This review is coming 2 years after calling Masterscapes for a quote. Jeremiah and his team designed and installed an entire backyard for us. Starting with nothing but an acre of dirt, the team assisted us with design ideas, recommendations for trees/shrubs/plants. The installation process was on time and flawless. I write this review now because we have called with questions a couple of times. Jeremiah has always come back to the house and assisted with sharing knowledge and adjusting sprinklers. I HIGHLY recommend his team!

They redid front entryway to front door, expanded the back patio, redirected water runoff, and lattice. Took time to get lattice made in another state. Once here the project was done in a week. We just moved in to a house with only dirt in the backyard. Jeremiah came out and listened to what we were thinking for the yard and then gave us suggestions that we hadnt even thought of. Supervisor, Darrel, kept us updated on all aspects of the project. From the island grill and the fire pit to the pergola and landscaping, they truly transformed our bland backyard to our own personal paradise. Excellent communication. Being a Realtor I know that follow up and information are imperative. They were on top of everything and let me know continually how and when things were going to happen. The work was done in a timely manner (weather permitting) and the finished job is beautiful. I did my own design, but Zee tweaked it perfectly. The plants are still small in the pictures, but will grow quickly. The final result was better than I expected. All our Friends are amazed.

This is our first experience working with a full service landscaping/design firm. Zee did a wonderful job working with us, helping us to understand our options, expertly budgeted. Mike did a masterful job with our landscaping design. We were stunned as his design is magnificent. He really listened to our needs giving us a view of a major remodeling of a 35 year-old landscape. Yesterday, the first part of the plan was implemented, planting 4 trees, one of which was very large and in a difficult location. John, the construction superintendent made an early trip to assess the situation. Masterscapes had the right crew in place so the trees were expertly planted. We appreciate the warranty. The team removed all the vegetation and old rock in the back yard removing the stumps as well, and then spread new stone in the back yard. The team were hard working and cleaned any debris that remained. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend!

I bought a new build on a bare acre and MasterAZscapes did a fantastic job of turning it into a desert paradise. I showed an inspiration photo of my ideas for the yard to the designer, Derek, who took it and made it better. I received renderings of what my landscape would look like and given an estimate of the work. I was able to accompany the designer to the plant nursery and pick out trees and shrubs with his advice. I also picked out boulders and granite. The work crew and project manager, Luke, were fantastic. The finished project, front and back yards, was even better than I had imagined: plants, granite, contouring, irrigation, lights. And it came in on budget. Now, about six weeks later, the plants and trees are thriving. I asked for magic and thats what I got.Everyone I came in contact with at MasterAZscapes, from the office staff to the work crew, was professional and courteous. I would definitely use them again and I recommend them to anyone who stops by. The work that was done matched or exceeded our expectations. The installation crew led by Tommy were polite and respectful, and the plans that Derek prepared have greatly improved the looks and usability of our space. In fact, all interactions with employees were positive. I have, and will continue, to recommend AZ Masterscapes without hesitation. One important reason, beyond the quality of work, was the followup and continued efforts on your part to ensure our satisfaction with the job.We have had some difficulty with the small lawn area in our back. Some of the sod dried out before installation and did not take. Then the summer grass died in the fall and nothing grew to replace it. As the customer, I expected a lawn to be installed that needed only maintenance and would be nice and green. Alberto and another really nice young man came out and did their best. Eventually Jeremiah came out and spent time explaining why that beautiful lawn was going to take a little while longer to appear. I accepted the explanation, though was disappointed it was not fully explained to me before hand. He spent time with me, explaining what steps were needed, what options we had and most importantly labeling and walking me through the irrigation system. My friends referred me to Masterscapes. Theyd just had their landscaping completed, it looked great, and theyd already done price comparison shopping.Zee came to my house to give me a free estimate. He took his time and studied the style and colors of my home. He then and drafted a gorgeous design for the back yard as part of the appointment--for no charge! The plan gave me everything I wanted plus elements I hadnt thought of. Since they are busy, I made a down payment of 1/4 of the project cost to put me in the scheduling queue (about a month and a half later).During that time I made several small changes to the design including adding a sculpture garden with leftover granite pieces from my new home construction. There were two additional pre-construction appointments - to select rock + pavers and trees (I went to the locations with Zee) and he came to my office to select the final plants.The customer service has been steller. The project leader (John) told me theyd accidentally dented my gate and set me up with one of their contractors to replace the metal piece (at their cost). This was in motion before Id even noticed and the repair was perfectly done within 3 days.The project took 7 total working days to complete over an 8 business-day time span. The workers were knowledgeable and courteous and answered several questions I had. I made 4 payments spread over the time of the work and the final payment after the gate repair--which I appreciated. I was able to make credit card payments by phone, which was very convenient.Zee returned after the construction was completed for a walk-through, checked everything, reset my watering system (which included some nice brass plumbing added in for no additional cost), and gave me all of the warranty & plant care information. After the concrete is fully cured, I will paint the planters (I was told about this up front--theres also an option to use their recommended painter). My friends will receive a referral bonus.As the photos show, the yard looks like a park and matches the design of my security door. From the time the job was started until completion the folks at Masterscapes were always available with helpful information and answers to my questions. The overall result was fantastic!

