3 years of baby pictures saved!My wife caught our daughter using her phone as a toy whale in our pool. Took my iPhone in because the lightning charger stopped working. The gentleman there took a tool and cleaned out some debris, verified it was working and handed me back my phone - no charge. I stopped in years ago after two previous repair places told me back my phone was damaged and that’s why I was not charging and I needed a pretty expensive repair. Ipro IPhone and iPad repair looked at my phone and within minutes told me that my phone was perfectly fine and in fact that I just needed a new charger. I was blown away by their honesty. I bought a new charger at Walmart and my phone was working good! I never forgot what a great experience I had at this store.Years later, today, I spoke to Mike about my iPad being severely slow due to the memory being full and again I had a great experience, I feel very confident and trusted his recommendation. I dropped my iPhone XR onto concrete and it hit the corner. So I had 3/4 of an inch of the right of the screen all black out from top to bottom. My good friend recommended this company so I contacted iPro through their website and Mike called me back within 20 minutes. Explained what happened and he said to come on over. After a 20 minute drive over from my home, I walked in. Mike gave me my pricing options, which were reasonable, and when I chose what I wanted he went right to work. He had that phone apart in like 10 seconds. Definitely knows what he is doing. I went to my car, hooked a car seat up, and when I came back in, he was done replacing my screen. The phone works beautifully. It seems like his replacement screen is better than the original. It just seems more responsive and more heavier duty. I don’t know if it technically is but it seems like it is. The whole thing took maybe 10 minutes and I was on my way. It took longer to drive there. My other option was to file an insurance claim, pay $200 for a replacement phone through assurant, print paperwork, scan it and send it back to them, then wait 1-2 days for a new phone in the mail, then transfer all my stuff to the new phone, put all the settings the way I like it and STILL have to mail the old phone back. What a hassle. So Mike was a God send and saved me from so much hassle. If your in the same situation, forget your insurance and all the hassle and time it takes, and call Mike up. You won’t be disappointed. I found my new phone repair place. I highly recommend him without reservation. I’m a very picky person with very high standards and Mike met them all 100%.

So I just happened to see this store as I was driving by it today and as I have had ongoing issues with my iPhone 8 plus for what I’m sure is six months by now but getting worse daily I pulled in on a whim to see what they could do for me. I went in and explained how all of the sound on my phone from the earpiece to the speaker to the ring have been badly deteriorating to the point where I thought I needed a new phone or at least new speakers but after two minutes in the hands of the tech my phone is as good as new after he did his MacGyver thing. And then when it came time to pay he said I owed nothing! I tossed him the last nine dollars in my wallet as Goodwill and still not believing it was really any better but I will definitely will be back with other repairs with another phone I’ve got sitting around with issues because I honestly never knew where to go and trust. I generally pride myself normally being able to fix anything. It’s always nice to get shown up every so often.

Mike is the man! I went in yesterday because my home button and charging port on my iPhone were not working. Normally Id go to the Apple store, but they have indefinitely closed all locations in Arizona because of Covid. There are other businesses that can fix these issues, but they usually charge for what is a free service at the Apple store, and because the stores are closed, theyve gouged those prices. Was trimming trees and fell in my pool. iPhone 6S that was in pocket predictably quit working. I ran to apple store and had tech (who was all proud of her 10 years tech experience) tell me there was nothing she could do.. but offered to sell me a new iPhone! I had never tried a 3rd party repair service for any electronic, but I thought it wise to investigate given the amount of money on the line.When my google search yielded numerous 3rd party repairs I chose the one with the most consistently positive reviews and who had been in business for the longest. Im grateful I found iPro. Mike opened up the phone, thoroughly dried it out, replaced the front, had it working in no time. Not to mention he helped both my wife and I optimize our iPhone settings for both speed and battery.Humorously, while he was working on the phone someone came in stating their iPhone didnt charge anymore. Without asking any questions he knew what this issue was and with his special iPhone tweezers removed a chunk of lint from the charging port and that customer was on his way in 10 seconds!Highly recommend iPro. There are a lot of other repair centers, but Mike has been doing this for 10 years and knows his stuff. I have fixed multiple devices at iPro. My experience was professional and friendly customer service. My devices were fixed fairly quickly right there on the spot. It took them 10 minutes to fix my iPhone 6 the first time. The second time I had dropped my iPad Air and the glass was completely shattered. It took Mike about 30 minutes to fix my iPad Air. They also do Mobil repairs. My friend once called them to come to her house and they came the same day and fixed her iPhone 6+ within literally 10 min. They also do price match. I personally think their quality of work is excellent and believe that they are the best in town. The storefront is really nice at a very convenient location on the south/east corner of Tatum & Greenway. They also offer a 1 year warranty on their high quality parts and a 14 day warranty on their generic parts. I am very happy with the quality of the parts i got and so is my friend. Had a small piece broken from my charger in my phone so went in to get it fixed thinking it’s a big deal issue but the guy there was really nice he fixed it so quick and didn’t charge me for it since it was an easy fix, never knew of the place before but will definitely be going there to fix my my phone from now on if I need too.

