My truck had been abused for a long time without a proper cleaning. Dixon’s restored the truck’s interior and exterior to better than new. Had a great experience. I dropped off my car in the morning and picked it up after work. Alex was very friendly and told me about the work he did on the car. The car is in great shape and has never looked better. It was in rough shape because we are visiting from California and haven’t washed it in over a month. He even asked if I could see any spots and if I did he cleaned them up right away.

My boyfriends car was certainly in need of some deep clean loving, to which this team did everything they could to get it back to brand new. I have a 67 corvette stingray that needed a lot of attention. I was very hesitant to take my baby to just anyone. A friend suggested Dixon’s and promised I wouldn’t be disappointed with the service. I decided to give them a try and I’m very glad I did. They literally breathed new like into my 67 Stingray. I had not seen that car shine like that in years. They filled in all the rock chips and dings with factory correct color which probably took half the day because there were many. Their attention to detail was top notch so literally living up to the name. They paid attention to every detail of my vehicle to make sure I was happy when I picked it up. As soon as I saw it glistening on the driveway, I couldn’t help but smile with excitement and approval. Seriously I was amazed how they brought that 54 year old paint to show room quality, which was no easy feat considering most of the clear coat had been eroded. I booked for an appointment and reached the address on time. Got to know they have moved to a different location. Their address was not updated online as well and unable to reach them via phone too. Very unprofessional.

Communication with Dixon and Team was one of the best parts beside the quality work! I took a company Mercedes Sprinter Van for an interior cleaning. The van was going to be transferred to another person, so i wanted the best looking interior as possible. What i got back was the best looking interior i could have imagined. Highly recommend! I recently had the interior of my truck detailed by Alex and could not be happier with the results. His attention to detail is highly commendable and he took the time to make sure the job was done right. My truck was extremely dirty due to outdoor activities, children and dogs. He was able to rejuvenate the upholstery to a former state that I thought was long gone. We even had a red juice stain on the interior of the roof that he was able to somehow remove. In addition to the high quality of work he provided, he was very easy to get ahold of and was very accommodating to our busy schedules. Before choosing his company for the detail job, I did call around for price comparisons. I was very pleased to find that Alexs price range is highly competitive in that you wont find that low of a price anywhere, especially when you take into account the top notch service he provided. Absolutely speechless, incredible attention to detail. It’s unbelievable how clean my Harley street glide is. I ride. Alot! Literally my front end was covered in dead bugs the bike looked as if it was brown or any other color except black. Let me back up. The customer service was impeccable. I went by for a quote they had better prices than anyone else, extremely knowledgeable and helpful with what I needed explained the process and what it will take to clean it up. So I drop it off basically as a ball of dirt and went to pick it up hours later and it looked like a brand new bike. Showroom floor ready!!!! My engine case is black. It hasn’t been that color in YEARS. I had to step back and check the plate to make sure it was my bike. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended. If they can get my bike to look this good, they can make EVERYTHING look great. Hands down best I’ve ever seen. Do yourself and your vehicle a favor and go with these guys. You won’t regret it. This is not your average auto detailing service - hard work, proper expectations set forth, and executing on the results on time. Great job! My number plate came loose after they power washed, so they took their time to put it back. They dont watch the clock and do a clean job inside out. My car looks like new! It was very convenient for having them come to my house.

They did an amazing job on my car. The products they used on the exterior and the interior plastics hasn’t worn off and still looks and feels clean and shiny. My car was really dirty from years without having it detailed. But they were able to do as much as they could and make it look much better.

I tried calling every possible way to contact to try to make an appointment after receiving a their Groupon as a gift. Only one time did a woman answer a ring as if she was bothered by my call that she would call me back. Never received a call back or any other answer after the numerous times I called. I contacted Groupon to let them know this is a scam. Do not buy deals from this company.

I purchased their service off of Groupon about a week ago and after 2 whole days of trying to get in contact with them (because every time I tried calling it would go straight to voicemail) we set an appointment for Monday, July 29th 2019 @ 9AM.. it is now 9:40 am as I am typing this and no one has reached out to communicate about why they’re either going to be late, or to reschedule. Also I’ve tried repeatedly to call them and same thing! It’s going straight to voicemail again. I spoke to amber to set up the appointment last week and my service was supposed to be with Alex Andrews and neither of them have come in contact to communicate about why their phone goes straight to voicemail or why they are not performing their services. They’re very unprofessional and if I could I’d give them -10 stars. Hopefully I can get my money back!