I can honestly say there is nothing negative to say about this company and their work. We contracted with them to remove a concrete driveway and replace it with pavers. We added a paver pathway on one side of the house. We also had the front yard landscaping removed, remodeled, and replaced. From our first contact things proceeded flawlessly. It started with a meeting with Mitchell who came out, listened to what we hoped to do, surveyed the property, and then drew the plan and gave us the price (which was reasonable). From there, Maria worked with our very picky HOA on the submittal and revisions. It took almost three months to get it through our HOA. MasterAZScapes stuck with us through that. Prior to the start of work, we had a pre-construction meeting with Darrel the Superintendent to review what was going to happen. During construction, we had Jesus the job manager on site every day with a very competent and polite crew that seemed to always have the equipment they needed to make short work of the job. Rosarios crew did the pavers and they were artists. We still cannot believe how quickly the old concrete was removed and the pavers installed. Every member of the crew was professional and pleasant to our HOA security who came by daily and often gave directions about material placement and trash. The crew showed up on time EVERY DAY. They cleaned up the job site every day. The company kept us informed every day with a call at the end of the day to let us know what to expect the next day. There was one misunderstanding about the dimensions of a wall and it was made right quickly and without issue. In this day of sketchy contractors who promise big and dont deliver, MasterAZScapes was a joy to work with. They run their company like a real business! Our end result is better than we hoped for. Should I ever need hardscape and landscape work again, I would not call anyone else.

A previous landscaper left my front yard a total disaster so I was very nervous about hiring another company but MasterAZscapes were great to work with and did a wonderful job. Troy came out while the work was in progress to check that everything was being done Tommy and crew were very professional. Ive been getting all kinds of positive comments as people walk by. I couldn’t possibly be happier that I hired MasterAZscapes to build my patio. From beginning to end, everyone was professional, responsive and talented. The office personnel answered calls and questions promptly. Daniel, the designer, was very collaborative; he listened to what I wanted, asked questions & made great suggestions. He came up with a couple of possibilities to choose from, both great, and he showed me ways to get what I wanted without breaking the bank. Once the design was approved, Darrel took over as project manager. Darrel was on top of everything. He responded quickly to problems or questions. A couple of changes were necessary once construction was started, and he took care of them without even blinking. He kept in contact with me throughout the project. Armando and his construction crew are very talented masons, executing all of the curves in the design with precision, making sure that every aspect of the patio was perfect. He was very easy to work with. After the project was completed and paid for, I called to ask for a small change due to irrigation water flow. Darrel has someone there the next day to take care of it. I highly recommend MasterAZscapes - they changed a muddy, forgotten part of my yard into a beautiful outdoor living/party zone. Everyone who sees it raves. I LOVE IT!!

Someone came out to quote us for our backyard landscape design and then we never got a phone call about the design plan or quote. No one bothered to follow up even after I called. Obviously youve lost our business, and glad too. How unprofessional !

After installation they did not tell me how to fertilize or atleast to use the fertilizer. My grass started to look pale and after then they told to use the fertilizer. Now I see a lot of weeds growing in the grass after few months. I will look for a better landscape next time.I lost the contact number of the person named Derrek who installed our backyard. I called their office to ask his number. But they would not give me his number. A change in behavior before and after the job is complete.

The men did an exceptional job in a very short length of time. We liked the design of the lawn. The planning and execution was well timed and product was at the location when needed. I had MasterAZscapes landscape my backyard with a large cactus garden and a bougainvillea hedge, as well as a paver sidewalk. I had planned out exactly what I wanted and everyone, from Troy in the planning stage, as well as Darrel and Tommie during the installation process, worked hard to make my dream come true - and theyve succeeded! The process was smooth and stress free because I knew these guys would take care of me. For the tremendous effort they put out, they were worth every penny I paid them. I am more than pleased with my new garden and hope to enjoy it for decades to come. I cannot recommend them any higher. They will not disappoint.

