Best staff , they make me free in 1 hour . Best thing is that you no need wait standing infront of office for paper work . You wait in your truck they call when paper work is ready then go and collect the paperwork. 👍🏻

I dont know what all the bad reviews are about. I arrived around 2 am my appointment wasnt until 7:30 am they had in and unloaded with paperwork in a hour. The lady in the office was very nice and helpful and the bathroom was spotless. No overnight parking but plenty of room for backing.Also keep in mind the street in front of the place had signs posted no parking but some do. At the end of the road to the right is a dead end ant a big empty dirt field for overnight.

Got here at 12:01 am on the 26th my appointment is at 5:30amI got here they got me in a door thinking I would get unloaded soon around 3:30am they finally had me open my doors for them so they could unload me here it is 4:43am and still waiting on paperwork check out at 5:03amI won’t be Arriving at this place early anymore

Hard to park to deliver due to trailers at front of dock doors. make drivers time a bit easier by giving room to maneuverjust a thought.

This was by FAR THE BEST MCLANE EVER! The only thing that kept me from being out of there within an hour, was sleeping through the phone call saying I was ready😫

Usually not this slow. Not sure what was going on today.

On the receiving side.. you spend hours and hours waiting to get unloaded here.. huge lumper fees.. you wait outside until your appointment time.. the entrance is an s curve (curbing juts into truck drive) with two way access.. drivers cut off left hand turn traffic truck after truck.. no traffic management.. no matter how long youve been waiting to turn in.. enter from right hand turn in side.. esp if your tight on appointment arrival.. otherwise get in line fromno parking zone be ready to be aggressive and/or wait for 45 minutes to an hour to get in the gate.

Not sure what the complaints about the lady at the front desk. I go there all the time and she is very pleasant to me. Very fast service. One of my favorite places to go.

I go the for the dock 1:am and they unloaded 9:am ,and I’m waiting my paperwork 1:30 minutes, don’t waste your in this company, even their employees is nasty 🤮

Large facility with plenty of room to maneuver into your dock. Their lumpers take around 4 hours to unload a fully loaded trailer.

I read the reviews and kept an open mind. I can honestly say that everyones negative comments about the receptionist is true. Shes unpleasant and doesnt do her job well.I got here at 1:30am for my 2am appointment. I got straight in the door, but had to wait thirty minutes because the unloaded was on break. No big deal. The lumper fee was $105 and I paid that before they unloaded me.At 3am they she calls me and tells me she doesnt like the temperature readings on my trailer and she has to send an email to find out if they will accept it. She said it would take 2-3 hours.Its now 7:15am, I still dont have an answer and shes upset because I asked. I have another load to pick up at that is set to get me home. At this rate, I dont know if I can pick it up.Truly a horrible experience.

Got here at 2255 in the door at 2340 and they started unloading right away. No lies about the woman that works the desk. Holy hell lady, find a new job or something if you hate us all that much.

The lady at the receiving desk is how you rate half of your experience. Shes rude and always angry. You can feel the fact she hates her job the minute you walk in the door. Makes me always ask my dispater if we can please find a different load. I dont ever look forward to coming here.

You May get a door fast but it takes forever to get your paperwork!!!

Pretty cool., considering I confused myself and went there on accident. My company had changed loads and my brain hadnt been on board yet as soon as they nice ladies where like umm this has the wrong stuff and address I immediately realized what I did and booked it out of there. Anyways thanks for catching my mistake and being legit about it.. Appreciate it.

Excellent receiver...opened promptly at 2300, and were finished unloading, and I had paperwork in hand in under two hours. Courteous, helpful office staff, and efficient lumpers!

Receiving hours 11:00 pm to 7:30 am. They charge if you come late. Plenty of parking inside. Nice people bring your tcheck or comcheck for lumper service otherwise they charge you 1-5 dollars. 2 hours you be out.

Typical grocery BS. No lumpers but they’ll still take your money to unload and take an unnecessary amount of time to do it. Take a lesson from Costco you lazy grocery industry; They are bigger than you and can still get hundreds of trucks out in under an hour and for free! The people at receiving were pleasant. 4+ hours since bumping the dock.

The receiving hours are 11pm to 730amYes theres a lumper fees here, I had to pay $215 dollars... if they provide you a comcheck, its an extra $5 fees for the comcheck.

Every time is different. This appt. took a few hours before first pallet was taken off truck. And I bumped dock after checking in five minutes before appointment time.

One of the most efficient McClanes I’ve delivered to.Friendly gals in office get you in and out was here early but got out in 2-1/2 hrs with a floor load.

The lady in the office seemed more concerned with socializing with all the guys coming into visit with her than calling the drivers for their bills. Im trying to be very patient with people this year but this is crazy.

No longer are you allowed to park on the property until your appointment time.

The unloading time was on the average, the facilities were very good, but the lady from the office shines due to her high level of rudeness or manners, she has a better attitude, the driver of the yard, I dont know how they put a person like that to attend, I would think that it is part of the image of the company I hope if I return I will not find it I think that very easily he damages someones day with his rude attitude

The worst place to deliver, I arrived at 2 am and left until 7 am, NOTHING RECOMMENDED !!

The unloading is very fast but the one who receives the papers should be removed or changed, the treatment received by her was very bad and without any respect for the drivers
