Ill be honest in that Im only giving 1 star because I cant give 0. This management company has zero compassion for tenants. They refuse to give parking permits for owners of multiple vehicles at their properties with ample parking available. They then tow your vehicle if its parked immediately after 10pm suggesting you park in business parking lot across street who also tow vehicles left over night.

Ive only had dealings with one person in this company but it was bad enough to get me on here to leave this review.All I know of this company is they hire rude, sarcastic and extremely entitled employees.They should rename their company to NRU Management (Narcissists R Us)

Our fire alarm has been going off right outside my unit since July 2, at least once a day. We have been given the responsibility of silencing it, without pay and APM has put it on hold. Its not bothering them after all. APM does not have enough skills to arrange for two vendors to arrive at our complex at the same time to fix it. The website is dishonest, APM took over management Jan. 1 and Tom has not set foot on our property once. He supports his dysfunctional staff rather then the property he is supposed to represent. Boo APM, what a disappointment.

This firm has not been helpful at all and terrible customer service cannot wait until there contract is finished ..
