My husband wrote a review recently regarding our experience with the owner John, and the owner decided to respond by negating our experience and calling it completely untrue. That is false and it shows the lack of integrity John has as a person as well as a business owner. HE DOES NOT care for his potential clientele and will blatantly lie in his reviews as if he is some upstanding citizen. It’s obvious he has to pay for these google reviews. This is not a 5 star company at all. John stated in his reply to my husbands review that we were attempting to get free services out of him. This is 100% false and we also have witnesses attesting to that. John did not want to do his job that day and it was obvious. The only thing he stated correctly in his response is that I cursed him out. That’s is true. Any human being who can talk to another human being like trash for absolutely no reason deserves to get cursed out. In this case John did deserve it. Save your time and your sanity and stay far away from this company.

John was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. My wife and were referred to him by our former home loan company and considering the last encounter with our home loan company, it comes as no surprise that this is the kind of people they choose to associate with/do business with. I called John’s office in hopes of getting my wife added to a deed and after John quickly finished telling me how to do so, I wanted to clarify once more that I had all the information I needed to get the process going. John got easily frustrated and replied “well I just told you” as if I was inconveniencing him. My wife heard his rude and unprofessional response and decided to give John a piece of her mind in addition, to letting him know that his response was rude yet unprofessional and we no longer have any desire of doing business with him. I say take your money elsewhere because no one deserves to be treated like that.

All I can say is wow. John and Mary went above and beyond in helping me with a time sensitive bankruptcy I needed to file. They’re both really good people and care about helping. Thank you John and Mary for everything.5 stars

We needed a deed completed for our house which was only in my husbands name. John walked us through the options and give really good insight into the pros and cons of each. We picked one that would work best for us. He had the documents complete and sent to us quickly. He submitted them to the county. All in all a simple easy process. I’m sure we will reach out to him again in the future!

What a weight they took off my shoulders! I wouldve not known where to start but John sent me all of the information and workbooks. He answered all of my questions very promptly and, myself being a procrastinator, I often had changes in the information he needed to fill out my paperwork, which he had to update quite a few times. He was always professional, very patient, and I definitely would not hesitate to go back to him and his team if I were to need any legal documents/forms filled out again!!

I contacted John about a month ago and he sent me a workbook via email. I took a very long time filling out the document and then scheduled an appointment with him. Two days later, I walked through his door and we went over the workbook together, I paid him the $200 in cash, got a receipt, and he said he would call me.7 days later, I got the OK to come in and review the final document. I went into his office the very same day. The document was perfect so I signed it in addition to some more paperwork. John made another copy for me. We discussed the next steps.Monday, I went to the US Bankruptcy Court in downtown Phoenix at 8:00 am when the doors opened. At 8:30 am, the bankruptcy suite door opened and I was first in line. The clerk went over my document. She kept one and stamped the other in order to make it a receipt of sorts. She told me what John said I should expect her to say. She told me my court date & time in addition to the fact I should expect a letter in the mail with instructions. I was gone by 9:00 am. Bring a little notebook in order to take notes if necessary.Easy peasy with Johns help.

I want to say a quick note... hiring an attorney for a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy would have been the biggest waste of money I can imagine. I had Document Prep. Specialists do the paperwork for $199. I went and handed it in (10 minutes process), the 341 Creditor Meeting was literally 30 seconds long. 8 questions with Yes/No answers. Discharge 60 days later. Had I paid $1750 for an attorney, Id be embarrassed.

Excelent service. All the information is very well organized. The court never told me something was missing or wrong. After delivering the package in court, the creditors disappeared from my credit history. John explained to me in detail each step to follow very easily.
