Went to look at the office at this location when I arrived I notice the property was learn and no smoke of pot there was happy about that. I meet with Robert the leasing agent and he took the time to show me office to our budget and our needs. Since that day the office staff and the maintenance has been very help and courtesy. Me and my staff love this place and now we call it our business home.

We have been a tenant since 2007. Boxer Property has been a great property manager. They are so responsive to our needs and the property has seen wonderful improvements. It is a great working environment - and convenient too. We recently needed to move to a bigger suite, and Boxer has been so helpful and flexible in working with us. We look forward to many more years at Lakeside Center.

Marylou Rogers was very helpful and showed us several options that were available and just right for our business. There was no pressure or timeline for us to decide to lease. This made it very easy to continue shopping around and see what else was available in the area.After shopping around and dealing with several different leasing agents, it was a pleasure to return to the Lakeside Center and see Marylou. I work with many different commercial office complexes in the Phoenix area, this my favorite by far. The property is beautifully located and very will maintained. The suites and common spaces are contemporary and VERY clean. The management, (especially Marylou) so pleasant to work with - refreshing compared to some of the other commercial properties Ive dealt with. A+

Beyond Today, Co. has been leasing with Boxer Property Management since 2012. Service has been prompt and handled professionally on each occasion. It is a great company to work with whether you are just starting out in your business or have been established for many years. Boxer Management offers flexible options to allow for small, large and growing business.The grounds are maintained, beautiful and the maintenance crew keeps everything in proper working order. My wife and I have been searching for the right place to start a Café. We have looked for months with disappointment. Most of the people we talked to just didnt really care, they just wanted the money. Then we found Marylou @ Boxer at Lakeside Center. She was very helpful and got excited with us as we shared our vision on what we were looking for. She is a very genuine person and sold herself and presented her space she had for lease in a very professional manner. We really felt she cares about us and truly wants us to succeed in our new venture. There are not many people like her in the world. What a valuable asset to her company. I have been in the business community for many years and theres not very many like her. American Management Corporation has been a tenant for 8 years at the Lakeside Center property in Phoenix, Arizona. It has been a convenient location for all our clients and visitors with quick access off Interstate 17. Our property manager, Larry Lippincott and his staff has made our stay here affordable and comfortable. He is always available to address our needs and concerns as they arise. The property is maintained with water features, beautiful grounds and landscaping along with covered parking spaces. We would recommend to anyone who is looking for this kind of commercial tenant space.

APEX Medical Reimbursement Solutions has been a tenant since March of 2015. We were happy with the leasing agent and process and are happy tenants. The location is great, the manager is great, the maintenance and grounds are great. We love being able to look out at the lake and see wildlife during to day and the great proximity to several lunch choices. We also find the property to be a great bargain as their price per sqft is very competitive. We plan on being a Boxer tenant for years to come, we couldnt be happier with our choice.One other thing. We had leased a smaller unit but immediately thereafter within a week we landed a large client. We had outgrown our suite overnight. Boxer immediately worked with us to upgrade into a larger suite. We are very appreciative.

Energy Inspectors Corp has been a tenant at the Boxer property located at 11225 N. 28th Dr, Phoenix since August 2014 and we couldnt be happier! The property is beautifully maintained and the staff is friendly and very accommodating. Relocating to this property is one of the best business decisions we have ever made. When we moved in there was a security guard. We were warned about the neighborhood but they didnt let on how bad it really is. Security guard got fired. We were told cameras would protect us. Cameras are for vandalism only and are not monitored...also are not mounted in our part of the complex. Phoenix police tell us that a man was murdered 50 feet from our front door. They patrolled intensely for a while after first trying to work area undercover. Decided they didnt want to work our area undercover because it keeps them from wearing bullet proof vests, and area is too dangerous to work without protection. I have contacted Boxer about problem repeatedly and they do not acknowledge my complaints. Property manager is combative and vindictive. AC is either 78 or 64, requires daily call to maintenance to make adjustments.

We are a law enforcement union that was subletting with several agencies and needed to find our own office at the leasess expiration. MaryLou Rogers, our leasing agent, was very flexible and patient in helping us move in. MaryLou and the maintenance staff are friendly and very accommodating. The owner of the little cafe here tells me that MaryLou is the reason she stays. Other tenants have been here for more than ten years and love the place. Not only is it clean and beautiful, but there are amenities in the conference rooms of a quality not equaled by the Regus and workspace properties Ive seen. The rent is fair and reasonable.

We’ve been tenants at the commercial property at 11225 North 28th Drive by Metro Center shopping area for a very long time, over 14 yrs. We have seen many changes since that time, but since Boxer Property has come on the scene they have made many wonderful improvements in a very short time. It has up-to-date landscaping and has always had a lovely lake front view. The Property Manager, Larry Lippincott and his team are very friendly, they are always working around the clock to make sure everything is kept clean and looking its best. They address our needs with the upmost care and promptness. It is a neighborly and safe atmosphere which makes for a nice place to come to work every day.
