Nancy knows the ethical line very well - she toes it every chance she gets. She was the representation selling the condo we purchased, and our agent caught her in several lies, unethical behavior and generally just impossible to deal with. She is now representing the building in selling parking spots to residents, and once again her and her client (a different one) are toeing the ethical and legal lines so much so that we had to back out of the transaction. Whenever i share with friends that we worked with Nancy, i get the same response from everyone - with their own stories about how horrible her firm is to work with. This company has been sending me letters asking me if I want to sell or rent my condo. I never signed up to be on their mailing list—I called their office to ask to be removed. They told me they would remove me but I still receive their mailers every few weeks. The letters are addressed in horrible handwriting and half of the information is inaccurate. This is a supreme waste of paper, a stamp and the my time opening these pointless letters. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR REAL ESTATE NEEDS!!

I want to state that I would never get or recommend this realty company ever. So much misinformation given to the tenants. They do not inform you of all the facts, dont inform you about the utilities, but they called and blasted the phone with emails regarding payment. The broker was irresponsible and non professional. Please be careful when calling about a unit. They should not be in business

If you receive a letter from Maxwell Realty, and are interested in selling or renting, I STRONGLY suggest you call another company first.Without ever giving them my personal information, or ever requesting communications, Maxwell Realty has incessantly sent me random letters over the past two years- a waste of my time, and horribly obnoxious. The letters provide no explanation of how to get them to stop, and no indication that Nancy Alperin is willing to stop.A company that is this willing to disrespect non-customers, no doubt deals with its customers in a similarly self serving manner.

They harass via the mail - I receive more mail from Nancy Alperin than anyone else.

Realtor rescheduled a viewing 10 minutes before we were supposed to meet there. My fiancé and I traveled all the way from Maine to view this place. We were supposed to meet at 8:45 this morning and she totally blew us off again with no warning. Super unprofessional would not bother with her. Current tenants seem very unhappy with the properties as well.

The owner spams both large organizations and individuals with numerous daily emails, without the organizations or individuals having subscribed. Unsubscribing does not help, as the company just continues to spam.

I have never interacted with nor requested any service from this company and they send me junk mail every week. I have asked multiple times in writing and by speaking to numerous people in their office to be reviewed from all their mailing lists and they are either totally incompetent or maliciously wasteful. I would never use this company for any type of service.
