Not the worst experience I’ve had buying a car! They picked me up from my home (1/2 h late) and they sold me the car. The car was listed at a good price - but they tacked on $2,500 ‘accessories charge’ on top of the listed price. They wouldn’t take it off - which just seems like a bait and switch to me. They negotiated the price down by $1,000 from their initial position. Again not the worst experience I’ve had buying cars but definitely left a bad taste.
Antonio was very helpful in helping me find my car. He was very straight forward and honest. He was very genuine and catered to all my questions, making the buying process simple and easy.

Because of Covid, I had to wait 2 weeks to get the parts my car needed. Also, Chris had to arrange a vehicle for me. Chris also arranged for the driver to drop off the loaner and pick up my car because of my crazy work schedule. After the car was repaired, the same driver brought my car back to me and picked up the loaner. I am so grateful for the wonderful service I received. When I get this kind of service, it makes me happy and I never want to go anywhere else. Thank you Chris for making my car repairs so painless.

Great experience! Sales agent John B. set realistic expectations from the beginning and no sales tactics were used. I was shown several cars based on the car I set an appointment to test drive. We sat talked numbers and what was important to me, I gave my max payment amount and deal breakers and a deal was made. They were generous with the amount paid for my trade in.Elmo in finance was quick and to the point. The whole process was an excellent experience! I worked with Chip as my sells men. He was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable on all vehicles on the lot. He expressed what would be a good investment for me, but still didn’t push it on me. Then in the finance area I worked with Oscar! He had everything ready to go and made the process smooth and quick. Great first time visit with Bell Road Mitsubishi with my 2017 Outlander Sport. It is a bit of a drive from where I live but was worth it. I was able to use a first time visit coupon for a free oil change, my battery failed the load test so it was replaced for free under warranty, and I had a new engine air filter installed and a post was badly corroded that connects to the battery and that was replaced all for a fair price and the staff was very nice, did great work and took care of business!
Purchased my new ride here. Our salesperson Greg was pretty awesome. Friendly and knowledgeable but not pushy or aggressive. The car is fantastic.
I would have given this experience all 10s because Sam was so great. We were there before it closed and got in to sign Financial paperwork around 830. The guy that did our paperwork made me feel like I was inconveniencing him by being there late. All he had to do was print the paperwork because we did not finance. He looked at his watch several times, had a bad attitude and then gave me three different numbers and told me there was a market adjustment added after the agreement that there was no adjustment. I was trying to calculate numbers and explain where it didn’t add up. Sam had to come in and help as well. This just left a bad taste in my mouth and ruined what started off as the best buying experience. If it wasn’t for Sam being so nice and knowledgeable I would have taken my business elsewhere.
We had a very good experience when purchasing our 2022 Eclipse Cross. Sadly, the car was involved in a serious accident 4 months later and the body shop that fixed the car reported a very positive response when dealing with the Bell Road service department. We plan to bring our newly-repaired car there for our future service needs.

The service department is good. However, there is no enforcement of mask wearing in the waiting room and they dont have places to sit outside. There are people in here with no masks and one guy is sneezing without one.
Excellent and fast service in the service department and great prices on vehicles new and used. Big waiting area for plenty of social distancing. We bought our Mirage here new 5 years ago and just paid it off. Still runs well and affordable to maintain.
Ordered parts two weeks ago and had to keep calling to get an update. Called this morning to routinely check since they don’t call you, and they finally have it. They said they could service my car and get parts installed when I came, anytime is what the man told me, and then I got here and said they couldn’t. Life has been a lot harder because of these guys. I’ve been driving on a spare and now I have to keep driving with it because they wouldn’t service me like they promised

Purchased my last 3 vehicles at this location. Let me just say I hate the car buying experience. I walk away with buyers remorse every time. Even if I just got best deal ever, I still feel like they got the better of me. That being said, I have loved all 3 vehicles purchased at this location. They also have great service and a presidents club that gets you $20 oil changes for as long as you own the vehicle.
I came in for an oil change. I had an appointment and they got me in as soon as I pulled in. From the time they had my vehicle to when I got it back 3 hours have already passed. 3 hours for an oil change .. that’s pretty crazy.
I have been going to have my 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander services at Bell Road Mitsubishi for about a year or two now. They are very helpful and upfront with you in regards to what may/is going on with your vehicle. They will work with you in getting your car repairs done even if you dont have the money they will n give you payment options as well as prioritize which repairs need to be done in the order of safety. I cant thank Mitsubishi enough. AJ Nelson in the service department helped me and he was absolutely awesome!

