The worst, was lied to repeatedly by them and was told Birth certificate was in the mail. They never ordered it. So I called records in NY and was told the truth! Said it was held up by covid-19. Another lie!! Needed to get home when I lost my ID.

I will be forever grateful to the kind loving people at Catholic Charities who helped me several years ago when things were very difficult financially. Two kind ladies came to my home and met with me to discuss my challenges at the time and the assistance they provided on behalf of Catholic Charities was enough to help me move forward and to take some pressure off me until I could get back on my feet financially. It was not much but it was a mountain of help to me and I will be forever grateful and will give back when I can.

They moved to a new building that its incredible. Great staff. I recommend it.

There great. Quick to lend a hand

This place took over the apartments I live in this past April. The beginning of July a tenant reported bed bugs. These are small studio apartments in a small office type building. No one was notified of this and it spread to the apartments next to that one. Fast forward to over a month later and the bed bugs are still in the building. They are spot treating and they are still spreading. Tired of poor excuses, tired of people trying to not spend money, tired of sleeping with every light on so I can see whats coming. Management is inexperienced and has 100 excuses. Why buy a building housing female veterans and treat us as if we are not human. Should I drop some of those things by their office building. Being Catholic and volunteering with my home church I can say this is disappointing and NOT the behavior of a Christian.

Im making this public. Because my review needs ecknowledgement. My 5 year old daughter. Was a student ,at Lamar Headstart. Long story short. I removed my child in April.(Of this year to be exact) My initial complaint on both. My; childs and ,I behalf was brief. Until my daughter,. disclosed to me. The unprofessionalism,misconduct,and abuse. That was endured, by my child. And other kids as well. Since then every time. Ive called Headstart or Catholic Charities. Im getting the run around. Based on information I have. Handwritten in great detail. Its enough for me. To report this person. To the Arizona.Board of Education. Not out of malice. But to do whats right. So that other kids arent mistreated. This teacher works in the afternoon. Monday- Friday at Lamar Headstart. Parents be very aware. And please dont enroll your kids. Into her class. Because the supervisor in the class Aide. Will just on ,look the abuse. The way that they did. With my daughter. And other kids as well.

I have donated hand made items here mostly to mana house and the staff is always friendly and very helpful.

Lots of different opportunities for both internship and work. Able to help out a lot of people with variety of services.

All faiths collaborate here monthly for common good.

As I was looking for Danielle & help myself, I was inspired by receptionist Shelia Arnold on 7th Ave. Catholic Charities today Mon 6/11/16 & her comments like if U R going to worry why pray & if U R going to pray why worry. I met Danielle (a Mngmnt person) in Walgreens Bethaney Hm Rd Sun 6/10/16 & it is amazing how the Lord Jesus & God our Heavenly Father put us all together at the right place & in the right time. We ALL NEED encouragement & SPIRITUAL connection. Guelda Gamble
