Masterwerks has previously performed preventative maintenance and repairs on my 2014 Jeep Wrangler prior to traveling out of the state of Arizona, when I reached my destination, I started having issues with the maintenance items that were performed. When I returned from my trip, I brought my vehicle in for a follow up from these issues. I was then informed that I needed an oil cooler housing replacement, which I feel was due to the previous maintenance not being performed correctly. If you review my history you will see that I had the suggested repairs completed by your company which cost approximately $1,700.00.I recently have had severe issues with my engine so I brought it to your shop for diagnosis. The diagnosis was bleak to say the least, I was told that I needed to replace my engine. The cost of that replacement was estimated to be approximately $10,700.00. I had no choice but to get quotes from other sources since I do not have those funds to spend on a new motor.During the engine replacement, the mechanics found some issues with what they are telling me were the repairs that were performed by your shop (clips to the harness/injectors broken & silicone back together, hose to air box not connected causing dirt to get into the intake manifold). Pictures of all have been attached to this email.I have never taken my vehicle to another shop for any sort of maintenance or repairs. It is unfortunate that you did a band aid repair and broke numerous clips and connectors while servicing my vehicle. I find it hard to believe that they were broken prior to you working on my vehicle because I believe something should have been said and I could have made the decision to have them replaced correctly. I would just like to say that I believe your shop did not perform to my expectations/standards on the maintenance and repairs for my vehicle. It may not be a concern to you as I am a small part of your customer base, but I will not be a returning customer going forward. I have recommended your shop to numerous people and companies that I have worked for and I will no longer be doing so. I hope that In the future you hold your staff to a higher standard than I feel that I was provided.

Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. They let me work all day from the lobby while my car was being worked on, and even gave me a car dealership referral when a few days later my car broke down again due to no fault of theirs. I will take any future vehicles here as needed, and will refer them to my friends as well. Prices are fair.

This is where you want to take your vehicle to get serviced or repaired. The mechanics know their stuff and fix it right the first time. Mike up front is friendly and willing to help. I have sent both my vehicles, friends, and family. You will not be disappointed.

VERY poor experience! Have a 1990 corvette that I have owned for 30 years. After 50,000 miles it needed work on the cylinder heads and cylinder gaskets. After paying over $3,500 for this work the leak from the cylinder heads came back. This after only 5,000 miles driven. I only drive this car a little on weekends. Do you know what they offered to do for me? Nothing AND implied Id need this work every few years. Poor mechanic and a total rip off. best advice stay away!

It’s been the first time in years that my F-250 7.3 PowerStroke actually drives straight (I previously took it to another alignment north valley shop and they just made it pull right instead of left). I have used Masterwerks for over 5 years now and they are fantastic. Honest and competent, these guys dont bother to try to mess around. They not only give you the honest truth, but also even help you determine what fixes should be made and what can wait, etc. They are definitely my go-to shop and I have recommended others to them as well and always have been thanked that I did! Kind guys! Mike is awesome! They didnt do my alignment, and just push me out the door. They took the time to analyse my vehicle and tell me what was going on in my steering column. We found what needs to be replaced and did so quick and at a fair price.P.S. -They also didnt check everything else in my vehicle and tell me that it all needs to be replaced. (If you know what I mean) hate going to places and they take your entire car apart when you just so by to switch out brake pads.

Even though I relocated to Flagstaff due to my job a few years ago, I have kept taking my vehicles to Masterwerks. This past year in January I had a problem where I could not drive my car down to the valley and I had to take it to a shop in Flagstaff. I was reminded why I will drive down to the valley to have my cars serviced at Masterwerks. The people, service, and price are the reasons I keep going back. David and Mike are like family to me and they treat me that way. I am always notified of anything that is coming up to be serviced in the next six months. Last time I was down there I was greeted by one of the mechanics, Hank, 15 minutes before the shop was open and he welcomed me and even started working on my car before they were officially opened. Masterwerks is a great place to have your car worked on. The people are great, knowledgeable, honest, and all done at a fair price!

These are great guys and most important they are honest. The shop is very up-to-date and all of their employees are very knowledgable and thorough. They will give very true and up to date advice about your vehicle and its problems. Most important they are timely, efficient, in line on prices, easy to deal with, and a great bunch to work with. We have used them for many years and they stand behind all of their work. You wont be sorry, nor will your vehicle.

