Senior living. Newer than a lot of places thst Ive seen. Staff not so good and they have roach problems.

Its apartment complex for 55 and over they have very few low-income Section 8 apartments with a long waiting list the City of Phoenix owns that complex and it has an underground parking one and two bedrooms its also will be turning into a non-smoking complex you have to go out onto the street and smoke if you just smoke the City of Phoenix put that stipulation in thats about it what I can tell you

New Digs. Lots of special interests close by

They lied cheated and did a bait and switch to get me to sign lease. mistreat the elderly . they get away with it because government officials are the investors
