Was there week before last.was washing clothes. Grab chair to watch my clothes. The owner was watching me sitting in chair. I go to get coins and chair was gone. It felt like I was racially profile. I did not say anything. After finished drying I told Hispanic lady that had a child that I had 45 minutes left. Im leaving you can use it. She told me Thank You. Before I left and turned around The owner reset the dryer before the woman and child could use it. I felt bad for woman and child.

Came to this place to give my business theres no attendant even though there is a little store inside they expected me to go to a store nearby to get change for a 20 when I didnt need $20 in quarters absolutely ridiculous horrible customer service!! Not to mention I told the person that answered who acted like it was their own personal phone when they answered and I told him I was 8 months pregnant and they didnt even care.

My husband goes there all the time to do his laundry. He said today it was clean, quiet, and accessible.

Laundry mat was unkept. If there was someone hired to keep it up during its busy time you definitely could not tell. Espesially during theses times with covid-19 you would think they would have at least one hand sanitizing dispenser in the building. The machines were dirty and unkept. And some poor man got his cloths stolen and he couldnt even report it to the owners because there was no phone numbers posted anywhere for anyone to call if there was any problems.

So far so good right here no complaints yet.

The place is clean and know smell but they need to have someone in there to sale the snacks. Why have it locked up for show when you could sale it.

Very clean and always vacant machines. Great place to go.
