I’m 20 years old and I bought a brand new 2019 Ford Ranger. The insurance I had before I signed up with StateFarm was Progressive and there I was paying $290 a month. My father recommended that I go to this location because I had a good experience and hep there and so I did. I am now paying $220 a month and with so much more benefits included in my insurance plan. They are very professional people and are eager to help you get the best policy for you.

This State Farm location is one of the best I have ever been to. They are so friendly and eager to help you with anything. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted and given full attention. Its okay,but they do not give accurate information on your policy and the payments that are made. They intentionally do not provide important information when it comes to payment. They just say one thing and do another. Ihad em for 1 month and the entire month i would have to call them to argue because they charge you twice a month.Not once, but twice. They are just not trustworthy and i had to change my insurance because of that. They make you look stupid and i want no part of that. I jusT wanted to have autoinsurance with them and they made it difficult.

On July 19th I was driving to work and a rock hit my windshield which caused a pretty big crack. I called Angel Sanchez since he has been my agent since day 1 for the past 3 years, I told him what happened and went straight to work on how he could help me. I told him I had a road trip coming up soon and I wanted it fixed by then but didn’t have to be at that moment just soon. He told his office manager Edith what happened and about my road trip and she told him she would have someone out that same day. They arrived to my job within 2 hours and only took 30mins to fix. I couldn’t have asked for better service, agents and insurance to help me so quickly and make me feel like I was priority as their client. I was able to go home after work like nothing happened that morning and 1 less thing to worry about for my road trip coming up. Thank you so much for all your help. I been referring my friends and family to this agency since I got State Farm and will definitely continue to do so after this.

Not even a star deserves but I have to put something to give the review this office is so unprofessional the main agent called llyrena Sherwood treated us so badly after having had all the policies with her as well as auto, business, life insurance and of tenants after having 6 years with the state farm in the middle of the month of June 2020 until the beginning of July this agent forced us with her bad treatment and with her behavior to not want as much as to modify policies and cancel policies forced us to have to cancel almost all of our policies with her what was her job just to do what we asked of our needs the truth that I would never recommend this agent, hopefully and all the people who have had bad experiences like the ones that we had with this agent all share his bad experiences so that these types of unprofessional people were not working.

Been with Llyrena for 2 weeks I was previously insured with Nicole before and the customer service was just terrible but lucky for me my policy was sent to Llyrena’s office. I have never received such great service from Eveny and the team.
