AromaTech is the BEST out of all the competitors out there. Both the machines and scents are top notch! You can even tell the difference in quality of the oil itself. On top of that, their customer care (Ennie is amazing there) is beyond my expectations. I had a small issue unrelated to AromaTech with FedEx, and they took care of everything and then some. I had an event coming up, FedEx lost my two scents I had shipped. I contacted AromaTech, spoke with to someone and they not only took my stress away, but they sent me a new order and expedited shipping at no cost to me for the inconvenience, even tho it was on FedEx.If you’re looking at AromaTech and you see the competitors out there, I will happily vouch and say I’ve tried about 10 vendors and no one has since compared to the service I received from AromaTech.Plus, they have the most beautiful scents and the packaging and bottles they ship are nothing I’ve seen before in this space. Santal is one of my go-to favorites, as well as Dubai. I have 3 more Hotel,London and Noir coming that I’m even more excited about. Go with AromaTech, and trust that I’ve done the work to say that!
I absolutely love my aromini BT. Customer Service was fantastic, after having an issue with my aromini. They replaced it no questions asked and replaced the oil that was lost in the process. My favorite fragrance is Love Affair. Highly Recommend!!!

Aromini - great and robust design. It is actually scenting most of the main areas of our house. No noise but I am about to get the blue tooth add on for automated run times and the AT600 for my small office.Great customer service - I worked with Ennie and she was super friendly, on the spot and helped me with all my questions and sample ordering. What a difference to diffusers that I had before and I love the fact that the oils are pure. Will definitively be a loyal customer.
The last two weeks Ive been in contact with Daphne with my Hvac pro unit. My unit was experiencing unusual defects. Daphne caught on to the issue and suggested a pro take a look my unit. Im shipping it out today, but I was also having issues with the essential oil. I bought a 500 ml bottle of Pumpkin Spice for the fall season. The bottle arrived in perfect condition and in beautiful packing. And if your wondering, the scent smells identical to the sample strip, its a beautiful scent!I had used some of the oil in the machine when Daphne was assisting in the setup process. When a couple weeks went by the scent spoiled (seems like it lost its fragrant and didnt smell as good). I just got off the phone with Daphne and asked if it was possible I could get another one or maybe do an exchange. Because of my situation with the unit she was so kind and decided to ship me a new one! She also asked if I would like to try any new samples. So so kind and sweet of her, I received an email from her on my replacement essential oil with a ton of samples to try! Im overwhelmed by her generosity of all the samples shes sending me. One thing I love about this company is that they have an ample selection of scents to try and they give you the option to sample them to see which ones you like.I also want to mention another sweet girl whose name is Ennie. She was another person who Face-timed me and looked over my unit. She was seeing the same issues Daphne saw. Ennie was a joy to speak on the phone, she was very positive and encouraging. Both Daphne and Ennie were fun to talk to and are very insightful on all the products.Its nice to talk to people who enjoy their job and really center a positive experience for the customers.I left feeling blessed and taken care of. I sent my aroma Tech for repair, it had a faulty seal, they took care of everything, sent the prepaid label, kept me informed. I told them I had tested the device and lost oil while doing that and they sent a replacement bottle. I got pictures of my unit once it was repaired and got it today and it works fine. Great customer care and experience, thank you Aroma Tech!
My customer service experience with Kathleen Joy has been phenomenal. I had one initial issue with the product and the post office - and she handled everything beautifully. Always responsive, great at making recommendations, very patient and professional. Love the Vancouver scent she recommended- my work space smells like a hotel!

This has been a great addition to my first floor combined living, dining, kitchen area. Love the Green Tea Lemongrass scent, very fresh but subtle, nuanced. I can program it for hours of operation, and the scent level adjustment are very fine tuned. Just an easy fill with the 120 ml bottle and it performs for well over a month, longer with a low scent level. Five Stars indeed.
We received an AromaTech as a wedding gift, and we love it! It’s so nice to have a great smelling home all the time. At one point it stopped working and I emailed for help, they were responsive and helpful. They replaced our unit for free and it came super quick! The scents smell great and last a long time. A great investment and a great gift!

