Due to issues not related to the printer I had not received 1/2 my order & as soon as Arc, found out they not only communicated with me a few times to ensure it was the proper document. Amazing customer service. My wife called to get some school books printed for the kids, and from the moment she talked to them to the moment we picked up our books everything went so smoothly. Once we got home and got to look at the quality of the books we were extremely impressed. I highly recommend them and will use them for all my future printing needs.

Pleased. Personal quality work done on a small personal project. ARC does all kinds of projects, both small and large. Mine was small enough to where I could have taken it to a self-serve printer station at an office products store, but after trying that, the copies were produced carelessly and they were not clean. This was so much better. Thank You
