Kathy was wonderful and polite, thank you for being so professional!

I just read prior review as I am thinking of doing business with this company. I unfortunately did not catch the name of the woman that answered the phone but she was very friendly and personable. I left a msg with her for a sales person to please call me. I dont like to see a company receive a bad rating just based upon one phone call or one person, mostly when no actual business has been conducted.

Very poor phone educate.. lady named Kathy answering phones very hatefulI have never rented a billboard so I thought i could call and ask for a price on a spot..Kathy asked for my email , I honestly didnt want spam. Or junkmail... so I said Ididnt have one she Informed me that it was so she can send me pricing Information and so the sales rep could give me more information.. she also stated he probably wont do business with me if I didnt provide it also her exact words were if you dont want to give me your email than you probably dont want to do business with us .. just a heads up ... dont waste your time ..I called Becker boards and spoke to Jason very friendly guy
