My neighbor hired these people to trim my ficus. Without my permission he trimmed 3 ft into my property, removing half the tree and exposing the whole core to the summer heat. Professional arborists, U of AZ extension service and other experts categorically state DO NOT TRIM ficus trees in the summer due to heat sensitivity. What happens this winter in the first frost? No protection for the whole tree! Ignorant good as with chainsaws. Run away.
