Didnt get my package, plus their disingenuous customer service was very frustrating. I dont think this company is set up to do international orders, so beware of getting ripped off.

Paid extra for one day shipping and it’s been 7 days and I still haven’t gotten my package. Nice

Pleasant experience, fast shipping (considering my location). Placed an order for a death grips hoodie through the website on 3/11, received it on 3/18. The order processed quickly and my order was shipped soon after. They gave me a tracking number so I was able to track my package easily as it shipped from their Arizona warehouse to Canada via UPS mail innovations.The hoodie was the perfect size and very soft. Would order from hellomerch again.

UPDATED: They finally decided to do the right thing and return my money for the merchandise that was never delivered. While they did it with a bad attitude at least they did it so Ive moved my rating from 1 star to 3. Too bad, I bought from this company because I wanted to support the owner who used to be part of one of my favorite bands ever. I wish it hadnt come to this and that the customer service rep would have been nice to me rather then telling me it was my issue not theirs.placed an order and it never arrived and their customer service basically told me sorry but its not their problem. I was at home when the supposedly delivery took place but it was not delivered. Telling me Try contacting your mail carrier, or leaving a note asking if they saw it too, sometimes that helps.I apologize but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, especially of the postal service marks them DELIVERED.Terrible customer service.
