My local (and loved) mechanic uses this service to coordinate towing to his shop. If I could rate my experience with them lower I would! On Wednesday I called in to get a tow around 4pm. At 5:50 I get a call back to confirm the tow. My local shop closes at 6pm like most mechanics. The guy said it would be better to wait till the next day. The next day, I cant get anyone to answer the phone number I was given. Friday at noon someone finally picks up and after 30 minutes of hold time scheduled a pick-up. THREE HOURS LATER nobody has come to get my truck. I called back. The woman that took my call this time says no pick-up was scheduled. I am then put on hold for ANOTHER HOUR! And given another ETA of an hour out. It being now Friday also means that my truck wont be fixed before my work week starts up again. All of which could have been avoided if it had been towed in a timely manner Wednesday when I called originally. I shudder to think if I had actually been on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere waiting on this company! Dont waste your money! Go with AAA or Allstate motor club or ANYONE ELSE!
