Great information and presentation. It takes all of the guess work out for your family. Reasonable price for all you get. I reccomend this for your peace of mind and stress and confusion for your family.
This was very informative, and if you or your family are not completely satisfied 100% money back.
I have used Smart Cremation twice now and have been impressed. Actually the first time was great but they have gotten even better since my first experience 4 years ago.
I was told when they would bring my father to me. was a two-hour window on ONE day. There was no flexibility or concern for my time or what I was going through. Then on THEIR DAY AND TIME that only worked for them, they tried to call and change it. Again, no compassion for me and what this process meant to me. My mother is signed up for this place but I may look elsewhere. One should have options and compassion when dealing with their parents’ remains.
My father purchased a smart cremation plan several years ago. His goal was to make things as easy for us as possible and also not spend a fortune. Loosing a loved one is difficult enough, but having to take care of funeral arrangements makes it even harder. It worked out as well as he thought it would. We didnt have to do a thing and everything was handled seamlessly and with thoughtful care.
Everything went as planned , good to deal with.
When a loved one passes, there is so much to take care of amidst the grieving process. I was very fortunate that both my Mother & Stepfather had arrangements already in place with Smart Cremations. Renee with Smart Cremations was extremely helpful, patient & excellent with assisting me through the process. Her communication and follow-up made the process simple alleviating additional stress on me at a very difficult time. Thankful for Renee’s kind and helpful involvement!
Approximately one year ago, my husband and I moved to a new home in AZ to be closer to family. We then made a decision to accept an invitation from Smart Cremations’ Mark Markham who explained beautifully how everything would be handled when necessary. True to Mark’s word, we have already received our forever abodes and they are quite beautiful. Thank you Mark, we can now rest assured.
Very compassionate and professional service from all the staff. Amanda and Justin were both very caring in their help during this very difficult period in our families experience. I highly recommend this organization for their excellent service. My wife was so precious. Major Monte Wolff U.S. Army ( ret.).
I called and got a price then told them I would be taking care of bill they asked for my sisters number and tried to hustle her out of an additional 1500 dollars first of all I told them I would be taking care of everything and didn’t want anyone else bothered by this stressful thing then they tried to obtain over double the initially indicated priceFor shame to this place for shame
I cant say enough good things about Smart Cremation. This is the second time in 3 years that my family has called upon them for their services. Amanda is so awesome. She was there from the beginning and was the first person I spoke with. She is a sweetheart and got all the paperwork finished in a very timely manner. I then arranged to pick up my sweet Mammas remains myself. Had I not made that decision, I would not have had the chance to meet Reneé. She is also a very sweet lady. It was definitely the right decision! From start to finish, I felt compassion and a caring attitude from everyone at Smart Cremation!!
I loved how they delivered my daughters ashes to the home. Very professional and caring people!
Susie, our contact person, was remarkable and we appreciated her help through the whole process.
I have never made a better decision than to enroll my dad in this program. When he past, they came and got him. They kept us informed every step of the way and delivered him back to us within 10 days!
Thank you for taking care of every step.
Very pleased with every aspect of Smart Cremation. They were respectful, courteous and had great follow through. Suzi was a great help and it made a difficult time just a bit easier. Thank you!
It was only one phone call and they took care of everything. Renee called me with paperwork on email and signing. Explaining everything. I didnt have to run to the mortuary but once to pick up the ashes and the urn supplied was very lovely. The only thing I didnt like was, we only got one Death certificate and it could see only he used for social security it took a week longer than me going to the our health department and getting some myself. I feel we should have gotten another one so it could be copied and sent to everyone else. Social security didnt even keep it and said the funeral home contacted them. It was good service and everything explained well.
Took initiate, communicated well and were compassionate. All of this while the pandemic was taking place.
Such a relief to have such caring, competent people during the death of my mother. All was done as promised.
My Dad made his transition on April 11, 2018. He had a pre-plan with Smart Cremation that he put in place many years ago, and we are so grateful he did. Rather than scurrying around trying to figure out what to do next, I made the call to Smart, handed the phone to the nurse, and returned to the room to be with my family. We left the hospital about 20 minutes before they came to transport my father, as the hospital staff recommended we not be there while they prepared my Dad. We received a call from Smart with in 24 hours with next steps, was kept abreast every step of the way by our Service Manager, Connie Swain, who was wonderful, and we had Dads remains delivered to us 8 days later. All logistics were done by phone and e-mail and we never even had to drive to the funeral home or crematory. With that said, I did CHOOSE to drive to the funeral home to drop off a cigar to Scott, the Funeral Home Manager, who graciously agreed to place it in my Dads hand so he could be cremated with it. Dad loved his cigars! Thank you, Smart Cremation and all involved in taking such good care of us and our beloved father.
When Mom died, I made one call to Smart Cremation and everything was taken care of. They were courteous, sensitive and understanding. They kept me informed every step of the way.
Very professional service. Efficient and respectful. Please advise customers (if there is a columbarium to be used) to have ashes put in a niche box rather than the boxes offered with the service plan for ease and comfort of family.
I found Mark to be long winded and obtuse with his presentation. When I told him I had to look at my trust and consult my lawyer, he attempted to argue and treated me with contempt. I ignored him and dealt exclusively with his wife the next day.