My wife and I wanted a front patio with a half wall. We got quotes from a few other places that seemed way too high, then MasterAZscapes came out and gave us a quote for what we wanted which was right on budget. The designer also upsold us on some additional stonework down the side of our driveway to pull the whole front of the house together, which we are very glad we did in retrospect. Very good attention to detail in the stone work. The work was done quickly. I think it took 6 days total from digging out the trench for the wall to packing up, and that includes about 2 days of being rained out (the poor guys had to lay brick in a mud pit lol). Still, it came out gorgeous and the company was always touching base with us to update us on work or ask our opinion on things. We felt very well taken care of with these folks and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for an outdoor remodel.

Needed a grass run for my Dobermans, some new lines for irrigation both front and back and new valves for everything. They sent Jacob and his crew and what a great job they did. But not only was the work excellent but so was the clean up.. Talk about being courteous and helpful Jacob and his crew were great. I would use them again in a heartbeat can’t say enough about the great work they did and the timely manner in which they did it..thank you..

I scheduled an appointment about 10 days ago to have someone out at our home in Mesa, AZ on May 16, 2015, at 12:00 p.m. The man who called me selected the date and time, and it was convenient for me too. It is now 1:45 p.m. and nobody has shown up! They did not call me to reschedule either. Apparently they do not value potential customers. My time is as important as the next person, and at least a courtesy call would have been nice. It could have been a job for them, but wont be now! I do not recommend this company!

We had our front and back yard remodeled more than a year ago. There was an issue with the lighting. They came out and fixed the issue at no expense to me even though we were out of our warrenty. I would reccomend these folks to anyone.

The ideas that were given to us were great. The workers were extremely diligent. We love our new landscaping and will call on them for other projects.

We wanted to make the backyard welcoming with new rock gardens, plants, and a new shade tree. Masterscapes did the design, adjusted it based on our fine-tuning requests, and executed everything as we requested. One plant died within the first two weeks, but they came out to replace it within just a few days. Everything is growing well. We are very happy with our new backyard.

Spoke with Zee to have some work done on my backyard. He was super responsive and ready to get started. We agreed on the project, time, and cost and everything was going well. Problems seemed to have occurred after they (mostly) finished the project.During installation, one of their workers broke my water timer which is not really a big deal as its pretty cheap to replace. However, he took it and said that he would come back the next day to replace it and attach it to the PVC pipe I asked them to install. That night, I received a bill from them, which I paid since I figured I could trust them to return and finish the job. It has been a month and there has been no contact from them despite me emailing and texting.Overall:Quality of work - 4/5 (why the hell is there so much sand in my backyard, it looks like a beach?!)Personability - 5/5 (very friendly and nice)Follow-through - 0/5 (they disappeared).

My husband and I explained to Zee, from Masterscapes, the ideas we had for our two side yards. He was very creative and made a design almost immediately. He had a vision of what could be done that was in-line with our needs. After choosing Masterscapes as our landscaper, the office was organized and phoned us each evening to confirm a crew would be working on our project. The work performed was excellent and where we made a request, they attended to it quickly. Neighbors watching the work were impressed and asked for their business cards, too. Absolutely amazing installation with attention to detail and perfection...

The job came in on budget. They didnt quibble about nits and addressed most issues. The end result was good and there were even some spectacular results for some parts of the job.2000 sq ft of travertine patio paver going over the existing patio and around the poolcoping and tile around the poolAlumawood patio extensionSmall wall around pool equipmentThe spectacular: The guys doing the stone work with the travertine were phenomenal. And the designer was phenomenal - attentive but great ideas and quickly came up with suggestions and improvements. He is the reason I chose this company. They werent the cheapest, but definitely the way to go if you need help envisioning the work.The OK, The Alumawood patio looks good, but leaks because the electrician drilled holes in the beam and sleeve, so it leaks right through the ceiling fan.In general the contractors were good and cleaned up after themselves.Areas for improvement:- coordination between contractors and foreman - job started months late.- had to drain my pool twice because of mis-communications- electricians not terribly good. Have some pretty wacky wiring runs because they didnt follow plans- Almost got a the wrong kind of cinder block because of miscommunication (the existing block wall is tan, and the small pocket wall to hide the pool equipment was supposed to match. Had I not been there on day one, Id have gotten gray block of a different size and type.)- Slow ... it took a week for the guys putting up the patio to dig 3 holes for the footers.- Patio (aluma wood installers) almost didnt follow plan from the design and would have left significant gaps between existing and new patio. Had to argue a little and when I suggested we take it to the foreman, he agreed that I was correct. Later he admitted that it would not have worked had he done what he started to do.Advice for prospective customer of any contractor - be present at selected points in the process. Its critical and will save costly mistakes and a lot of aggravation.This is a good company and they do good work. They arent perfect, but then, no one is.

