This place claims to help finance women owned businesses with no credit requirements factored into loan approval according to a “Brenda” that works here but once I was referred to a Mr O Brien who works with this company in the loan department he literally told me a 680 credit requirement 650 minimum in certain cases .. literally had me waste 3 weeks waiting on nothing
Im new and havent been here yet but im liking the reviews
Phenomenal place to go for information to better ones opportunity to buy a house or start ones business. Funding has changed due to budget cuts, but the people in this place is determined to help folks better their financial life in some way.
Very resourceful center, and the whole team is caring...
It is a non profit organization designed mostly for welcoming women who are just becoming permanent residents of the United States; but they also have some other very interesting programs for both men and women, such as owning a new house, or if you are interested in opening a new own business for either husband or wife, or for both. There is practically no cost (i.e. Free) for each program, or a fee of $50 for certain kinds og programs. You just have to come and check it out yourself.
Very nice environment ...you can tell they care
I was student there, some time ago, OK. Thank you, Theresa