I used to use an ultrasonic water-based diffuser but the scent didn’t last and it was troublesome reload every hour. I purchased the Aromini BT and it solved all the problems. The oil lasts for weeks and the scent never changes and is constant based on the level you set. I get reminders when it’s time to clean the machine. I did get a faulty unit that broke down but their customer service was incredible. They fixed the machine but ultimately was still broken. They ended up sending me a new unit altogether and no issues since. Highly recommend!
Wow! AromaTech sets the standard in quality and customer service. We moved to our new home late last year and AromaTech was one of the new purchases we were really excited about for the new home. AromaTechs level of service since Day 1 has been impeccable, impressive and something sorely missed today with so many other companies. Their passion and excitement of their product and company permeates (pun) throughout the company - you can feel it and certainly smell it in the pride they take in the product and the culture they have built.First of all, you actually get to speak to a live human in North America and dont have to go through five thousand prompts on a phone to get a hold of a knowledgeable human. Then, when you speak to someone, you can tell they know what theyre talking about and love what they do. You can hear it in their voice the happiness that they deliver. They deliver happiness. They take away the hassle throughout the process. In our opinion, there is real value in this alone.Specifically, AromaTech helped us by having their engineers look at our floor plans for optimal placement of our (2) mini BTs we purchased. They have been patient, kind and thoughtful in their recommendations - not in a pushy, salesy way, but in a genuine way, where they truly care about their customers and in turn, the quality of their brand and product. We have since purchased three different scents throughout this year and have been happy with the scents (crushed mint & lime, peppermint, Christmas scent - forget the name offhand - and now ordering Oriental Garden (hotel scent) and Coconut Spice for the long summer here in Houston.We truly appreciate the level of customer service that Daphne and the entire team (from Vancouver to Phoenix) have provided us, their helpfulness and patience in scent recommendations and willingness to serve. We just wish there were more companies out there like AromaTech that were so focused on providing superior service and superior products.

I just received Vanilla Bourbon and my home smells like luxurious comfort. Angel is awesome. Her assistance with changing the courier to UPS and then upgrading my shipping to UPS AIR at no additional cost to me is customer service at its finest! I purchased the Aromini BT, AT-600BT and the aromacruise a year ago and they are still working. I bought my son and daughter the Aromini as well for Christmas. They love the way their house smells when they come home from work. My favorite scent is the White Tea and Bamboo. AromaTech customer service employees are great when you have a question. You will not regret your purchase.
I got the Discovery Set (Cities Collection) and not only does it look super cute in its packaging, it smells wonderful as well. These make great gifts as theres a six different scents to choose from. Ive been using these in the bedroom for a better sleep and in the office for a more relaxing ambiance. Recently while visiting a friends house I couldn’t help but notice how nice the inside of their home smelled. It seems like no matter where I went in the house it had a very pleasant scent. Once they showed me the aroma unit and explain how it work I was sold. I went online and found they had several different units to choose from and wanted some information to help me make a decision on which one I wanted to buy.I called aromatech and spoke with Daphne Liou. As consumers we all understand the difference between good and bad customer service. When I called aroma tech and spoke with Daphne I was pleasantly surprised about her enthusiasm about the product and the level of help and advice she provided. You could tell that she was genuinely a very nice person who was not only interested in me as a client but helping me through my very first purchase. We talked about the differences between the units and she provided firsthand knowledge about some of the sense that she has purchased in the past for her very own unit. As a result I bought a few extra items but when I receive them I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with my purchases. I greatly appreciated the time and advice I received from Daphne and greatly satisfied with the aroma tech unit I bought. Editing my previous review as my original issue has been resolved. First, I have to say that like everyone else, the scents are great. I purchased Santal and enjoy it. Second, I did have some ups and downs with Customer service originally and wasnt too happy but since, received a much better response and customer service from Daphne- she resolved my issue and was pleasant and responsive. I feel much more confident in the company and will purchase more scents in the future.

Just a heads up for Canadian customers - I just received an invoice from FEDEX for $89. Cdn for brokers fees ($51.00) rest is taxes which are unavoidable but I had to return the unit 2 weeks after I received it - failed to work - so now I have sent emails - no response as of yet as to whether I have to pay duplicate FedEx fees when replacement is sent???Update - will happily now give a 5 star review - great customer service - response from Mike was quick and clarified my concerns re FedEx charges - there is now a Canadian location so any brokerage charges will not be included in cost of unit. Looking forward to receiving my new unit and will post a review of it in near future...thanks for looking after my concerns!
Customer service was by far the best however, the difusser started acting up in less than a year. Sent it back and they fixed it, within a couple of months it stopped working all together. Contacted them and they sent a brand new unit, and it is working fabulously! Thank you AromaTech for having such GREAT customer service!!!

I am updating my review from a one star to a 3 star because their customer service and tech support deserve a full 5 stars. But the product, although well made and a great idea just did not work for me and my home. I have a 2 story home and 2 HVAC units. And so I needed 2 machines and 2 canisters every time. It was pricey but I would have accepted it, if it had worked in my home. It just didnt. Not sure why. Rationally it should have. Olfactory wise it did not. Maybe in your home it would. You would have to try it. Thank you Daphne and Steve for the great job you do!

