I regret not catching the mans name that worked with me.. He repaired my cracked screen in less than an hour. It had been acting up a bit that night and he allowed me to take it back in with no issues. My camera also had some dust in it from the cracked screen and he was able to clean it up really well! He worked his magic and my phones been working great since! He has been so helpful, professional, understanding, and works very quickly! I’ve come to this location a few times before and have never been disappointed. I’m so great-full to have them to rely on for affordable prices, great quality, and for this employee that has been nothing short of amazing. Thank you!!!

I took my i Pad in for glass repair and it WAS working just fine. they quoted me $400. 00 and two hours to fix the glass. After 9 days my i Pad still was not done! they wanted to charge me an additional $100.00 to fix what they broke trying to change the glass, plus another 2 days. these people were dishonest, unprofessional and dont know what they are doing. The new shop i took it to has fixed my i Pad for $300.00 including fixing what these people broke. If you need a repair go some where else and get yours fix right the first time and a lot cheaper. Sorry its the truth.

I cracked my iPhone 10xs max, I live in Scottsdale and called around and was told itd be 250.00. I looked at Apple and they charged 330.00. I called this place and they said 180. I saved SEVENTY DOLLARS! And even more if I would’ve went to Apple. They had great customer service and fixed it in a 1/2hr. Yay!

I dont get the negative reviews. Ive been here on more than one occasion first with my iPhone 5 and now my iPhone 6. For my iPhone 5 I had my battery replaced and then my screen after I had water damage. Both times they had it fixed fast and I was pleased with the service. With my iPhone 6 I took it there when I was having problems with the ear speaker and the guy did something and it worked right away. I havent had issues since. Today I woke up to a phone that wouldnt turn on. They took the phone and figured out that it was the screen and took it off and put it back on. Both times for my iPhone 6 I wasnt charged and for my iPhone 5 it was really reasonably priced. I only come to this shop for repairs!

Dropped my phone off to get the microphone fixed .went to pick it up the guy told me I must have tried to take it apart myself because the screws were stripped out (I didn’t).So instead of saying they couldn’t fix or get it open they broke it open fixed the microphone glued it back together. Now 3 months later microphones broke again and it will not charge because the. Charging port is out of alignment and no one else can work on it because it’s glued together. I should have made a bigger deal at the time but I was just hoping everything would be fine .

If you need a screen replaced, this is the least expensive place in town. They are very quick and they know what theyre doing. I paid less than $100 for my new screen for an iPad. Same day service.

My daughter got debris in the iPhone which prevented it from charging. The guys at fixed it - good as new - in less than five minutes. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent service.

RIPOFF!!!! I took my phone in to get the screen repaired, and while I thought their price was high they fixed it very quickly and I received pleasant service. HOWEVER within a few hours of the repair I noticed the replacement screen was cracked. When I took it back and asked them to fix it again they rudely refused, saying they don’t make mistakes and they don’t use defective parts, which is clearly untrue.So, I get to enjoy staring at their half-ass repair every time I look at my phone. They were very condescending about the whole thing and I left feeling very ripped off. I will absolutely not be going back to them ever again.

This is a cool place located on the corner where you can try to fix a phone that breaks instead of having to go through the trouble of buying a new one. You can also go bar hopping in this area it is a very happening area.

They replaced my iPhone 5 swollen battery with a new one for only $32 and in less than 10 minutes! Im so thankful I found them! Apples lowest price was $79, Batteries Pluss $69 and another repair store $39. So glad I found Phoenix iPhone Repair!They dont necessarily provide the best customer service (they perform the work in the back, so they leave you waiting while they do it and you have no idea how long itll take - it would be so much better if there was a glass instead of a wall in between the two rooms, and if they talked more with the customer, explaining what theyre doing), but, when it comes to a job well done, they definitely fo it!

Had iPhone 6 in awhile back for a screen replacement. Didnt quite fit as it was bowed. Took it back a few months later and they taped it down. Well that put pressure on the screen and pop, it cracked. Go in and ask, ya its another new screen I paid for because it was outside warranty. Thats fine I get it. Get a new screen, start getting intermittent dimming of screen and the phone gets hit. Took it in, fixed, back in two days because now the phone wont stop rebooting and the front facing camera wont work. Back in again and he replaces the screen for free. Two days later, a 3rd grader throws a rock at my son. Yes a third grader, and cracks the screen. Not thinking this guy is using OEM screens or knows how to properly install them.

I wanted to repair my iPhone 6. The guy said they build in a certified OEM screen. But they dont. Its a cheap screen. The bad quality is not to be overseen. And on top of that its also built in badly. A big gap on the bottom. I lost 110 dollars and in the end I replaced the Phone at an Apple Store for 299 dollars. Dont make the same mistake as I did.

I accidentally slammed my phone into the corner of a pallet at Costco and shattered my screen. It was fixed here in less than an hour for a reasonable price and looks like new.

Well I’ll be taking my phone in this morning and will be back with my opinion of the results so to be continued....They did a great job with the screen but the batteries they had were defective even though they were brand new in the box. They just would not work in my phone and were the only two batteries they had so I had to take my phone to a different place for the battery. But all in all the guy was friendly and the service was quick and the price was reasonable!It’s around three months later today February 19, 2019Ugh... So I had to have my screen replaced AGAIN because I can’t seem to keep my phone in my hand, for whatever reason face down on concrete is where I clearly prefer it smh... Anyway I took it back to this same place but there’s something weird going on with the screen this time. Idk what it is so I’m going to take the phone back tomorrow to see if there’s anything they can do to about it because it’s so annoying and it is actually effecting my ability to see certain things on the left side of my phone. I will be back with an update tomorrow...

IPhone 7 glass and lcd replacement in 20mins, they gave a lead time of 45 mins to an hour . Also more reasonably priced then other area repair shops. This place is great! I will, if needed, use them again!

Paid 140 bucks for a janky new lcd screen. It had bright spots all over it, even had tiny hairs underneath that were magnified on the screen. Would not recommend. Replaced the screen myself for 30 bucks and 10x better then their work.

My iPad Air screen was completely smashed, so I researched screen repairs. Needless to say, it was very expensive to repair. I stumbled upon this shop on the internet, I read up on them and they appeared to be a legitimate business. Eventhough I was nervous to ship out my iPad, I shipped it to them (insurance and signature confirmation). They received it on a Friday, and I got it back the next Friday.I received my iPad Air back in pristine and like-new condition. It had been packed nicely and securely upon arrival.Thank you, I am so happy to have my iPad again with a new screen.

They would do a pretty good job fixing my phone but i have gotten to have my phone fix 4 more times then it really needed to be luckily they did it for free but every time that i get it fixed it breaks again 3 to 7 days later to where i have to go in and complain. Just now my phone stop working (i havent dropped it since the last time they fixed it for me). This time though i can see what happened and im not even sure how it happened because when i shut the phone off i see a little crack in the digitizer and im pretty sure having it in my pocket wouldnt so now im going need to take it back in. At this point it would be better off if i fixed it myself.

It was very kind of him not to charge me when I was ready to change the room. I strongly recommend because we really feel the importance given to find the best solution in terms of value for money for the customer.I came with an iPhone 5s, the charging socket worked very badly.
