We love our new bathroom! From design to clean up Maxum Design and Development was superior! Each day the crew worked long hours to make sure we were satisfied. They were careful to keep the demolition mess contained. The crew and Maxum office staff were always available for questions. The work and materials are high quality. The result is a beautiful room, complete with a barn door. When the project was complete, our bathroom was clean and shiny. We would recommend Maxum Design and Development to anyone !

I have hired this company for remodel work that i have had done, and I absolutely am impressed by far. I have never experienced a process like this to be so painless. I have had a total of 5 remodels done in the past and always bumped heads with contractor, not here they ended up going above and beyond for us. There was no unexpected charges and no nickle and dimeing us to the bone. They are very good at communication back with customer they always answer the phone if not they call back immediately. They have saved us money on our materials, by giving us there contractor discounts with there vendors and they delivered everything for free!!! I couldnt believe it. Most important i guess is that they new that we had a tight timeline due to relatives coming from out of town and they got project done with time to spare.I would definitely recommend them and will be using in the future.

These guys are amazing!The communication you have with these guys are unprecedented, they really do keep open communication and they are very upfront with anything and everything. They answered any questions I had at anytime. They exceeded my plans I had to remodeled my house especially my bathrooms! It was honestly more than I could ever ask for.I had them crate a mancave for my husband and OMG did they ever blow it out of the water!! Its AMAZING! HE loved it and cannot stop talking about it. They went above and beyond with it and I could not have asked for more.They really did a great job on my new home, I honestly couldnt be happier and if I ever needed anything else done with my house they would be the ones I would call.

Maxum is the best. We couldn’t be more pleased with our bathrooms. From the initial contact with John and Taylor, when they came to our house to take measurements, to the final inspection, they were professionals with a personal touch. Within two or three days, a design for the master bath was sent to us for review. The plan was excellent and fit our space perfectly. After a visit to the show room for a detailed discussion, we decided to have both bathrooms remodeled simultaneously. The two professionals who worked on the project, Ricardo and Jose, were extremely skilled and talented. There were no delays, no glitches, everything went smoothly and attention to detail was always in the forefront. The custom-made vanities, cabinets and tiling are exceptional. The most important aspect was the communication between Maxum and us. Everything was open and honest and Maxum delivered. We could not recommend them more for a remodel and will no doubt use them again in the future.

Working with Maxum Design and Construction has been great. When I was worried my rain shower was not high enough Taylor and John came out within a half hour to discuss. Great response! Designs are awesome! ADA compatible; I have MS. I love the quality execution by construction crew led by James.

The remodeling of our Master Bath went very well because of the professionalism of everyone involved. They kept everything as clean as possible and worked efficiently. The whole process went much smoother than any of our many past remodeling projects. and we are thrilled with our new beautiful and functional bathroom.

Maxum Design is an excellent company to work with. They are acommadating, they took our vision and presented us with a virtual blue print. This helped us to visualize how our final product might look. We got to play around with it until we were satisfied with the outcome. Even though we changed our initial idea, they took their time to ensure we were happy with the final outcome. We never felt rushed or we were inconveniencing them. Very professional and knowledgeable. Their design studio is beautiful with plenty of samples to work with. They provided us with initial options which is helpful to get us started. But the best was their ability to accept feedback and provide us with options that met our design. We never felt pressured into any decisions. Maxum Design staff takes time to give to give their clients truly what they desire.

I love my home now that Maxum has replaced all my flooring. I had carpet everywhere now I have beautiful wood like tile throughout. Im amazed by house big and open it looks now. Great job Maxum!

I am so glad I decided to go with Maxum for my kitchen remodel. The process from start to finish was obviously a messy task and interesting to get used to with your kitchen torn apart but man were they great. The communication was top notch, the workers kept the space clean as best they could and were very respectful. My questions were always answered on a timely manner and they made it seem like a breeze. I highly recommend them for any of your remodel projects. I will be using them again. Thanks guys!

I am so glad that I hired Maxum! I met with Stephanie and John and they came out and looked at my master bathroom and got measurements. I had a outdated bathroom and decided it was finally time to upgrade. I went to their showroom in Phoenix to pick out my tile and granite countertop the design they came up was AMAZING!! The install was completed very quickly and was super clean. The installers were professional and the communication was exactly as promised. I am in love with my new Bathroom!! Thanks Maxum!!!

Sloppy work. Chaotic amateur subcontractors from all over. One day they never even showed up nor did they call me as to why. Had to have them come back to redo things several times. Several things left unfinished. Who paints a door with the knob on? Really. See pics. Sloppy paint job too. They couldnt be bothered to use a single solid piece of wood on my garage-- they pieced together leftovers. See pics. They initially built the garage door opening too narrow for the door, had to redo. WTF. The brand new back door they installed doesnt latch properly. They didnt properly strap down the  water line in my garage so it was slapping. They had to go up and redo that and in the process of that they broke thru my ceiling and did a crap patch job and didnt come back to paint it. Seriously. See pic. Complete amateur sloppy work. One contractor stole my brand new ladder I got as a housewarming gift. Another contractor used my new step stool as his own getting paint and crap all over it. They washed their paint with my new hose getting paint all over it and my yard. Theres more but this review is long enough as it is. They never returned call after I brought these issues up. Cant recommend. UPDATE: a few months later they called me concerned about the bad rating, and I told him exactly what was wrong and they saw the pictures, and they seemed concerned about fixing the issues but then never got back to me, so I removed one more star apparently as they dont even care about their own reputation.

Fantastic company PERIOD. They take what they do very serious. Ive remodeled 3 homes and by far they are the absolute best I’ve came across. I would recommend them to anybody.

They did a great job on our house remodel. New floors, paint, kitchen blacksplash and room conversion. Very happy. They cleaned up well too. Worked with Nelson.

Met with this company at the Home & Garden show on a Sunday and scheduled a consultation/estimate for Thursday that same week. Received a call on Wednesday saying they wouldnt be able to make it for Thursday and then rescheduled for the following Monday at 9am. They ended-up no-showing. No call. No email. No follow up. Never heard back from these people, which is a good thing because if there work is anything like their communication, it would have been a waste of time and money with the end result. I would never trust this company to do anything with my home considering how unprofessional they are.

They overall have a great business and they know how to work and do what they need to do to get the job done

Without a doubt the worst SUB-contractor in all of Arizona if not the country.They know nothing about building and the hire the cheapest subcontractors who also know nothingStay away!!
