Look is nice newly built clean with hand sanitzer machines around nice seats with great comfort around this place is nice also the area is very nice people have great professionalism and very hardworking. Hiring and very nicely dressed offered me water and had mints at the counters too enjoy fresh breathe. I am unlucky to get the job but it was nice to interview very well presented and managed. Great company to work for

I like working for Convergys because they are very lenient with giving you pto, time to rejuvenate, and not just work too hard. I have been there 5 months, and Im happy that they work with me when Im sick and try to help me as much as possible. I like the job, its a fun call center to work in. I like my team. They are really fun to work with, and good people.

These people had their thumbs up their asses. I had an interview at 9am...I was there until 10:30 and still hadnt had my interview. And now theyre owned by Concentrix, so thats gonna go from bad to worse.

Started my training last week over there. Didnt take long for me to realize what kind of business this is. Ive worked at many call centers to know whats up. Sure the benefits are amazing but the vibe, location, and people there are super sketchy. I would much rather go back to the first call center I worked at which I am. The recruiters were rude to me and Ashley acted like she didnt know what she was talking about when I asked questions. What kind of a recruiter dont know what your talking about? Anyway my start date was a month later which I thought was funny because its such a small call center and they just keep hiring and I can see why. People are literally leaving everyday! Training was extremely boring but thats every job except that the hours were ridiculous for training, 11am to 8pm what the hell I barely had time to do anything. Trainer said because we would most likely be the night shift. The area is not safe they need to stay small and have a Monday through Friday early hours. The whole environment is NOT PROFESSIONAL! People there are so ghetto I couldnt handle. Some girl thought I was looking at her funny when I was minding my business. Its literally like high school and I told the trainer that and he said thats every call center and no thats not like every call center trust me! I always put a review on things regardless because I want to help others out. Keep your options open and be patient to find something better with great pay because this place is paying such little bit for working for sprint.

Ill hang myself before going back.And the only reason why I feel that way is because of the job. I left once, shouldnt have came back.

For the most part, its not a terrible place to work... If you want to retain any bonus that is promised to you, you will need to be kissing ass like nobodys business.

Ive been working here at the Intuit project for about 5 months now and I gotta say, its probably the best workplace experience ive ever had. Your team leads encourage and mentor you instead of penalizing and degrading you. Theres just an overwhelming amount of support for you to do the job well and very low stress for a phone job. I recommend working here if youve had bad luck with other jobs that treat you like a peice of trash. Convergys values the people who work here and they show me that every single day.

An easy call center job if youre just starting out and need experience. Decent pay at best, but also not terribly fast paced work.

Do not consider this company a permanent position. Its high school all over again, except theres sexual harassment from management, racism, explicit drug usage onsite, vandalism, and women soliciting their bodies. Its bi-weekly paydays and unprofessional employees. On the phones, you have to be professional and to be employed is the only good things. See for yourself!

Racist and unprofessional, they dont help at all on the floor when training. People quit everyday. Act like its high school. They just play games and ignore the fact the computer messed and try to say it was your fault. Dont work here.
