I had freight just sitting in their warehouse for over 17 days. I call, talk to a representative, promised an update, nothing. I could not get a single soul to call me back and get an update. The company who I bought the freight from, finally told me my freight is lost. Still, no call back, email, nothing from Reddaway. With the lack of transparency from the company, no doubt my freight was stolen. Hopefully this will be my one and only time having to deal with this company. Terrible experience.

👎👎👎👎Don’t even deserve one star… customer service bad 🙄 too much attitude… been there twice first time took 9 hours to unload.. almost same thing 2nd time.. not good place for business….

Deliveries sit for weeks, constant damage, they dismantle pallets to try and get extra items in the trucks causing damage. I have to do damage claims or refuse deliveries almost weekly, compared to once or twice a year from other delivery companies. If youre looking to use Reddaway, please run far away. If youre expecting a delivery from them, prepare for damage most likely, and multiple delays.

Completely disfunctional with poor service. Know how to waste peoples time. Not sure how theyre in business. Order was scheduled, then never picked up and said they were coming here the next day at 11am. I call them at 10:30 to check in on them, and they apparently didnt have a clue that they were supposed to pick up the order today at 11am. Order has still not been picked up and theyve now wasted two days of our time after countless phone calls with more delays.

The delivery is good! The driver offered to unload the items into the garage but did not mention that the extra cost for it until you got an invoice from the shipper!! I through the driver was nice and even help him to unload. This was really stupid to think when I offer my free service!!

Disorganized company. Worn out building and equipment. That shows how they treat business, customers, employees, and others. Sad looking employees. It seems that nobody give a f about anything at this place, top to bottom. Its all about profit.

The centralized phone is a joke. Just rings a busy signal all day. No email links, no way to call or contact them :(. Ive tried 2 hours and cant contact them in any way.

Dispatch is absolutely NO help at all, Reddaway will ask your hours of operation for scheduled pick ups, yet still continue to send trucks 1+ hours after close of business. I wish I would have paid closer attention to the horrible reviews before using their services.

The dispatch for this place is terrible. Year after year they can never get pick ups correct. We can call in for 17 pallet spaces and send a truck that will only pick up 8. We can’t split orders up. Certain orders will have multiple pallets. So why would you send a small truck for a big load? Incompetent people over in dispatch. Wish my company didn’t have to go through them.

Started out good. Got a call the day before giving me a delivery window. Then.... Well they didnt show up. Total joke. They give a 5 hour widow, dont call, and dont even bother to call. Going to call the company I purchased from and the national shipping company to complain. They need to find a better regional vendor.

Complete disaster! After a week of knowing the delivery times (which were clearly stated on the paperwork saying they tried to deliver after hours it finally got delivered. Delivered upside down with a broken pallet and 2 boards with a roped around it. Missing custom parts and very damaged!!!

I ordered a barber chair and a couple supplies from a Company that sales salon equipment the purchase went smoothly but then when he came to delivery my chair was passed over to this company this company had my chair for two days and they won’t deliver it until the third on my invoices stated that the chair would be delivered on Monday which was today the representative called me from this location and told me that they were calling to set up an appointment for delivery for tomorrow even though it states that it was supposed be delivered today and I had my chair for two days this is interrupting my business because I have already had client for today therefore losing money I don’t suggest this company to anyone very unprofessional. This is a professional checking company but they do not have enough trucks with a liftgate to be able to deliver the product so they are offering to deliver on time I was told that my product was there for two days and he went and sent out a delivery without my chair on the delivery and the excuse I got was because they did not have a liftgate truck. System is poorly run they need to do better communicate better with the customers and give them confirm dates and times when their products will be delivered so they don’t book vacation or appointment that have to regar System is poorly run they need to do better communicate better with the customers and give them confirm dates in times the day before delivery not the day of delivery to book for another day.

We were to have our shipment here on 12/6/2018 waited all day for it. they never showed - called and was told that the driver missed us - we were home !! called them this morning 12/7/2018 and they had West Hackamore - there is none in Mesa - it was supposed to be East Hackamore. then was told they would be here between 10:30 and 1pm - it is now 2:15 no show. called them again and they still had West instead of east. Dispatch claims they are to be here in 20 mins. WE WILL SEE. If not I will call again.Dispatch says they talked to the driver and they are going to get to the bottom of it. Again we will see.if a now show I will edit the review againthey finally showed up -Awning box damaged - see photos - was given an exception number if product is damaged.Driver stated that they dont like to do residential areas - MY RESPONSE ISWE ARE PAYING CUSTOMERS ALSO!!!

Since 7 am I left my trailer to be loaded and it is 1 am and they have not moved it yet and I download at 5 am I no longer have time so I will cancel I will not come here anymore
