shrubs, removed about 500 square of grass and intruder plants, and spread sixteen tons of gravel, all expertly finished on time. All work was done at my home and I was extremely pleased. A Question arose at the end of the job (a task I believed to have been included in the estimate but of which the crew on site was unaware) the lead technician investigated and resolved the issue before leaving.

We located Tree Pros on Angis List. We had no prior experience with the company.As it turned out Tree Pros is a very fine company. The office kept us advised of the scheduling. Two separate crews performed the work (trimming and feeding). Both of the crews were led by foremen that kept us aware of the status of their work. They checked in when they got here, they asked good questions as they worked, and they checked out when they were done.I could not be more complementary of the professional effort combined with a willingness to provide a quality job !!!

The work they did on my trees was great. I needed my Palo Verde trees reduced in size. I had another company come out last year to do it. Instead they cleaned them up but failed to reduce the size. These guys reduced them by a third. The trees look really well shaped as well. They also thinned several other trees so they would not be damaged by the wind. They did that without taking to much out and altering the trees. I was happy with the job that they did.

The arborist from Tree Pros, Paul, was very knowledgeable about my desire to get a complete trimming of my trees and not just the lower branches. This required climbing up in the trees to accomplish exactly what I wanted. While at first I thought the price was high, Paul did know his business and the final result was great. I also had thought about deep fertization for all my trees and Tree Pros also were able to perform this task. While they did an excellent job, it was probably overpriced and I would not recommend this service. However, the tree trimming I would recommend.

I had sissoo tree roots coming in my yard from a neighbor’s tree. From the survey to see how much work would need to be done to the moment they were done doing the work, they were really professional and friendly. There was a slip up on the paperwork the workers got but we were able to get it corrected immediately right then and there. I, personally, think they could have removed more of the roots from the ground before poisoning what was left but so far, I haven’t seen any new sprouts so I don’t think it made any difference on leaving the roots there. I am enjoying the use of my full yard again to play with my dog.

I had the The Tree Pros do a deep root fertilization on two trees in my front yard.He drove steaks into the ground surrounding both trees in order to inject the fertilizer in the ground.He was here approximately one hour.In addition to that I was provided with 2 gallons of fertilizer that I was going to have to mix myself and apply to the trees every 30 days.The service cost $480.I thought there was going to be more involved in the process than this.What a rip off !I will never use this company again for any service nor will I recommend them to anyone.I NEED TO EAT MY WORDS AND MODIFY THISREVIEW !After looking at both of my trees for about a two week period of time after the treatment,I didn’t think the smaller one was going to come back -thought it was dead, and the larger one looked like it was struggling to come back.At the time of this post I’m looking at both of my trees which have remarkably come back to better condition than they were last year, more density to the leaves and a deeper richer green color which I can only attribute to their deep root fertilization treatment.I guess I was expecting them to recover too much and too quickly.I would definitely recommend this company to anyone, obviously I over reacted to the situation and wasn’t patient enough to wait for the treatment to work properly!Larry Varley

My olive trees had not been trimmed in years. You can see the sky through them now. I like it, my grass likes it and when of if the monsoons come this summer we are ready. The younger acacia tree could have been shaped better, but what do I know. Tree Pros trimmed my trees much more than other companies did for my neighbors.

I would 100% recommend Tree Pros to anyone, and plan to use them again in the future. They first removed a tree for us, then grinded down the stump and big roots. Once they were done with that, they cleaned everything up and racked over the rocks. You cant even tell a tree was ever there!! Looks fantastic!We also had them replace our entire irrigation system. They did it in two days and it works so much better than our old one! Im so happy with it!! Again, they had to dig many trenches for this, and afterwards they cleaned it up so well, you cant even tell work was done.I was highly impressed with the whole situation. Scheduling an estimate and the service was a very easy process. All employees communicated in a timely fashion about when they would arrive. I am very satisfied with the service I received.

Tree removal and stump grinding went well. But we had asked for some irrigation work and the proposal reflected that but then after the new trees were planted nothing was done with the irrigation. Once we asked about that it was silent for days. Finally got someone to come out and tell us what was needed they wanted to charge extra for work that should’ve been included in the original proposal. It’s been a week and we still haven’t heard from them. I emailed multiple times because Im not sure we got the right sized trees but never heard back on that either.

Tree Pros came out and took the tree out in less than 30 minutes. They had all of the utilities come out and mark their locations and pulled the stump out the following week. The yard looked great when they got done. Overall Im very happy w/ the service and would recommend them to others.

