I had old old old photos on my grandmother on a western digital. For some reason it would not mount to my computer. I couldnt get it to recognize it just buzzed and buzzed and hummed but never did anything. I called my local data recoup office and they had a courier come right to me to pick up my drive. I loved their free diagnostic option. If youre not in a hurry its a great option to figure out what the data recovery will cost you.

Data Recoup helped me when my RAID 1 consisting of 2 1 TB Seagate drives failed.  I had it in my backpack during a trip and I guess dew had seeped into the bag and wetted it.  It had important personal photos and videos and my tax returns. Jeff clearly explained the different service options and I opted for a middling service and got my data recovered in just a matter of a week.  I was given the option of having the recovered data sent back to me on an external drive and I also opted for their cloud backup service. Overall, good experience.

Didn’t realize how expensive data recovery was, but considering I had all my tax information on this hard drive I needed to get it recovered at all cost. They did a good job.
