The woman is not personable and has minimal empathy. I asked for specific questions before the test, and she never mentioned anything before the test of dos and donts, etc. I told her I have never done this before and I am not a lawyer or expert. She said fine and never went into details about the process. After the test, she revealed general questions and not one addressed what I wanted to know. She yelled at me three times; I told her please help me understand as I am not an expert. I repeated to her three times to not yell at me as I am not yelling or inviting that kind of treatment. I did not deserve it for asking questions on a report that was not clear. The report is not clear! It listed three questions and then one line of results in the bottom. Did the final one line result go to all questions, which one were truthful? It just said deceit. That is all.Untruthful to all or one question. I asked about that and she yelled at me. The report was general and not clearly written. I then, after minutes of her yelling, I said stop yelling lady and I said the report is not clear. She yelled once more and hung up. I believe she was injecting her opinions which is not professional. What is worse is she is her own boss. No one to complain to and try to get the services that were asked for. She charged me twice as well on the credit card. She expects people to know everything in her head and gets mad if we do not. I purchased the service because she advertised specific issue. She did not address anything specific. No dates mentioned in the report. Here is an example: did you lie ever. Ummm, I know that people lie, lets ask about a specific day and time and event. Her services are not helpful nor valuable nor what was asked for; and I repeated myself in three separate conversations before the test. She knew but did not care. Very unprofessional from the moment I arrived (she was late, gave paperwork to the wrong person, etc.). One star only because it is required. I hope this helps anyone out there who needs a friend in a bad situation. She was not a kind human.

I called trying to get a polygraph for a very very important case and the lady asked me did the person want it and I said no they do not want it because they do not want us to know the truth and she hung up on me very rudely I do not suggest this place

Spoke to her on the telephone, she is a real loser. Be careful when then knock their competitors.
