Immediate response! Our elevator would not open on the second floor after use. Jeremy responded the same day and fixed the problem. He is a gem and Celtic Elevator has been terrific when we need them. Two thumbs up!

John worked with us to find the best location and elevator for our house. They located a great contractor to build the shaft. Pristine restorations. They did a great job in both our opinion and that of the building inspector. Celtic did a perfect job meeting time schedules and costs. Their communication was excellent from John, Janet and Shawn. The state inspection was easy and trouble free. We talked to several elevator companies such as Abbey Elevator and the only one willing to help us with the complete project was Celtic. I cannot recommend them more strongly.

Celtic Elevators has provided exceptional service for me during the 2 1/2 years I have used them. They are very responsive when issues have come up, offered a good warranty for their work. No matter how many times I have asked Megan for copies of receipts to be generated for my own documentation, and now as I am in the process of selling this house, she does so graciously and efficiently. I have been happy with every staff member I have have had contact with, from the owner, the contractors, the coordinators, members who facilitate each and every aspect of their services - and recommend them without reservation. Recently one aspect of the elevator maintenance didnt solve a problem, so they sent someone else with more experience to solve the issue to my satisfaction.

I have to leave a review for this company, and I never leave reviews! As a real estate agent in N Scottsdale I needed an elevator inspector fairly quickly. Called Celtic, and spoke with Megan, and knew I had found my company! She was so positive that we cold get this done in a timelymanner, but when she called to say , it would happen that same day I was shocked. The technicians texted me with a lead time, showed up right on time and did the inspection. Report was available shortly there after for me to send my clients.......This will be their new elevator service company.
