Grant Nebel at Motion Recruitment is an absolute recruitment rockstar.His ability to recognize a great fit for developer placement is insurmountable.Ive worked with recruiters before who didnt really listen to what I wanted in my next role and would try to force placement.Grant actually listened and understood what I wanted out of my next position; recognized a perfect fit for me; made sure I was prepared in detail through every step of the interview process; and in less than two weeks I was made an offer that I couldnt refuse.Being a father of two and already working an extremely demanding schedule, I didnt think I had the time to even entertain the idea of finding a better position. Stephan Schmall did an excellent job reaching out to me for the position and maintained a highly professional and responsive communication channel with me and between me and the hiring company throughout the interviewing process. I worked with Stephen for a job located in Chandler. He was exemplary, and amazing to work with. He was always on his A game, updating me of anything, and made sure I was feeling ok with the whole process. I never felt pressured into anything. Roxie and her team worked really hard and I now have a job Im really happy with, because I feel like Im being paid what Im worth. They were very responsive and worked with me to get all my paperwork squared away, and even kept in contact after I started the job.

Jobspring is not like other recruiters. They are superior! They treated me with the utmost respect. Prior to presenting me to their clients they required me to come into their office to really get to know me. I met with Steven, Nicole and Avery. Each team member met me and took notes about what I was looking for in my next job. Each team member had a copy of the other’s notes, and they keep adding to them to really understand what I wanted to achieve in my career, plus what I wanted in my next job and the company culture I was looking for.Nicole informed me that they had two positions that matched my background. For one of the positions the JobSpring Client Manager, Grant, still had to visit the client site and understand more about what they wanted in their future candidate. So I was on hold to be presented to that client. The other position was with a Knight Swift Transportation, a national company. The job matched my skillset and it has excellent job growth potential!I was presented to the Knight Swift, and the first in-person interview happened at Jobspring’s office vs. at the client’s site. This provided a neutral setting where I felt at ease, and so did the two people that interviewed me. Prior to the interview Steven Schmall sent me an email that prepped me on the key technology areas (I’m a software developer) that were important to the client. I was able to use those key talking points and match them to my accomplishments on my resume.The first in-person interview went well, and I was invited to a 2nd round of interviews at the client site. Once again Steven Schmall sent an email with key talking points the client wanted to know more about. I was able to brush-up and review the key points and talk in-depth about them.After the 2nd interview, I informed Steven that Knight Swift was my number 1 pick, and they too thought I was their best candidate. A 3rd lunch interview was scheduled with my potential boss and team members to insure there was a true personality fit for both sides. The luncheon was scheduled for 1 hour but lasted for around 2 hours.Steve told me soon after the client was going to be making me an offer. The offer came directly to me and I gladly accepted.Steven and Nicole were instrumental in finding me a great job and awesome benefits. Stevens email’s, prep work and guidance really helped me get the job I knew was right for me.
