Employs a driver in a Ford F-150 who was recklessly weaving and splitting lanes on 35th Ave, almost creating a wreck. Not acceptable.

I was given a soil report for a piece of property I was looking to buy. Not understanding the report, I called Van Engineerings office number and despite not being the original person to pay for the report, an engineer called me back the same day and took the time to explain the report and how the results would impact building a home on this particular ground. Couldnt have been more helpful.

We had a hot water line leaking under the slab of our house for months before discovering it. I was worried about large cracks I was seeing in our homes foundation, and I wasnt sure who to call. Turns out Vann Engineering was exactly the right place. They were very professional, knowledgeable and helped use address the issue.
