Ive been trying to get a payoff demand and full reconveyance from this company since April. Have sent multiple requests via fax and email, no response. And Ive googled 6 different phone #s, all of which say they are no longer in service. No way to get a hold of anyone. Is this place even still in business??

Don’t do business with these thieves. They over charge you with random fees. I refinanced my home with another bank and gave me a really hard time to pay property taxes that should’ve been payed and delayed the payoff. Very disappointed and hope no one goes through this.
