So as I want to shop for insurance to get competitive quotes Josh seems to get frustrated and doesnt want me to shop quotes. They are very good at waiting till the last moment when you need insurance no matter what to get your your quote. Now I am asking for info that they cant seem to get for me and the fact that I said I would make a complaint they cant help me anymore. Not the way to do business at all. Very disappointed in this company.

Wow, this company truly cares about its clients. It is a Christian company and I worked with one of their reps in central phoenix to do my policy. I could tell he really had concern about selecting the right policy to protect me, but at the most affordable price. I have never had auto insurance this affordable In fact, I actually have at least three times the coverage I have ever had in the past for about 60% of the cost. I highly recommend any one to at least get a quote from Genesis.

THE FIVE STARS REVIEWS SHOULDVE BEEN THE FIRST WARNING SIGN.Now before I talk about my experience with Genesis Insurance let me warn any customer that is considering doing business with them , PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ YOURE POLICY BEFORE SIGNING MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT IS BEING PROVIDED AND WHAT IS NOT. THEIR INSURANCE AGENTS WILL BLATANTLY LIE TO YOURE FACE .With that initial warning let me talk about my experience with them like the viewers of this review I was looking for car insurance and did not know where to go while performing a quik google map search I stumbled upon Genesis Insurance and there perfect five star reviews on google maps. I thought I had found the right car insurance agency and decided to go in for a quote. I made it very specific for what I was looking for and what I wanted in my insurance policy. The agent was polite and showed me a few quotes , I was initially impressed with the prices I got for what I wanted .I MADE IT VERY CLEAR THAT I WANTED COLLISION COVERAGE(I.E INSURANCE THAT COVERS EVEN THOUGH ITS YOURE CONSIDERED AT FAULT). I was very specific on this topic and repeatedly brought it up on the conversation with my agent . While agreeing on the policy I began filling out the paper work , the insurance agent made a comment that made me ponder and now looking back should of been where I walked out. While signing the paperwork he commented that some of their customers didnt understand t what was being offered and showed up to their offices after a car accident and discovering that they arent covered in there policy , I paused for a moment and reminded him again that I wanted collision coverage and he assured me it was included in the policy.I finished my paperwork and left the agency satisfied with the deal I had made or at least thought I made. After about a year and a half later I was involved in a car accident where unfortunately I was considered at fault. Now this i when collision coverage comes into affect and covers youre car despite you being at fault. I called the insurance company and filled a claim only to discover I was not covered my insurance policy only was liability meaning only the other person , I was shocked and remembered the comment my agent had made on how some customers would show up to their offices after a car accident angry THAT THEY MISUNDERSTOOD THEIR POLICY .WELL LET ME JUST MAKE THIS CLEAR FOR THE OWNER AND THE EMPLOYEES THAT WORK THEIR STOP TELLING CUSTOMERS THEY WAS MISUNDERSTANDING ON THEIR END: THERE IS A CLEAR DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MISUNDERSTANDING AND SOMEONE BLATANTLY LYING TO SOMEONE.I was angered and reviewed my policy to see if it wasnt an error on the insurance companies part . I was infuriated at the insurance agent for lyingP.S. If any one from the company responds to this your a disgusting humane being you more than any know everyone working their lie to their customers how you people sleep at night knowing many of those customers discovers your lies after it was too late and consequences were suffered from these lies.EDIT: AFTER READING THE OWNER RESPONSE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Your claiming I got the wrong place ,PLEASE KEEP YOURE LIES STRAIGHTPLEASE STOP CONTACTING MY PHONE SENDING ME PICTURES OR WHATEVER IT IS YOURE TRYING TO DO .I WILL CONTACT THE AUTHORITIES IF YOU KEEP HARASSING ME.I WILL NOT TAKE THE REVIEW DOWN DESPITE THE HARASSING OR INTIMIDATION EFFORTS ON YOUR END.

Worst insurance place I’ve used, called and emailed several times to get my business policy cancelled finally 3 days later around April 1st josh finally gets back to me and I get the cancellation but come the 12th the payment still gets taken out even though Josh specifically told me it was cancelled, called talked to josh he said it was an underwriter error that I’d get my full refund within 4-5 days about a week later I get an email from the insurance company saying I’ll get not even half of the full amount in about 10 days.... it’s already been about a week since the money got taken out even though it was cancelled... soo I call josh he tells me it’s not his fault I have to deal with the insurance company and gives me the number when I call they’re closed tillMonday.... when I call back josh says it’s not his fault he can’t do anything in the most annoying tone... he then goes on to say how when I came in it was difficult and we had to go through a lot of enforcements and what not but he didn’t say any of that when I was first in getting the policy he made it seem as though it all went smoothly and good now he’s saying otherwise and he goes on to say I basically came in saying help me help me I need insurance really bad I can’t get it anywhere else when actually that was the first place I looked and the closest on google I didn’t beg for insurance lol when I came in and asked it actually seemed like he was begging for my business... and he would stay calling about auto or home insurance like literally they called everyday for a couple weeks they just wouldn’t get that I wasn’t interested. Anyways I’m still waiting on the refund money that came out of mine and my family’s pocket... other than that it was pretty smooth I mean they was real good at taking those Payments out and trying to sell me more insuranceUpdate: You were the first and closes place that came up on google litterally the first insurance place we tried so no it wasnt difficult and no one was begging for you business. and they went and told the insurance company not to give me a refund because he got mad at my review and he said “hard work” sitting in ac on his laptop in his office... hard work.. it wasnt it their job to cancel my insurance when I called them too
