I was able to brush-up and review the key points and talk in-depth about them.After the 2nd interview, I informed Steven that Knight Swift was my number 1 pick, and they too thought I was their best candidate. A 3rd lunch interview was scheduled with my potential boss and team members to insure there was a true personality fit for both sides. The luncheon was scheduled for 1 hour but lasted for around 2 hours.Steve told me soon after the client was going to be making me an offer. The offer came directly to me and I gladly accepted.Steven and Nicole were instrumental in finding me a great job and awesome benefits.
