Today I had there driver pull up to me on the road and start yelling all kinds of things at me calling me a sob and other names , We were in bumper to bumper traffic i did nothing to this guy poor business why this guy thought it was Acceptable idk maybe it was the 2 American flags in my truck Idk but Im going to be calling the corporate office this is poor business to let drives do this

Was involved in spot delivery where basically I take the car out the lot, drive around as if it not. Dealer try’s to sell contract to a bank, if no bank approves it then I have to return car back to dealershipThis towing company dragged car off my drive way, left those tire marks, received a hoa letter for it and now they want to charge me a 75$ service fee for me to retrieve my belongings in which I had my wallet in the car and I am not 100% sure if it’s still in my wallet eitherNot only am I filing a complain letter to the better business bureau, I am also filing a complaint letter to the Phoenix Office Of The Attorney GeneralConsumer Information and Complaints

I’m not upset I got repossessed, that’s my own fault. But what I man PISSES ABOUT is these bastards stole $200 worth of tools from my car trunk. And when I went to claim my belongings told me this is all I had....they get away with this all the time I bet!

Maybe it was a repo they had on the truck when they hit my car? because he sure wasnt paying attention to where he was going. Now he say I ran him off the road! Lies will get you where you belong. What a piss poor way to run a company.

These guys dragged our brand new vehicle out of our lot and left markings on the pavement. They caused damage to the driver side door of our car, whoever towed the vehicle tried to pry open the driver side door with something red (breaking and entering). They left scratches and now there is the sound of wind coming through the door whenever we drive. Why did they try to forcefully open our car door?? To steal personal items?? Very sad and disappointing. They suck at customer service, they are not friendly or helpful in any way either even though I tried to get info from them about the issue in a calm and respectful manner the guy on the other end of the phone was just rude. Anyone else has this problem of vehicle damage caused by this towing company I suggest filing a vehicle damage claim.

They towed my car. Opened up my vehicle and totally trashed it. Literally dumped out a garbage bin I had. Total waste of space

Miserable SOBs making a living off people’s misery. Break the law entering private communities with gated enterances. Drivers are rude POS who couldn’t get a job with a real tow company so they work for a leech. Amount to a a bunch of barely legal car theives.

Was very rude and distroyed private property. It wasnt even our car that got towed. We had to use the car to take our puppy to the hospital and we came back and about 3 am we hear tires screeching turns out they left drag marks from the garage to the street at the house Im sitting for. And the camping companys barley cared.

They are liars at this place. They tell you, you have 15 days to get your car before they send it to auction but then they send it before the 15 days are up.

We got our personal affects back, but they didnt include my husbands breaker bar or the $3.00 cash that was in the console. Awfully sad that they felt the need to take those insignificant items for themselves.

Damaged the entire front bumper of my vehicle at the point where it was hanging off on the passenger side.

Terrible service....wanted to pick my vehicle up at 4:30 pm and they were closed...but their hours were til 5:00 pm...and they are open on Saturdays...poor hours.