The staff of Masterscapes was courteous, professional, and on time. The proposal was reasonable and the staff paid attention the the work we specified and asked good questions about our expectations. They finished on time and on budget. The finished product was just what we asked for and needed. We are very pleased with the company and the finished product.

They LISTENED to what I wanted! Sometimes other companies only want to tell you what they think you should have. They gave me advice only when I asked for it. I had my landscaping done during a time where there was a lot of rain so they honored my wishes when I asked them to wait in-between sections being done. Then I decided to have a concrete walk-way put in and they waited again. Thank You.

I had Masterscapes remove an old free-standing barbecue island and build me a new masonry one with travertine tile over concrete top and pavers in front of it. They did an outstanding job and my wife and I love it. The workers cleaned the area upon completing the job. I should note this is the third job I hired Masterscapes to perform at my residence: the first job was to redo my sod in my back yard and the second time they redesigned and installed an entirely different front yard landscape. We have a new build that is nearly finished. We scheduled a meet and greet for an estimate and overview of our back yard. We were scheduled to meet between 9am - 10am. We waited from 8:45am - 11am and had not recieved a phone call or message until today (the following Monday). I would highly suggest not using their unreliable services.

We had travertine tiles put down in the back yard. They were very cooperative and accommodating with my limited schedule to get the work done. Nice people and job well done. Waiting for the follow up service and see how that goes.

This company did whatever was necessary to fix the flooding problem in our back yard and the landscape that was installed was done exactly as we had envisioned. The company is willing to work with you in phases to complete your design. This is very helpful in controlling cost.

We wanted to update our courtyard with artificial turf and pavers. We called Masterscapes for a quote. They sent out a sales person and listened to what we wanted. He then suggested a few much better small ideas which we had never thought of. After seeing samples of pavers and turf, we went ahead with the project. Wow! Contacted Masterscapes to repair existing water feature we had installed in our backyard by a landscape contractor when we moved into our home. Both the waterfall and the pond itself continually leaked and the contractor was unable to make repairs. Masterscapes came out and gave me an estimate to either repair or replace. The estimate was detailed with a number of options which made clear they were trying to help us find the right balance between the aesthetics of our home and the size of our wallet. They did explain if I chose repair, they couldnt extend a warranty because they wouldnt be accessing all the previous contractors plumbing which was perfectly understandable. Ultimately, we chose to start over and have Masterscapes redo the entire water feature. We are so glad we did! It was amazing to watch the workers attention to every little detail. They did a meticulous job creating a beautiful and natural looking boulder stack for the waterfall, and replaced the old cement pond with a properly constructed one guaranteed not to leak. The final result is spectacular and exceeded our expectations. Masterscapes called each of the three days of the project to let us know they were on schedule and when the workers would arrive. The crew was extremely polite and respectful of our property and neighbors. Everywhere material would be on the ground they laid tarps first, and swept and blew off the area afterward. They gave us opportunity for input as the project went along, asking our preferences (such as whether to use river rock in the pond or not). The work was expensive (and stung a little bit to be paying for something twice, which wasnt Masterscapes fault), but we absolutely wanted to buy quality and not repeat our original mistake. The cost also includes a warranty from a reputable local business and that has value. We are very confident we got the quality installation we paid for and couldnt be happier with Masterscapes. I would highly recommend them and would certainly use them again.

I had just bought my house and my back yard was dirt with a bunch of dead trees. Masterscapes transformed by back yard into a great space that both my dog and I love! Unprofessional. Had an appt with one, He showed up 30 minutes late but within an hour window of appt time. he seemed to have no ideas whatsoever about what to do with my backyard. He couldnt think of anything. He just kept rambling back and forth sounding like car salesman but has no vision or creativity at all. So I asked for another person hopefully with more creativity and brains. Nope, the other person didnt show at all. Not even a cancellation phone call. Very rude. Then my friend had the first person evaluate his backyard for grass only. They wanted $13000 for grass! My friend was shocked. No other work involved. Way too expensive for grass in a small backyard. itll be easy to find someone better and more professional than this.oh and also big delays. I had asked how long it would take to start the job if I decide to go with them. they said 2 months. Not the place for speed or saving time.

