I have been speaking with Kenzie Mitchell for over a month now trying to lease a space. She is highly unresponsive, I have to call multiple times through the week, and send many emails before getting a response maybe 6 days later? After a month she decides to finally send me the financial application and not the actual proposal for the lease space so I can review it with my lawyers. When I asked her to send it to me she stated that she already has serious buyers for the space. We had let her know over a month ago that we were interested and at that time she said there were no other prospects. She has not taken me seriously through the entire process. I asked to speak with the owner directly and she said she represents the owner and will not ask them to send us a proposal and now she does not consider us candidates. She is absolutely the most unprofessional commercial real estate agent I have ever spoken with and I will let everyone know by leaving a review about her on all platforms that review this company. I am currently also having my lawyers pull the title so I can contact the owners themselves and express my interest and let them know how bad of a job she is doing. Never work with Kenzie Mitchell, she is the absolute worst!
