My luggage was successfully repaired. Hours of business appear to be more convenient to the business than for the customer.

I ended up going to this place because apparently it is the only Samsonite approved repair shop in all of the Phoenix area. I was a bit surprised due to how small this shop was and a bit out of the way. Service was decent and they did take my bag on for repair. Because it is under the Samsonite warranty, they will be Fed-Ex-ing it back to me once the repairs are complete. That was good news.

Just received my Tumi briefcase/laptop case back today. Looks like new.Marks Luggage does repair work for Tumi and other luggage companies. When you have expensive pieces you are careful who touches your luggage or it can be botched. But since they also repair Briggs and Riley, which I also have, if they use Marks for work, they must be good, so I sent it through Tumi to them.It was out of warranty, probably 16 or 17 years old, but in great shape since they are made well and I treat them well since a laptop is inside. It needed a zipper repair, handles recovered, some minor seam stitching, a couple other minor repairs and a once-over. It had a wear-through mark on the bottom in one corner as well, which they said could be fixed with a new gusset replaced. They cost wasnt cheap, but a new one was about $600 for the same approx configuration. Mine has an elastic suspension sling inside to protect against drops, which isnt in the new bags. With slimmer laptops, like mine now, many bags have less room as well. So, the cost to repair mine was worth the price. It looks new. You cant even tell that it was taken apart, new gusset and other major pieces replaced and sewn in like it was made new. I gave it a cleaning since the front and back panels are original and its back in shape for another 15 years. I own other Tumi bags and will not hesitate to send them or my Briggs to them for authorized repair work. Thanks much. You did a fantastic job.

Friendly service. We were disappointed that our luggage could not be repaired at a reasonable cost because original replacement parts were no longer available, but thats not their fault! Location is a bit out of the way, but not hard to find

Very happy to see they are riding out COVID travel slow down and still providing great service.

They rocked this repair for me by going above and beyond to work with Tumi to find the right replacement part for my leather Tumi travel briefcase. Tumi said it was not repairable. Marks luggage was able to work with Genuine Tumi parts to make it work and restore my bag to like new condition.I would recommend them to anyone who needs luggage repaired.

These guys are the best! The telescopic handle broke on one of my Samsonite luggage pieces, and they handled EVERYTHING with what ended up being a no-charge warranty replacement. The luggage piece was part of a previously offered set at Costco. I was glad I could keep the 3 piece set, all with zero headaches! Will definitely use these guys again if any luggage repair/replacement needs come up. It is a such a breath of fresh air to find a company like this with top notch customer service these days...

Ive had several pieces of luggage repaired at Marks. The most recent was repairs to a leather garment bag that I thought was going to go have to go into the trash. Marks replaced an 18 zipper and fixed a tear in the leather at the end of the zipper (thank you US Air). Repair was so good, I couldnt tell it had been damaged. All for a very reasonable price. I couldnt be happier - would not go anyplace else for leather repairs or luggage repairs.

Its a tiny shop pretty far from almost everywhere. But they are authorized repair for Samsonite (and maybe others). We took our bag to them, and they fixed it under warranty. No muss, no fuss, and it seems to be a very solid repair.

I went to Mark to see about getting a broken wheel on my Samsonite bag replaced. The part isnt made anymore. Mark let me bring the wheels in and he rebuilt both wheels for a very fair price while I waited. Its not often that you find a fair honest business these days. But I cant recommend this business highly enough.