I got an estimate by a tree specialist about fertilizing my six dying trees. The specialist injected into the ground fertilizer all around the perimeter of tree. They were very professional and arrived on time. Its only been about two and a half weeks. I havent noticed much change for the better or worse. Only time will tell.

This company is top shelf! We have eight, 50 Year Old, Eucalyptus trees on our property. We noticed they were not looking as good so we called Tree Pros, LLC and we received another quote from a reputable company. We chose Tree Pros because they addressed the issues with our trees without me having to point out my concerns. We felt they offered a good value for their expertise. I am attaching a photo of the largest tree we had trimmed.

Would have been 5 stars but the day after trimming the Palm tree there were pieces of the palm all over the front yard and my neighbors. Could have done better cleaning of that but otherwise everything was very good.

We moved to Arizona in 2008, and within a year we started utilizing Tree Pros. Their staff is very professional, everyone from the office personnel to the field employers. I was quoted trimming of all my trees, Palo Verde and Palms in May and was told to wait to trim the Palms until June by the Arborist assigned to my account, and when I called to schedule my Palm trim, this company raised the prices on me and said that they quotes the palms as a bundle previously, but since they are being trimmed on a separate appt they raised the price by $150.00. They didnt honor the originally quoted price and I will never use them again.We spent THOUSANDS with this company on sprinklers, and tree services only to get price gouged! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT REPEAT BUSINESS! BEWARE OF PRICE GOUGING!

We got two quotes to remove a sissoo tree whose roots were causing problems. The arborist was aware of all the problems with this type of tree and walked us through the entire process. They were also $200 less than our other quote. They removed the tree, poisoned the stump, came back in 2 weeks and ground the stump. All workers were friendly and courteous. They cleaned up the mess and hauled it away. We definitely recommend Tree Pros for this type of work.

The Tree Pro staff was very professional, from booking, estimating, scheduling and tree removal. They were on time and you never would have known they did any if the huge tree had not been gone. The stump grinding was just as seamless.

Wow are these guys fantastic! They made it so easy for me. They notified me 24 hours in advance with a range in time arrival; completed the work exactly as I had requested. Safely tethered and lowered tree branches without damaging property. Tree removal was quick and as scheduled. Stump grinding crew was delayed 5 days from original schedule, but work was excellent once completed.

We had 4 trees removed. Tree Pros arrived exactly when they said they would, did the job and left the area clean. Youd never know the trees were there at all. They were also very efficient, in and out in no time.

We had them trim trees last year along with soil injection to help fertilize. The last eat service was another soil injection along with treatment for bugs. Everyone I had contact with was professional and knowledgeable, always confirmed all my questions were answered.

Your crew came by a little earlier than expected which was fine (a call ahead would have been nice) but I was okay with that. They asked what I wanted done and understood that I wanted my fruit trees trimmed and pruned. Some other landscapers would have just trimed the outside of the trees but wouldnt know how to prune the inside crossing branches. We recently had a 38 year old pine tree removed from our backyard. The tree was in a difficult area to get to with little room to work. The Team of Tree Pros were excellent in removing the large tree in sections and carefully lowering each section to the ground to avoid damage to my home and block fence. It was amazing to watch them work. They left my yard cleaner then it was prior to the work and the result was that it appeared no work / tree removal had even occurred. GREAT JOB

After stating that they were arborist, we paid for the service of an professional arborist, but was sent tree trimmer’s. Not even the person who came out on first visit to assess tree needs. I would hire a tree trimmer from the front of Home Depot and pay a third of what they charge and never provided. Would not recommend to family or neighbors.

Arborist Nate performed a checkup on my African Sumac, which is recovering from damage caused during the extreme summer heat. Asked him for suggestions for a tree to add to my yard. Decided to go with his recommendation (a lovely Vitex). Crew planted it on 2/8 - prompt, courteous, efficient. Ive repeatedly used Tree Pros over the past few years for trimming, planting, and tree care. Highly recommend.

Great office staff and great workers. We had 3 very large palms trimmed, 2 of those were skinned as well, 2 very large Ash trees removed as well as stump grinding. I had 4 separate companies come and give me quotes and they were the most honest in pricing and very informative. They did nice clean work and fully cleaned up after themselves. We are beyond satisfied with the work that was done and will be using the for any future needs. We have also received several compliments on the trimmed palms and will be referring friends and family!