Zee gave me a very detailed (and accurate) bid for the work of reconstructing a masonry planter and retaining wall that is part of my front porch after it was struck by a car that missed a turn. I also got a couple of other bids and no one else gave me the detail that Zee did or was as specific in answering my questions and concerns. Once I had settled with the drivers insurance and gotten a check, I called the office and scheduled the work for a couple of weeks out. The work started actually a bit ahead of when I expected. I was very pleased that it only took one day to do the actual work and one day for the mortar to dry before the new planter was filled with clean soil. The quality of the work was excellent, the price was right and I am completely satisfied with the result. I would recommend Masterscapes without hesitation.

We had a really great experience with MasterScapes. Of the many contractors we had out to bid the job, Zee was the only one who actually put some thought into his design rather than just drawing up exactly what we asked for. The crew was efficient and professional. Our only minor complaint was that there was no final overall cleanup of the entire job after they were done. Its an outdoor space, though, so it doesnt matter much.

Scheduled an appointment with masterscapes for an estimate . Derek came and spent a good amount of time with us listening to what we wanted and gave us some of his ideas of what to do. We decided to go with masterscapes. Due to some medical complications we had to cancel our landscape project. They were very understanding. Would highly recommend them.

Maybe its because we are in Buckeye. Maybe its because its a smaller job or maybe its just poor communication within the company but we were told it would be 6-8 weeks for them to start our yard and we are going on week 10 and they keep pushing us back. We didnt hear anything from them for 9 weeks and it took me calling them to finally get an answer. I was told work would start last Wednesday, that didnt happen! Then I was told work would start today, just got a call and they have now said work will start on Wednesday. Its not like this is a surprise job! We signed the contract 2 and a half months ago! They had 2 and a half months to order supplies and get a crew ready. If our project was an inconvenience then they shouldnt have said they would do it!Update: They finally had a crew out to start the project on Tuesday. They were here Tuesday and Wednesday. No crew Thursday or Friday. We were told a crew would be here at 630am this morning (Saturday) and its now 930am and I had to call them to find out that they are not coming today but will supposedly be here on Monday. Communication is horrible! Zero customer service!

I seldom ever write a review but after the service provided by MasterAZScapes I wanted to let others know my appreciation for their work. I used an app called HomeAdvisor to search licensed contractors to do our front yard. It provided a list of companies to contact based on my requirements. A few days later I received an email from Priscilla at MasterAZScape asking me to call her to schedule a free landscape estimate. I called and scheduled an appointment to meet with Troy.Troy arrived at the expected time and we talked about what I was looking for in a design that would compliment the house and provide nice curb appeal. He listened to my desires and asked for a few days to work on a design. During this time I continued to seek estimates from other landscape companies. A few days later Troy showed us his design using a 3d CAD system that provided an excellent way to view his plan. My wife and I were impressed with his presentation and told him that we were still waiting to meet with other landscape companies.While waiting to get other quotes, I had setup a mockup using pcv pipes to help my wife visualize the patio layout. As it turned out, we decided to go with Troy and MasterAZScapes. We made another appointment with Troy in order to make some adjustments to the design. Troy come to the house a day before our scheduled meeting to take measurements to get his cad drawing more complete. He had taken what he saw set up in the front yard and completely changed the design in his cad system in preparation for our next day’s meeting. My wife and I were very impressed with his initiative. We met and worked with Troy for about three hours on the details. He indicated that his company would be starting in 3 to 4 weeks and that it would take 3 to 4 weeks to complete. Three weeks after signing for the project we got a call from the supervisor, Darrel to schedule a project walk through and a few days later we had a team led by Jesus.The first day started with Jesus and his team showing up around 6:30 in the morning. This happened every morning throughout the entire project. Every evening I would receive a cheerful call from Sheila informing me that the team would be back out the next morning.The process began with the removal of the existing gravel, old plants and a concrete walkway leading from the driveway to the front door. Tommy, Andy, and Nolan did an outstanding job in preparing the yard for the new design. Over the next several days, Jesus, Alberto, and Freddy took numerous measurements, marked wall locations, poured footings, and built the retaining walls reinforced with concrete and rebar.With the walls built, the courtyard and walkway became ready for Rosario’s crew to lay the pavers. These guys created a compacted base with just enough slope for good drainage and laid travertine pavers that made the entire patio pop.Some days other employees from MasterAZScapes would assists Jesus and his team. While I did not get to know all of the guys I did recognize a demonstrated level of respect towards the customer. Jesus is an artist when it comes to bringing the vision to reality. His skill in sculpting the land and placing the boulders help create a landscape that invites one to walk up the steps to see more.The project progressed as the remaining tasks of planting, laying of gravel, stonework, irrigation, and lighting were eventually completed. At the end of each day my wife would come home with the anticipation to see the vision unfold. Sometimes she could not wait and asked to have pictures sent to her during her lunch break.We are thoroughly pleased with our new front yard landscape. We will enjoy it with our neighbors for many years to come. We could not be happier with the service provided by MasterAZScapes. The level of commitment, attention to detail, and willingness to please the customer outshines many other companies in a time where customer service seems to take the back-burner. I do appreciate the effort that was applied by the crew. The work itself was excellent. The girls in the office did a tremendous job with the submittal part to the HOA. My problem was with the supervision and the scheduling. Originally the project was suppose to take 2 weeks. It ended up taking 8+ weeks. I was continually asked to push my project back. After the 4th week, I had to start saying no. I created a simple punch list to finish the project and it took them 3 visits to get this list done. I specifically asked for the superivsor to be there and he did not show. Their view on detail is week. Once instructed, the crew can perform. This company might have great potential with good leadership.