I got my brakes fixed at Masterwerks a couple weeks ago and Ive been very happy with the results. Dave is great and went above and beyond expectations; even called the next day to make sure all was well with the service. They even scraped off a plastic bag that was melted on my exhaust pipe (which was producing a melted plastic smell for a couple months), no charge. Thought that showed a lot of care for the customer. Thanks!

Great place to take your vehicle. They are very honest and reliable, and also usually pretty good at getting your vehicle repaired and back to you quickly. Very patient, knowledgeable and good at communicating what is wrong with your vehicle (if anything) and how to repair it if necessary .

Had a lot of service done to a high mileage vehicle. All of the fluids, brakes - pads and rotors, plugs, wires, alignment, etc... All the fun stuff that goes along with a 100K+ mileage vehicle when it rolls that milestone. Anyway, Mike and David did a great job and after the service was completed, the truck drives like new. Had a minor follow-up issue that was taken care of quickly and easily. They even threw in free wiper blades. If you are looking for that kind of mechanic shop that cares more about you and your family than how much they can upsell you, and you like the idea of being able to get a straight answer when you ask what needs to be done right now and what can wait - this is the shop for you.

These guys are awesome. They do great work, and theyre reasonably priced. They do a complete inspection with any work and provide a REAL list of suggested repairs or maintenance, not a concocted list of money makers. They honestly provide which items should be a priority, and do so with no pressure.

Great service! They even called a few days after the repair to ensure everything was working well, I was impressed! Straight forward and to the point. Throughout the process I was waiting for it to get complicated and irritating, but that never happened.

I started taking my 2001 Accord to their shop over one year ago since they were two blocks away from my work. As someone who doesnt know a lot about cars, their no nonsense, honest approach to service has been very much appreciated. For the little non-scheduled maintenance I have had done on my car, such as replacing rear struts, they have always called to follow up with me to make sure the car is doing well after service. They have always done their best to get parts & service covered under warranty. While they arent the cheapest, their prices do not seem outrageous, and I would gladly spend a little extra money with the piece of mind that my car is in good hands.

A few months back my truck broke down right before I was going on vacation. They arranged for towing and had my truck running by the time I came home. They have always taken good care of me. Ive got a lowered Acura Tl. I took it to the dealer to get an alignment, but they said theyre equipment could not attach to my vehicle because it was too low. (Lowered 1) So I brought it here to Masterwerks. They said no problem. Had it done in less than 45 minutes. Highly recommend. Very honest and good rates. $40 cheaper than the dealers special price.

I went to Masterwerks to have my 2001 F250 7.3L 2WD truck aligned after putting a 2 Daystar lift kit on my truck. They did an excellent job aligning the truck with the lift, which can be tricky business. Read around and youll see that some guys have had to go to several alignment shops to get their truck aligned correctly after a lift. Masterwerks did the job right the first time. Just last week I decided to replace my old, tired coil springs with some Super Springs (highly recommend!). I went back to Masterwerks, and once again they did an excellent job aligning my truck. These guys strive for over-the-top service. After each alignment, they went over the camber, tow, and caster readings on my truck before and after the job.Additionally, after each alignment they follow-up called me a couple days later to see how the truck was handling. Are you kidding me?! Some doctors dont even do this anymore. We need more businesses like Masterwerks in Phoenix.

This is my go-to mechanic shop 100% of time. As honest as you can get. I have been bringing in my old POS Nissan Sentra (no longer own) with several issues when it comes to overheating, electrical, and general mechanical problems. They are a bit expensive, but they will break down the work they did right in front of you, and even show you the old part that was replaced. I would inspect every area where the work was done, and it was always left clean and clear for you to see for yourself. They were able to help me get by with my older vehicle with solid repairs until i got a newer, more reliable vehicle. Definitely recommend them.

Good quick oil change

I find Masterwerks to be very good bunch of mechanics. They are able to diagnosis and fix problems; quickly and correctly.

Spent $600. Bucks there got horrible service! Smart ass, arrogant, cocky counter help. They treat you like youre stupid, and like you are bothering them. My suggestion... Dont bother them!

The counter guy was talking to a customer about a part on there car and he totaly bsed him because I know cars and a car only has 1 of the two parts he was selling the guy. Go to a diffrent shop ! I had a battery under warantee and he wanted to charge 30.00 just to install it I told him to get lost .
