My boyfriend was working for premierHe hurt his back on the 23 of May but he reported a work related injury 2 days later he began going over the workers comp paperwork he was then sent home with pay for that day he continued to follow up with doctor which released him back to work on June 7 doing light duty. When he reported for work on June 7 at 9am he was told by a man named Manuel suppose to be the boss told him he no longer was employed with Premier because he said that my boyfriend waited 2 days before reporting the injury.

I was the receptionist here a couple years ago. They hire people that are not documented. They use fake IDs and all the management is aware. When I started asking questions I got fired on my b day. For no reason. The Federal Investigation Bureau should be involved @ this point. By far the WORST place to work. DO NO recommend to anyone. if possible I would give a negative rating .

Let’s just say this, they lack the knowledge of knowing how to run a proper business as well as empathizing with they’re employees. They don’t care if you’re looking for work and what the situation is when they put you at a job. I was sent to skfood and it was extremely cold people were passing out on my shift , I felt like I was about to pass out as well, so I called them and let them know I wouldn’t be able to continue that job assignment and if they can take me off of it , the lady said it was okay and told me she did it, she never told me I wasn’t able to find a different job assignment I was “ deactivated. At the time I didn’t know I was pregnant until I had a follow up with my obgyn I could of harmed my child if I stayed any longer, and for them to not even care about my health it really messed up.

I went to this office a couple of weeks ago and it was one of the most unprofessional agencies I been to. I was not welcomed and the gentleman and the woman sitting in the front didn’t even acknowledge me. They were not busy and were too wrapped up in personal conversations that you can clearly hear. Finally the lady with the long black hair came in and she assisted me right away. She’s the only helpful one every time I go in the office. This place lacks management completely and lack customer service. If you decide to stop by see the lady with the long black hair in the back she’ll help you.

I am fortunate to stop by and visit this place while job hunting in Phoenix because unlike other temp agencies, they dont have you loiter in the office too long. Sure the person you talk to lacks simple general manners and the office needs some tidying up but at least you have a start day of hire and adequate information regarding the job.It would benefit with retraining their employees on patience. The woman I spoke to seemed very much in a hurry and it was uncomfortable sitting near her while she was using her hands to type, drink soda and eat all at the same time. Just asking for some professional etiquette is all.

Never paid me since May! Still they are doing nothing to help me get my money! First day was the worst they sent me to a job (bath & body warehouse) arrived at 6am they ended up sending me and my fiancé home because they were missing a document on file so sent us home right when we got home they called and asked “why didn’t you come in?” & then proceed to ask “can you guys come back” Gas ain’t cheap either! They are so rude as well very VERY unprofessional not satisfied and wouldn’t recommend this place AT ALL! Also they never ever answer there phone! Once they do I’m always put on hold literally with my money too that’s been on hold since May!

She got a huge attitude when i scoffed at the thought of working 12 hr shifts daily.......They only have slave jobs, 6 to 6......Rosemary had a terrible attitude.....never coming here again....was told on the phone they had 8 hr shifts available...

In all honesty they do have work and if you really need just any work call them. However, I give them a one star because a companys best asset is its employees and they are extremely rude to people and talk over them constantly.... Especially Sandy. She is the worst of them all. She be littles people and its very obvious to imagine how she must treat her children based how she talks to the workers. Theyre very short as well with people and talk down to people. That was just my experience. I dont know how this staff could possibly function in a standard HR position. People skills are a complete turn off. On top of that I couldnt understand why I had to waste my time on the phone telling them five different times that I was only available for 1st shift. They would call the next day for 3rd shift and Id tell them and I was told oh we didnt know, we will change that in the system. Yet nothing would change. Like do they not understand English or did they just lie about changing it in the system. Sandy should not work there at all. Also, I was up front about my background but I also hold a lot of experience in jobs they had to offer and I had accepted a job and let them know on more than one occasion that I had to okay it with my probation officer before going on a job and when that job came I couldnt get a hold of my PO. And I let them know. Sandy later called me that afternoon asking if I was available to go to work that moment and I couldnt so she got mad and she just got real rude and told me she knows I just wanna make excuses for every little thing. How is following court orders making an excuse. And how is calling a guy who is trying to do this as a second job for extra money, who has a family, and cant just drop everything last minute on a whim an excuse. I have to have at least some notice like hey are you available tomorrow, so I can prepare. At least have some decency. And why get mad because some one said they couldnt drop everything that moment and go to work. I understand that if they dont want to work with me but why Sandy needs too act like a 13 year old that didnt get her way is beyond me... Theres no reason not to act like adults especially in a work environment.. She had then told me they will not refer me any jobs anymore. Fine, Im better off this is too much just trying to make some extra money for the family. We are going into holiday season.