We called Tree Pros to remove a tree in our backyard that had blown down in a wind storm. We were told that the entire tree (including the stump) would be removed. When the crew arrived, they removed the tree only to the stump and said another crew would be by later to remove the stump. No one arrived so we called back and were told that stump removal wasnt included. This is contrary to the quote we received over the phone. We were finally able to speak to a supervisor who said theyd send someone out to remove the stump the following day. The crew arrived and removed the stump, but cut our irrigation line in the process. After that, our insurance company reached out to Tree Pros many times for an itemized invoice of the services rendered, but did not receive a call back or the requested invoice. We purchased a new tree from a local nursery to replace the old one, and when the nursery came out to plant the tree, they told us that the old tree hadnt been removed properly and parts of the stump and roots remained. They were unable to plant the new tree as a result. We called once again and were told that a manager would be able to come out and take a look the following week. In the meantime, we have a tree sitting in our yard waiting to be planted and my husband has to take a day off of work to wait for the manager to arrive to look at the shoddy job that was done. Tree Pros office is disorganized, they misrepresent their services, and their work is poor quality. Its unbelievable that they havent been able to get things right in almost a months time and that were still dealing with their lack of professionalism. If this is how they regularly operate, Im surprised theyre still in business.

Tree Pros is an outstanding and professional company. These guys are no joke and they treat the customer with the utmost respect and provide high quality customer service. Shane and Carlos came to remove my stumps and were the fastest and cleanest crew I have ever had at my house. The crew that came to remove the three huge trees did not miss a beat. They came in with a crane and lifted three trees with over 35 years of growth out of my yard in less than 3 hours. Needless to say this was the best experience I have ever had with any tree care company in my 20 years of owning homes. I highly suggest you give them a call if you are trying to get tree work done. Service I requested was tree trimming to open up in preparation for the possible monsoons and to remove all dead growth and branches that have accumulated over the years. Kyle did an awesome job of scheduling the services needed. He and all of the crew were very professional and courteous. There were 4 guys with ropes and chainsaws trimming and cleanup. When they were dome it was beautiful. They also cut down the Salt Cedar. They came back the next day to treat the salt cedar. Then the came back 2 weeks later to stump grind the stump. I would definitely use them again.

Technicians were prompt, pleasant, explained what they did. Couldnt be happier with them.

Tree Pros are really easy to work with. They are prompt to your requests and clean up after each job. I would recommend them for any tree maintenance.

Told the crew several times not to drop the trees on the lawn because I was worried about the sprinkler system. They did it anyway. One sprinkler head was broken but it could have been worse. They should have done it the way I requested. Your crews should not be able to do whatever they want against the wishes of the home owner.

Tree Pros installed a new irrigation system on my property in Gilbert last week and did a fine job. I will definitely have them do work for me again. Over the last few years, Ive had Tree Pros trim a large tree in my front yard and plant an orange tree for me, they did great on both these jobs, I would recommend them to everyone!

Fast and professional job installing irrigation and a small grass area. We have had several disappointments since then. I called them 3 times requesting information about work already installed and no one ever calls back. Then I was told it would cost $150 just for a consult. I am new to the desert and did not know several mature trees did not need irrigation. Rather than advise me they installed it anyway. ( Ive since rerouted to new shrubs.) So if you are not a novice, they do a fast and professional job but dont count on them after the installation is done.

These guys were great. I had one other estimate that was much higher. I talked with crew before trimming to make sure we were on same page regarding exactly how much they would trim. I didnt want bare trees when done. They did a good job. They had to climb dozens of very tall mature twisty eucalyptus trees to trim. I also used a company before that charged by the hour - never again. These guys gave a flat price for trimming 50 trees. 👍

Overpriced and constantly misdirecting communications. I frequently get promotional emails addressed to my husband, but they cant get an estimate or bill to us via the same email address (and weve checked- they arent going to the spam folder). Also, the arborist quoting the job is a salesman; we asked for an overgrown citrus to be topped (which we spelled out as make it shorter so we can reach the fruit) and they wrote crown on the quote- which was not explained as a different kind of service. When the real guys came to complete the job, I learned that I had been lied to about the service we would receive.They recommended an expensive watering solution to a tree that will do very well on minimal water after it is established, but didnt think that improved option was smart for non-native trees that do need a lot of water (and cant agree on the % dead a tree should be before throwing in the towel an be removing it). Im happy that landscapers can provide most of the same services for a fraction of the cost.

Excellent job. Came early and did what they needed too. Got the job done quickly and they did not leave a mess.
