Great service, great people, great parts. I wish I would have had the money to reduce logging in my model s. Maybe next year. Bought a battery for my ANCIENT 2012 Tesla. Very reasonable price, staff was well informed and knowledge. Nobody was wearing masks when I arrived, but everyone near me put one in when I walked in. Ill be back to get my logging fixed! This is a very cool place for Teslas I am on Vacation in the Phoenix area and had to stop by to see what they are doing with Teslas. I was very impressed with all of the first gen Tesla roadster in their shop. Along with many Model S this is the only place I know of that works on Teslas and they are repairing and having them recertified by Tesla then resell them. If you are in the Phoenix are stop by and check them out.

Heres to hoping you guys expand into FL. Or that the Tesla I someday get and someday gets battery issues, will be able to make the long drive from FL to AZ. Just had a a rear window adjusted and my touch screen replaced. Much more reasonable than going to Tesla. These guys did excellent work and return the car nice and clean and fully charged.

Gruber Morors replaced my Model S rear window regulators and did a great job. The service manager called me the night before to confirm my delivery appointment. Took less than 2 hours, and I was back on the road. These guys are excellent to deal with, and a local Phoenix Tesla shop.

Took my car in for what was an emergency repair for me ( 100% cosmetic but still needed,lol). Peter took my call and remarkably remembered me from an interaction that took place months ago. I dont work at the ev shop, i work at the main bldg and can honestly say i really enjoy my job and going to work everyday, my co workers are great and i have fun at my job, great culture, as far as the motor company, Pete Gruber has turned that shop into something you dont see everyday in an auto repair shop, it is immaculate! I will be getting my personal car serviced there also, i highly recommend checking it out, you wont be disappointed!!
