What a great lawyer! I was dealing with a bankruptcy because of my cash hungry fiancé who almost ran me dry on Gucci and bootleg wine. Attorney Wright saved me and my situation! Good riddens to my cash hungry ex who wasn’t worth it with his tiny feet!

This is the absolute worse bankruptcy attorney in the valley!!! They do not communicate well, they do not do the job right the first time so expect major delays in your case because they can’t seem to fill out paperwork correctly the first time around. They straight up lie to you about the fees upfront as collect later. Just flat out horrible. Save your time, your valuable money and hire a REAL attorney. Theses people genuinely do not care about you. They care about where their next dollar is coming from. Worse attorney experience EVER!

We hired Ben Wright to represent us in our Chapter 13 BK filing. After months of turning in requested documents and continued threats of the trustee dismissing our case, (due to missing information that was given to Wright Law), we decided it was best to let the dismissal proceed. Now, we find out the thousands we paid in plan payments to the trustee, were never applied to our creditors, the monies will be kept by the trustee and the attorneys office. What a joke! Ben was not thorough at explaining the process, and once he obtained our $700 retainer, our file was passed on to the paralegal. (Craig was informative, and tried to be helpful) but you won’t get a return call from Ben. Don’t fall for the $4500 flat fee, without a guarantee that your plan will be approved.

Mr. Wright and his staff were amazing. They made a negative situation a lot better and turned it into a positive. Could really tell they care helping people and I will refer their Phoenix Bankruptcy Attorney firm to friends and family. Thanks again

I interviewed three law offices. I dont normally take the middle priced option. I did this time. I got the same attention as I would have at the higher priced offices. Bankruptcy isnt easy. Steal from the poor. Dont pay a dime until you know you qualify. Stole $500 from me to do a 5 minute means test. Quoted me $1100 total then when I asked for a refund and paperwork of what they did they sent me a bill for $3000 to try and scare me. Worse than car salesmen. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Ben Wright is the most unprofessional lawyer I have encountered. We had a scheduled appointment to talk at 11:30am. He never called until 1:30pm. I specifically took time off work for this phone call that his office set up. He said he was on another call and made no attempt to reschedule.

Ben and his team took on my case when my first lawyer decided to change the law he was practicing. They have been very responsive in answering all of my questions and are super friendly!

I would never recommend this office to anyone. I waited 30 minutes after my appointment time just to get walked out on. I went in for a free consultation and when I said i was going to think about my decision a little more after he asked me to pay $250, he took back the paper he gave me (list of documents needed), got up and walked out. Not a handshake, nice to meet you or anything. I will definitely take my business elsewhere.

Poor customer service, lack of communication, they are more interested in taking your money and due to high turnover with staff attorneys, fail to properly provide the legal representation they promise

The lawyer here was very intelligent and I received very good information from him. Anyway, you didnt have to go bankrupt but I would recommend you. He also speaks Spanish very well.