Extremely disappointing and frankly insulting experience with Bell Road Mitsubishi. Due to positive recent reviews, I was expecting much better than how we were treated. We called ahead of time and spoke to Dave about a half hour before they closed asking if it was still okay to come see a car we were interested in. He said come right in & he would get the keys/vehicle ready for us. We get there, and the car was parked in behind another car, we were told another salesman had someone else coming tomorrow am so “he was trying to hide it”. After finally getting the car out, we were able do a test drive. I fell in love with the car and we got down to the numbers. He tells us cash sales price is $37,500 and that there wasn’t much room for negotiations from there. We stated we wanted to proceed with the sale. At this point we mentioned about the time again since they were closing in about 10 minutes, and he said no worries I am here to take of you. Once sitting in the office waiting, he went to consult with the finance manager. When coming back with the numbers in writing we notice the cars price was now 4K over what we were just told minutes ago. When asked he stated that he made a mistake on the pricing. We inquired further about how this could happen and he said it was due to all the questions we were asking him during the sale that threw him off & led to the misquote. On top of being misquoted on the sales price, the finance manager offered $2000 less than the KBB low end trade in value for my vehicle. We asked how they value their trade ins and he said with KBB. Since we had already ran the numbers on our own we knew there was a big discrepancy. When we showed him our KBB trade in value sheet (with the correct miles) he came up with something called a “mileage knock” that they applied to reduce the price lower than the trade in KBB value. The sole purpose of KBB is to give you the value of your vehicle, with specified number of miles and features, in a specific zip code location.... (If you are not going to honor the KBB value, you shouldnt advertise as such on your website) Then to top this experience off, the finance manager goes on to make a comment how we have kept them there “40 minutes after close.” I don’t believe he wanted to make this sale and used extremely rude and inconsiderate tactics. The salesman Dave was kind and personable, however it is a shame he quoted us the incorrect sales price otherwise none of us would have still been there 40 minutes after close (per finance manager). My partner and I both work in sales and customer service, and felt we were treated extremely poorly by this company. Would NOT use this dealership or recommend to any family or friends.
I have purchased 3 new cars and now 1 used car over the past 4 years and this has been the best experience I have ever had. All 3 sales persons Danielle, Bruce, and now Brandon have been the best. All of them got me the very best deal along with Adam and Nick in financing. I have bought from another car dealer in town and it was very unpleasant experience and I would never recommend that dealership. This is the only place that I would highly recommend due to the pleasant and professional people who are there.Update: Just traded in the used car and purchased a new 2019 and Jeffery was a great salesman. I took my car in for routine service and decided to buy the new one. Transaction was very quick and easy. Nick and Adam again in finance was great and again they got me a very great deal. I love my Outlander Sport and will continue to recommend them to everyone looking to buy a new or even a used car.
Yesterday i went to this dealership to order a part for my car. I rang the bell for the parts people at the counter. 5 min later someone pops out of the room behind the desk and tells me Your going to have to wait then walks back into the room. 10 min later. I left. Horrible customer service. I called them as i was driving away to let them know what happened to no resolve. Also called today. Nothing... No resolve.. Im suppose to get a callback. Its now the end of the day..They dont care... Now i have to drive 68 miles to the next closest dealership just to order a part. At this time i dont recommend even trying to deal with this dealership.Update:Within 2 days the owner was in contact with me. Very professional. Im am more than happy in the resolve. The owner and staff do care about their customers. Changed 1 star to 4 because of the effort the staff put in. I will be a return customer.

The sales representatives were welcoming and friendly and met my mom and I outside when we arrived. After sharing details on what I was looking for, Sean searched the inventory and made sure he stayed in the guidelines. I appreciated that because pervious dealers had showed me cars that did not meet my needs and wasted a lot of my time. Once Sean had found some vehicles for me, he allow me to view them on his device before bringing the car to me, making sure I liked what I saw. I also appreciate that he took time to share a little bit about himself and get to know me, he did a great job at building rapport and connecting with his customers. There senior management is out dayed with life style of today world. Would not fix my cruise control and stated car from factory did come cruise control I told about wires that in the steering wheel shaft, but still to fix it .No charge.

I drove 40 minutes to take my car here for an oil change, tire rotation, 27 point inspection and to get a recall fixed. They did it really quick that Im not sure everything was done because I didnt get a report showing my inspection findings or a list of what is left of my warranty and when I asked the lady the front she just said oh they probably didnt find anything. That was not reassuring. My car seat was also uninstalled and they wouldnt help me install it. I understand it is a liability issue but someone couldve told me and took the time to tell me what was done. The problem here is there is no communication the place i took it to before would have the service advisor talk to you after your car was ready to give you an update. I finally installed my car seat the best I could after an hour of struggling then I noticed my car was very dirty and had water spots on it like they got a hose to wet it and let it air dry. I was very upset! I was going to go back and talk to the lady but I was so tired and my 2 year old son was getting hungry and tired. I dont ever plan on going back to this place unless I have another recall or warranty that needs to be repaired. There was nothing special about this place at all and it was very far from my house. They closed the Mitsubishi dealership next to me and I didnt have a choice if I wanted my recall fixed.
Japanese cars sold by hillbillies. They don’t sell many because they can’t even service the ones they sold.

I had a great experience buying my latest vehicle from Mark Mitsubishi. I purchased one of their used vehicles and the transaction was smooth and efficient. I felt like I was treated with respect and there wasn’t the high pressure tactics applied liked at many dealers.Next time I’m in the market for another used vehicle, I will definitely be checking out their inventory even though they are about 30 miles from my house.

Excellence service. Took my non-Mitsubishi vehicle there for an oil change and saved hundreds of dollars vs if I would have taken it to the German dealership. It was 30 mins drive from where I live but it was worth the drive and they were nice and friendly.

Complete cluster. Asked for 4 things to be completed. Received a call about other things that needed to be done when I asked about the things they specifically needed fixed that I brought it in for, they had 0 answers. The worst service ever. Basically took 6 days to change a light blub and change oil. Then was hung up on. Complete lack of professionalism and still need the 2 other things completed. I went to another dealership, it was completed for free in 35 min because they felt bad that I waited 6 days at this dealership. That dealership received a new customer. I have only purchased Mitsubishis for 20 years, now I am buying another brand due to this experience. Never in my life have I ever had a service manager talk to me that way and it will never happen again!
We live quite a ways away but Dave was able to help us trade in our vehicle, and mostly over the phone! He worked hard to find us a deal and he definitely pulled through. We were in and out in 2 hours! Thats almost unheard of!
Great, fast and easy. The pandemic for all the bad had made positive changes in how we conduct business, this is very evident with the car buying process. While they still have a ways to go (use docu sign ect) to make the proccess 100% remote they have made good progress. I would highly recommend them.