The only way for me to be able to comment on this place was to give it at least one star but the women who run this place are very unprofessional, not a single one is deserving of even half a star. My daughter worked very hard in a warehouse for 2 days to make money to feed her 2 children and the (girl) who set everything up for her gave her the wrong card in order for my daughter to get paid.Then when I took her to the office to investigate the (girl) at the desk feed us a line of bullcrap in order to cover for the girl who gave my daughter the wrong card in the first place.... I asked who the manager is and she pointed at her. I thought OK we should get treated with more understanding and respect, NOPE this girl was rolling her eyes at us.

Talked down to for asking what type of work they have available. On top of that they called me asking me to come in early to fill out some paperwork that they forget to give me while I was there, then talked down to me more when I told her I couldnt be there when she wanted me because I am not missing work to fill out something I should have already gotten in the hour or so I sat around this place.

Blatant DISCRIMINATION -- I was assigned a job. The second day I arrived 1.5 hours early @ 2:30 pm and was the 1st person of my shift there. Marie from Premier arrives and greets me, the only person there.The ethnicity mix of the employes was about 10% black and the rest Hispanic.We are told you are assigned to a line in the order you arrived and go to work.She starts assigning positions at 3:45 again stated assignments are based on arrival order.After all positions were assigned about 4:30, all that was left were blacks, including me!I asked her why she passed over me when I was there first. She just looked at me like I was stupid or something. No answer.Btw it took me at least 2 hours to get there.So then Ms Maria say there is a job not far away that starts at 11 pm , 7 hours later and I could go there.The position at 11 pm was in a cold 30 degrees room and I would have to go home to get warm clothes and return. Another 5 hours easy. I declined and told her why. I would have spent like 9 hours commuting! All with out compensation.Like I am going to go and then may be not get assigned again. NOT.I was not offered any pay for already wasting 6 hours of my day when by her rules so should have been the 1st person assigned!Maria is Hispanic btw. All hispanics were assigned, no blacks. Very humiliating, unprofessional and just plain rude! Not to mention ILLEGAL.Premier also shaves hour of off your time card!Will post this on every job board I find!Every word 100% true! This temp agency doesnt properly advise you of what you will be getting into. First they send me to a job where they let you go if you are a smoker so i went bavk to get another job so they send me to a job that is only available for 2 days. I have worked with plenty of temp agencies and this is by far the worst one. I advise no one to go through them . They are careless and not well knowledgeable on the companies they send you too .

Im currently in the job market and thought , I would increase my odds by gaining employment by applying to various staffing agencies. I was in the area and thought maybe I should apply here. Bottom line the front receptionist- And the RECURITOR , I spoke with OMG were very RUDE, very UNPROFESSIONAL- LITERALLY. Theres so many things I would love to say about theses two individuals but it wouldnt be worth it. I feel that with their ATTITUDES and DEMANORS they do not represent the Agency well at all.I would like to say, at least the office is clean, I did notice two other Recruiting personnel that seemed to be locked into their work. They dressed well , spoke professional and all Honestly wish I have had a chance to speak to one of them believing my experience would have been way better period ! I do encourage and recommend you guys to still go down there and apply. I believe the GOOD recruiters, I acknowledge will be able to assist just give them some time to work with you.3 *** for the ones that represent the agency very well.

Today is October 2nd 2018 I’ve called this agency for the past 3 hours and no one responds. Then they schedule you to come in at 9am you show up 15 minutes early the the little fat Ladie at the front of the desk just sits and look at you until 9:05am then the rest of the crew shows up. It’s annoying tryna find work with an agency that sucks period. All the females in the office just talk to eat other about food.

Dont know how they have these staff working in the office they are very loud, ghetto and unprofessional i dont know how they are working there. Ive worked in office before and the way they work there thats not how you are supposed to work at a office job they honestly are not professional at all there is no Costumer service at all.

I got helped with almost Immediately after entering. The people working here are very Friendly and I got a job almost an hour after entering.

The office staff at the 35th ave and Osborn office is very unprofessional. The girls are very rude anytime you call, rush you off the phone as if they are busy. However, when you walk in the office you can clearly witness them rushing customers off the phone as they quickly return to using their cell phones or chatting about their personal lives amongst each other . Ive witnessed them speak negative about clients, customers and show no concern or attention when you call with an issue around your pay not being deposited. Its very frustrating and not the experience anyone should have.

They tell you to call them and they dont answer the place they put me to work at was sk foods and the environment was not for me they yell to much couldnt concentrate on my work the place is not consistent moved you all over this place says they have no other places but you hear people talk and they have other places but I dont know why it takes awhile to get other work

Very disappointing. Applied for a position and was hired. Was told to help out at another company paying way less until my background came back. I filled in that spot and turned down many other jobs for this position that i thought i was hired for. Sure enough when my background cleared the company was no longer hiring. About 5 weeks ago, I signed up on a Thursday morning. Got a call THAT afternoon for what was supposed to be a one night assignment at a warehouse that evening. Ive been getting 30 to 40 hours at the warehouse ever since.