I was referred to Masterscapes by our long-time arborist when I needed a complete overhaul of our irrigation system. My initial experience was positive--until the actual scheduled workdate. The foreman originally assigned to my account (who Id had in depth discussions with regarding expectations) did not show up and did not communicate the expected work to the on-site crew. They did their best, but did not meet my expectations. I communicated that with the lead on-site, and he assured me that the office would call me to make it right. I waited weeks. No call until nearly a month later and then it was to ask for the rest of the payment. I explained my dissatisfaction and they sent someone out to correct the issue, but unfortunately, I was not able to be home when the work was completed. This resulted in exposed lines in both my front and back yards, which was not my expectation. At that point, I was too frustrated to call the office again and just accepted that those lines would be exposed.In the ~5 months since installation, several caps have disappeared from the lines, buried lines have become exposed (clearly not buried deep enough) and valve covers are regularly ajar/coming off because they were not installed flush with the ground like the work order instructed.While everyone at this company was polite and professional to work with, I have found the quality of work and crew communication to be poor to average--especially considering how much I paid. I spent $4,800 to install a new PVC irrigation/dripline system in my front and back yards. The pricing was higher than the other bids, but because they came recommended from a trusted source and had glowing reviews online, I believed the work would be worth the higher price tag. It wasnt.Since I have a 1-year warranty and satisfaction guarantee, I will be calling next week to request Masterscapes correct the issues mentioned above. Given the sub-par experience, I would NOT recommend them to a friend or family member.

Outstanding back yard scapeing

We contacted MasterAZscapes based off of the reviews online and Im so glad I did. Our outstanding services started with Zee, the designer and project estimator. He was very creative and really could see our vision for our backyard. He even suggested things we never thought of which we loved and went for. The professionalism and customer service continued with Daryl as our superintendent/project manager. He was so awesome and always had our back. All of the workers were courteous and very knowledgable. All large projects run into issues and ours were the same. MasterAZscapes handled the issues with fierce loyalty to our project and had our best interest in mind. I wouldnt have anyone else work on our backyard for hardscape or softscape. We are actually even going back for more work from them! Thanks MasterAZscapes!

We had a smaller project of pavers and curbing that many landscapers were not willing to take as it was under $5K. Zee gave me an estimate and Masterscapes did a great job. Initially, the paver crew ran a 3 walk when the contract was for 4. The foreman came by and caught it and had the crew fix the problem even though they had already cut bricks for the 3 curved walk. Im very pleased with he end result!

We got an estimate while in the progress of renovating our home. We had to have estimates submitted to insurance due to renters damaging/removing landscapng. He refused to even speak with the insurance to verify the estimate until we hired him. We were serious customers that were put off by Troys unprofessionalism.

Would not use them again. I can get the same quality of pruning by stopping by the Home Depot parking lot. I had tears in my eyes when I saw what they did to my Pslo Verde. I dont think they know anything about how to prune a tree properly. I know more about the dos and donts of pruning from just the online research Ive done. I have more to say, but you get the idea.

We have had a troublesome drainage issue in our backyard for years. Other attempts to solve the problem were not successful. Masterscapes designed and completed a drainage system that so far is working very well. Thanks.