I have had my phone reapaired twice here. The service is always super fast and friendly. This time I went in thinking I had broke my phone and cause the screen to separate. The owner not only pointed out that it was actually a defect on the screen (I bought 11 months ago) but it was still covered under the warranty. He replaced it for free when I was fully expecting to pay. That level of honesty needs to be recognized. This is a trustworthy place to send your friends and family!

I broke my iPad Air a few weeks ago and my friend told me about iPro. My iPad was dropped on a tile floor and it was completely shattered and the LCD was damaged too. At first I thought that it was unfixable but my friend convinced me that iPro is going to be able to fix it. Mike, the owner of the place was very nice and told me that my iPad was fixable and I didnt have to buy a new iPad. At first I didnt believe it but after he repaired it my iPad looked like brand new. For 149$ I was able to repair my iPad Air and I didnt have t buy a new one. The customer service was excellent and the repair didnt take long. I would recommend iPro to anybody who has a broken iPad or iPhone. My friend fixed his iPhone 5C for 99$ and it worked great. He was also very happy with the repair and the part he got as well as the customer service he received. When you go out there talk to Mike. He is the owner and knows these apple devices very well. They also replace batteries, cameras, charging ports, speakers, microphones and many other things. They have special deals on cases and tempered glass protectors for returning customers and they also warranty their parts. I will definitely come back to iPro if if I ever break my iPad or iPhone again. Dont even waste your time going somewhere else, these guys are the best.

I was in Phoenix on business when my battery died - all contacts as well as airline tickets not accessible on a Saturday afternoon. Googled and saw iPro strong ratings so contacted them. Mike was absolutely wonderful. I cracked the screen on my 5s a few days ago. I initially took it to Apple to be fixed but the price was too high for such an old phone I felt. After doing a google search I stumbled upon Ipro. They seemed to have good reviews so I decided to try them out. Mike informed me that he did not have a replacement screen at that time but would have one by the weeks end. To my surprise he called me the next day to tell me he had the replacement screen and I could bring it by anytime for repair. I was in and out in 10 min. Do Not Go Here. This place is all show and nothing else. I went recently to get a battery replaced on a 7+. I went there with my home button working and when the phone was returned to me the battery was replaced but the home button got destroyed. Mike told me that it was broken before I got there which was not true. When he took off my screen he damaged the home button and tried saying he didn’t do it. Which was obviously his doing. This happened because Mike doesn’t know what he’s doing or he just worked on my phone too fast. Either way I’m not happy with this place and I’m definitely not happy with Mike trying to feed me some lies. At the end of the day you cannot trust this place to do a good job or to be honest with you. Stay away from here.

Came in with a shattered screen and the screen was replaced within ten minutes. After I started testing the phone again, I noticed the new screen wasnt working properly. IPhone 6 battery replacement. I walked in and my phone was being expertly disassembled as soon as I handed it over. New battery was in, and the phone was functioning within minutes. Fantastic. Will come back for all my Apple iThings.

Broke my iPhone 8 and called a place who said to bring it in and look. After 1 minute they said no we can’t fix this it’s bent. I called IPro and sent him pictures before I arrived and he sounded confident he can do the job. He unbent my iPhone and repaired the screen in a very short time. Price was also fair. I called back the other store to let them know how dissapointed I was they couldn’t fix it.5 stars !

Owner was over 30 minutes late in opening his store and when he replaced my iPhone screen charged almost as mush as Apple. When I got it I immediately noticed the colors are all washed out to wish he replied it was because the touch screen is a third party product. Now his touch screen has failed completely and only after a few weeks. Nice guy I guess but horrible product.

I walked in and on the left side were many phone cases and there was a seating area on the right. Only one man was ahead of me and he was finished in a matter of 5 min!! I came up and a bunch of broken glass screens were in display this is when I new my screen of my iPhone 5c would be an easy fix! My mom and I were starting to head out after we handed them my phone! He said he would be done in 10 min! So we stayed and he said he likes to fix the phones in front of customers so we can make sure nothing goes wrong or stolen like many other phone repairs do! He was done in like 7 mins and we ended up getting a glass screen protector! It was heavy and sturdy unlike others! The service is great friendly and kind! Also the price is VERY reasonable for what your getting!! I definitely recommend ipro!!!!

Did research as to where I should go and found this gem! George was so fast at fixing my screen and was incredibly nice to talk to! I definitely recommend this place 100%!!

Quality of glass sub-par at best, store dirty, owner REEKS, and owner became upset when I asked him to wash his greasy fingers that were recently in his bag of potato before touching the internals of my phoneThe type of screens this place uses are unusually cheap, and they break very easily. Definitely pay the small premium to get the Apple one, because at least it has a warranty and does not void phone/device warranty. When you walk in, you will observe a store that has not been cleaned in quite awhile. The place looks like a refurbished vape shop, with only a desk. The owner, Mike, REEKED!! He smelled so bad: a combination of cigarette smoke and B.O. When I gave him my phone, he was eating a bag of potato chips and DID NOT BOTHER TO WASH HIS HANDS BEFORE TOUCHING AND OPENING MY PHONE! There was grease all over my phone, and when I asked him to wash his greasy hands before touching the internals of my phone, he became disrespectful. Please go elsewhere

Mike is great! Called this morning to see if he could fix my iPhone screen. I drove right over and had a new screen in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend!
