I can go on and on with how awesome this company is, whether your employed with them or receiving services. The staff is very professional, yet down to earth and friendly. They are organized and make sure everything is taken care of. They also make sure YOU are taken care of. They are great communicators which is extremely important. They are organized and have excellent customer service. One year of working with them and I have nothing but good things to say about this company. They do a family picnic each year for the employees. It is very fun! Hands down best cleaning company.

This is a good company to work for. Ive been in the janitorial field for a couple of years and I have to say it is the best. They are attentive to our well being and the office staff is great. They are friendly always with a smile and positive attitude. I work with other employees cleaning offices for Pro-serv and my 2 year experience with them has been awesome!!! Dont waste your time going down there. They will tell you there hiring for skyharbor airport. Then when you get down there and fill out application they tell you its full shes a liar and will lie to your face like your stupid. Trust me the airport is allwas hiring I worked there when I worked for flagship. So not stupid ..... Flagship is the place to go they dont go by skin color there. And dont lie to your face .Dont speak Spanish so cant get job at pro ser. Dont waste your time. And they put fake reviews on to make them look good after they get bad ones. And they will tell you there call you back and dont very unprofessional. That tells you how good they ruin this company. Plus kind of funny I called back down there and asked if hiring for airport she said yes. Come down and fill out application. I told her allready did and you said it was full. Then she said Ill call you back let me see whats going on. No call back there going to choose certain people look at Yvette review must speak Spanish. But I will report them for this. So if you dont want to hire some one just tell them. Your moving forward . To some one else. Be professional .

They hire people everyday so dont think they care if you quit, especially if you are complaining over a supervisor. Rosa was my supervisor. She was horrible. Was suppose to train me but didnt. She would explain a little here and there and leave you on a floor not telling you where you have to go next and come back to yell at you because you arent on the next floor, forgetting she didnt tell you or leave you her # where she can be reached.I quit on the 3rd day. Pay is too cheap for the long drive. Only make enough for gas unless you live in Central Phoenix.

This company is horrible they do not have enough peopl to do the job they are hire to do and that leads to a poor job pay your employees a good wage it’s part time job pay them so the will want to work $10hrly is not gonna get it trust me. They are pure skill to give you a job as a bathroom cleaner, pure rasismo hi they pay you the minimum even if you have experience very poorly paid hi they are good at demanding they want to scrub the poor people hi they do not want to pay well that seyama robbery less that they pay you at 15 the hour is convenient but 1215 do not fregen

I worked for two years, they moved me to another building, and they left us if chemicals, like for three weeks we were cleaning only with water because we had no chemicals, we got to ask the building manager for help, and tell her not to say that we had He told us, when coronavirus started there was a situation in one of the offices, that they suddenly saw me call the office to ask for protection and they told me that if I was afraid that I would leave and when everything happened, I would come back !!

Very bad experience 👎They dont give you a break or lunch time because according to them you dont have a “RIGHT” to that.

That is the worst company in the world. I only worked for one day. Where are 6 people put 4 and the supervisor the next day begged me to stay that day, because if not, I had to do the work herself. They are very exploitative. I do not recommend it to anyone. They should close that employment agency.
