Lorenzo was the first to reach out to me from Addison Group and I felt like I wasnt even working with a recruiter. He made me feel like a colleague, like someone who Ive been working with for years. Then Claire took over and she never forgot about me. I wasnt just a file that she kept just in case something came up. All good things come to those who wait and Im so glad she kept me in mind. I had to make a serious move of about 40 miles and wasnt sure about jobs in the area. My commute was an hour on any given weekday. I posted my resume and interviewed Addison Group rep Claire Grace. I really appreciate Addison Group and Alex Motallebi for helping me find a full time position with a company. Although I found a different position else where. I would highly recommend trying out Addison Group to help get a foot in the door if you’re having a bit of trouble getting interviews on your own. Alex keeps a great Line of communication with who he’s helping and will always return a call if you can’t reach him. He not only help with the job part but also with the interview part as well by doing a practice run with you and gives to pointers on how to answer the questions that will make you a great candidate for the job.

Got an interview offered the job background check came back. Signed off on all of the paperson then was told I had no job due to some credit items. They should have known a head of time before they even presented me.

Was called 11/6 about a position, did a FaceTime interview with someone and was offered the position on I believe 11/7-11/8. Went out here to sign all my papers for position. Was called on 11/12 and was told I had no job that they over calculated everything. Offered to pass my resume around and would be called on 11/13. Still haven’t heard from anyone. Still posting the same position all over job boards. Be very careful everyone.

I do not know what I would have done if it wasnt for Addison Group! I was a recent grad with certifications to become a Dental Assistant and I have only a few months to a year of experience in the Dental world. I was contacted by Amy on several occasions via email about my online resume I posted on multiple online sights looking for a steady dental office to establish myself. Yet I only have contacts for working interview and was able to land a job at several private practices. Anyways all that did not last, each offices have their own expectations for good qualified individuals and expects too much from inexperience dental assistants such as myself, but that did not stop me I take every opportunity afforded to me as a learning curve whether they gave me a chance or not. I was a SPONGE at this moment! Every information, new set of skills was viable to me to tap into! I wanted to know more! I was even challenged to study for Coronal Polishing exam, challenged to study for my Radiology test through DANB! I was Blessed to have passed both with weeks apart of studying but it wasnt enough for these private practices! I finally return the email from Addison Group several months later! And to this day I am beyond Grateful and Beyond Blessed that I had made that choice! From the first day of my interview with Alex M! and meeting him personally! I knew I was a valuable ASSET for their company!!! Now I work for a remarkable University from starting off as a temp to my conversion of a full time job with AWESOME Benefits! Terrible place. Went to AG and Alex told me I would be receiving weekly calls to update me on jobs. Finally after about a month of not hearing back from them I emailed them to see what was going on and was told that yes there is a job I could apply for. Who knows if I would have even found out about this job if I didnt contact them first. Then I find out the job they offered was not even in the location I had told them I wanted to work in. No wonder these guys have 1 star. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!

Very upset had me go on interview, went got the job, but they had contact issues and the company could not have me work there!! Passed down really good interviews.. Whole situation was sketchy
