Quick and efficient! Used great care to put my car up on the trailer and secure it! Called when arriving and then again when car was dropped off. Reasonable pricing and well worth it when it comes to price versus service provided... he drove away with my car and I felt every confidence that it would arrive to its destination safely and in a timely manner. They made us pay fees that we were not supposed to pay. Were not honest or helpful and the lies they told me were simply because they wanted to make more money from us

My fuel pump went out and left me stranded on the side of the road. I called a few companies including tow brokers. I spoke with the owner directly at tow brokers and he had me loaded and on the road before the other techs called me back. Great prices, great service! I had originally called my insurance company for a tow and they got me to ageron, who dispatched me to royal towing around noon. By 5pm royal towing still hadnt shown up, so I cancelled royal towing and got quotes from several other tow companies. Tow brokers was the best priced one, and blair showed up in about a half hour and got my car to the auto repair shop before they closed. Saving tow brokers number if I ever need a tow again, and have instructed my family to do the same!

Car broke down several miles from home, needed a tow late at night, unfortunately they didnt have an available driver on hand at that hour. However, they said they could be there first thing in the morning immediately after opening. I wasnt able to be with the vehicle that early but they were able to work out that issue as well. So dealing with one of the worst weeks of my life to top it off my car broke down in one of the most inconvenient locations in Glendale.
