As an attorney who has leased a couple dozen offices across three states over a twenty year career, I know from offices. The Marilyn is the best. My clients actually comment on it routinely. Good management, great design, nice tenants, covered parking, I could go on and on.

Weve loved having our offices here for the past year, but are growing by leaps and bounds so will be moving soon. I honestly can not rave about this place enough. We have had our office here for over a year and feel like we have finally found our home base. The building is GORGEOUS, very well kept, and we love working alongside some awesome people. The staff here is unlike any other place we have worked. Super grateful this space is in our neck of the woods.

We moved into The Marilyn last fall and this is wonderful. The building and office spaces are very professional and comfortable. Although there is a variety of businesses under one roof it is a peaceful environment to work in, and having a restaurant serving breakfast and lunch is an added bonus. If you are looking for an office space take the time to come and see this lovely building and the variety of office spaces the owners have created.

We have been temporary tenants at the Marilyn while our office is being remodeled. The Marilyn has been the perfect place for us. They have accommodated all of our needs and given us access to all of the great meeting spaces. Jennifer, Laura and Jeff have been super to work with. The Marilyn was the ideal place for us and we will miss being part of the community.

My paralegal and I officed at The Marilyn for over two months and it was a wonderful experience. The owners are on-site and accommodate any need. Rent is very reasonable, too. I recommend this office-share space to anyone looking for a temporary (or permanent) location. We would have stayed had we not purchased office space elsewhere.

Weve been at The Marilyn since it opened, and its a fantastic place to work. The location is perfect, and the vibe inside the building is great. The mobile car washes are super convenient. The restaurant inside, Muse & Market, is only a few steps away and is a great place for lunch.

I love our offices at The Marilyn! We have been here since it opened and there is such a sense of community and it is in such a great central location. The building is truly a labor of love down to the littlest details! The conveniences offered, from the weekly dry cleaning service to mobile car washes are so nice to have available when you just dont have enough hours in your day! Not to mention the yummy Muse & Market Restaurant just steps away from your office! Their mochas hit the spot for that afternoon pick me up! Whether you are looking for a private office, an open, shared work space, with so many other options offered, too numerous to mention, make sure to stop by for a tour, you wont be disappointed!

Very different than most workspace/ co-working spaces Ive seen. Its awesome that I have my own reserved work station so I dont have to worry about when I come/go. I LOVE the building and that there is a restaurant attached. Great location and conveniently located!

We moved our office to the Marilyn several months ago and couldnt be happier. The owners are very proud of the space theyve created and their care shows through in everything from the Monthly Marilyn treat to the speaker series. Weve got great neighbors and love having Muse and Market on site.
