Was an employee for this company, here in Roswell NN, hired by so called manager Aaron Look who’s a real POS. I worked and was never paid by this company, unable to contact them as the supposed pay date , the yard this company rents I was informed by the landlord that he hopes I get paid because he hardly get rent paid by them and constantly is having to lock them out, they steal from all repo cars coming in, Aaron told me I was free have personal items in cars but luckily I’m not that kind of person and out of my own money I bought boxes to pack ppls belongings for them in the event the wanted them, DO NOT WORK FOR RMS. hopefully you never get repo either cuz you won’t get nothing back!

People say a lot of things when theyre upset. Having a vehicle repossessed is understandably upsetting so I cant say Im THAT shocked to read these comments, but I want to weigh in with my experience with RMS.Ive worked for RMS since January and I have had a very great experience so far! I am yard attendant. I process vehicles into and out of storage, inventory personal property and then store, release to debtor. Every debtor has at least sixty days to claim property. Unclaimed property is disposed of. I donate usable items where they will be given to shelters, churches, food banks etc. And the remaining property content goes to the dump. I report every property disposal to my boss, Aaron who is a good boss- he is one of my favorite bosses Ive worked for in fact. He does so many things and is tasked with communicating with and overseeing so many of us and he has not ever have a bad attitude or lose patience with me. He works his a** off. JR is my other boss and he is a friggin rockstar! He also works his butt off and goes above and beyond for everyone all the time.There was a misunderstanding for my 1st paycheck where I was shorted pay because they had my hourly wage input incorrectly. I let Aaron know and he got it fixed right away. Never had another problem since.I know it sucks to have your vehicle repossessed. Like in a BIG way, and RMS is the knee jerk target because we repo the vehicle, but it isnt personal, its business. The vehicle belongs to the lien holder. They hire us to get their property back for them. That is our job.

Worst repo company in the USA will not pay u and will screw u out of pay ! This repo company can’t even pay there fuel cards.PAY UR BILLS AARON

JR from Albuquerque is the Best and very professional. he let me know he was taking the car and asked for my keys and was very professional. There was a miscommunication about my personal property JR went out of his way to make sure I got my personal property that had my license plate. For I am getting a flight at 6 a.m. to go to Phoenix to pick up. And even though it was after hours and when he was getting back in town and could have gone home. He took the time to let me get my license and the stress that he took off. I cant thank him enough for being such a great employee and being so professional. He is a blessing to me and you are very lucky to have him as an employee. JR from Albuquerque, thank you thank you!

This currupt place stole my belongings they had me waiting for more then a month to try get my stuff they never gave me a call I always had to call them in my belongings was my kids birth certificate there moms and kids they brought so much stress the guy that was in charged of dealing with my stuff quit days aftrt wich makes this more suspicious to me.

My friend works here and is always on the road. This person gets stuck sleeping in their rig because the owner doesnt care about drivers or their safty. Definitely on blast.... hope you get what you deserve. Locks on the doors. Business repo. And hope you vendors that are owed money get paid...

Times become tough, and I could no longer afford my vehicle. Ultimately it arrived on RMS repo list. Ive dealt with repo guys in the past however when I dealt with the last repo guy. It was a oddly good experience. Past guys have been extremely rude and never let me even near the car. Now the repo man, Quentin, was very respectful and professional. Took me aside (I was at work), and explained what was going on. He allowed me to get my belongings, and gave me the info to my lienholder. I had over $150 in the glove box (Left over from my check) and it was still in there when I got my truck back. My truck was repossessed in Farmington, NM. But this is the only Recovery Management Solutions I could find. Seems like the same company.

Our lender sent a release notice to RMS on the 29th. They claim to have received it on the 30th and wouldnt answer our calls until we got the police and attorney involved. They would not release the vehicle until the 31st. The driver who picked up our car breeched the peace during pick up and ignored owner objections.

DONT WORK FOR THESE GUYS! SCAM ARTISTS. A lot of people have been ripped by these guys including the lot owners they rent from... they only care about their trucks. They could give a damn less about their employees

I had to deal with this company under an unfortunate situation with my vehicle (my fault) I had personal belongings left in my vehicle. They tell you that they inventory your items, and box them. When you pickup your items its a $75 fee. In my situation they didnt inventory or document my belongings, instead they stole from my vehicle and broke plastic interior pieces, including trunk interior panels, shift lock hole by the shifter, and oddly enough enabled child locks on rear doors. Be cautious with this company they use LPR and DRM companies and are over priced with storage fees, admin fees.

When they repo the car the send it off to auctin before the finance company even tells them to so you never even have a chance to recover your car or the stuff inside the employees are rude to the customers.

As a vendor to RMS they did not pay us for services done on their fleet. Over $1,500. Cant imagine what they do for you as a customer.

This company is the scum of the earth. Tried to over charge me to pick up my vehicle. Make sure you have documents from your lender and have lender call them.

Scam do not work for these guys They owe money for services vendors beware they owe us 1000.00