After spending thousands of dollars with Aromatech, accumulating Aromatech points, the redemption terms are a joke. Aromatech does not allow accumulated point redemption on any sale items. Additionally, only a limited number of points can be redeemed on a single purchase. Playing games with customers stinks.Mike, thank you for the kind reply. Unfortunately, the website positively does not allow redemption of accumulated points with the black Friday sale. This message appears upon point redemption: The discount code you have entered (aromatech point redemption code) is not available during our BFCM sale. You may use coupon codes again starting Deember 5th. The screen shot image validates this. These are points from dollars already spent. Its not a discount per say. Its simply frustrating, not having straightforward, simple, unrestricted customer loyalty terms. Ultimately the point policy was designed to reward, thank and encourage customer spending. Clearly this is not the case. Taking the time to write this review is further irritating. Doing away with the points program would be better than playing games with it.
I must say...this has taken my home fragrancing game to another level. Amazing scents and diffusers...I use the aromamini BTs, that dispense santal, Dubai and oud saphir in my home. Received this cheap machine that stopped working after couple of days. It doesn’t turn on or dispense. I keep trying to contact them but they stopped answering and refusing to refund me my money. SCAMMERS!!!!!!
I made order on 1/7/20Never got my order it was lost in mail, I call more than 6 times to the merchant and it was never resolved. JOSH the only person that works or answers the phone told me almost a month later to file a police report and contact his supervisor MIKE And explain all the situation. in the mean time I contact my local USPO I even got an Email from the Manager telling me that its was lost. Me as a customer its an inconvenience. its a great product but never got my order :(1/3/7
Our daughter was having trouble falling asleep at night. We did some research and saw that scents could help her relax, so we tried the bedtime scent. It took a day or so for her to get used to it but she has been sleeping much better the last week. Thank you so much.
I can’t believe i didn’t have their car diffuser years ago. I always bought those trees and hung them from the mirror. Then i bought those vent things and had to constantly change them and they always fell out. This is the perfect thing for cars. Get it and you will not be sorry. Great product.
I love our AromaPro. It is exactly what we were looking for. We wanted to have our home to have a welcoming and pleasant scent. It is an older house and it had somewhat of an odor. This has done a wonderful job for us.

I got their scenting pack. Wanted to make sure my house wasn’t going to smell like bed bath and beyond. All the scents were sutle and not overwhelming. I would suggest getting this sample pack and choose what you like. We liked the white tea scent.

Purchased a mini April of 2018, which lasted 9 month. Company did replace the item and the second unit has now failed 8 months in. These machines are very poor construction and extremely overpriced. The pumps are the part the malfunctions. Their scents are lovely but also overpriced. I was told I do not get a warranty on my replacement machine.I also left a review on their own page which they have neglected to post. I guess they only post their positive reviews.
I have tried several different scenting products and machines and none seemed to work right. They were to loud, or smelled to strong. The AroMini was what I have been searching for. Stop shopping and get this product. You won’t need anything else.
We bought the aromacube for our bedroom. It works perfectly. We change the scents out just to have something different but its never overwhelming. I was worried it would be loud and thankfully it is not. No trouble with it at all.
Love the new body sprays and room sprays.. Great for traveling!!! Cant wait until they come out with more scents..
This company has a great product. I am in the fragrance business and could have very easily ordered a cheap scenting machine from over seas but am glad that I didnt. I needed to cover a 10,000 sq/ft show room but my client had a tight budget. We ended up going with 2 of the aroma pros that are rated at 4,000 sq/ft each. They covered the entire show room no problems at all and the install is simple as long as you have a power source near your installation site. The only thing I would like to see improved with this company is reach-ability via phone, I had a hard time getting in touch with them a couple of times, they usually have a quick response via chat but if your like I am and like to physically talk to someone it can be difficult. Thanks for making a great product and use the criticism in a positive way.

First I must say that the customer service dept has been awesome (josh), the aroma scents themselves are incredible, the reason for the low rating is that the scents are a little overpriced, but the machines, (aromatech pro) is only so so in my opinion, extremely expensive and it only delivers slightly more than the (pro mini). For a large space your probably better off with 2 minis at $285 each rather than a pro for $850.
I had an issue and Customer Service was quick to respond and come up with a solution to fix not only my problem, but my mom and sisters as well. Very very pleased.

Every time I walk into a hotel I think, I wish my house smelled this way. Finally I asked the lady at the front desk and the manager told me they use scent machines. So I found aromatech and bought the aromomini bt with the hotel scent. It is amazing. Now when i come home i get that amazing hotel smell.

We have a dog that seems to smell more like dog then most lol. Our entire house seemed to have that smell. We tried febreeze and giving him more baths but didn’t work. We had heard about machines that fill your house. So we did some research and settled on the aromapro. I didn’t really think it would work but i was completely wrong. The dog still stinks but at least our house doesn’t
